A Trip Around the Eiffel

The Eiffel Tower really doesn't need an explanation; however, going with the tour guide made the process of the "not knowing" trip very nice. We walked in, he told us the history, the floors, etc. then we went to the second floor. The tour guide walked us around as he pointed out many interesting things. Then we were on our own for the rest of the time! We ended up going up to the next level. We went to the cafe and had dessert and wine! Afterwards, we went to the first floor and enjoyed the view. At dusk, 10p.m. The lights start to sparkle for the first few minutes. It's definitely worthwhile.

What an amazing tour. My family really enjoyed the tour that was provided. The tour guide was great and taught us a lot about the Eiffel Tower and France.

Great guide, great experience!

Our guide was so amazing! We had a great experience. It was a unique situation because the other people that reserved for that day didn’t show up , so my family of 7 ended up having a private tour. Plus, our guide said that we went on a great day because there were no super long lines to get up the tower. Usually takes 1-2 hours to get up to the 2nd floor, but this day only took about 20 minutes! Read carefully, I thought I bought skip the line tickets & got lucky that there was not a lot of people. Meeting instructions don’t say to arrive 15 min before to check in with guide, so you can start right at your reserved time. I had already done several Viator tours and knew this, so we were good.

Jasmina was exceptional; she had extensive knowledge of Paris. I'm grateful we had her as our tour guide. I hope she continues this great job.

Perfect view of the tower

Was such a lovely experience. We went with group and guide and pur tour was wonderful. We saw famous landscapes of Paris and after our guide showed us best place for photos and videos. Very recommended tour!

Sienna river

The view if the sienne river from the second floor. Just unforgettable. There were some gift shop as well which was very convenient.

Too many people and long security lines that are unavoidable

The tour was supposed to take 40 minutes and took over 3 hours due to too many people going and security lines. The guide was great.

Tour gone bad

Simply put they cancelled the tour 30 min before it started. Everyone knows it takes time to get to the Eiffel Tour. Had it been a day early I would understand. We were standing at the meeting place waiting to meet the group. We ended up standing in line for an hour and a half just to get tickets to the top. Ended up spending 5 hours of time instead of the 2.5 on the tour. Disappointed

A very distressing experience

While the guide was good. We only found her by accident. We got there on time however we were not given precise instructions as to where to go and were told to go to the wrong place. Viator was extremely difficult to contact. One number was an answer machine in French which then hung up . All the other numbers were expensive to call with no answers. It was very distressing. We thought we had blown our money on this tour altogether. We had no idea where to go or who was providing the service. There was another large family group from the US in the same distress

Eiffel tower tour

It was an amazing experience! The tower was even more beautiful than I had imagined from the photos, truly unforgettable and captivating! Our guide, Goran, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. His stories about the tower and the landmarks of Paris were fascinating. Thank you so much!
