Charles was awesome. Learned lots. He did a good job of pointing out monuments you can see from the second floor so that you can learn more about the city.

Don't book

NOT A REASON AT ALL TO PREBOOK. There is not skop the line option you still get to stay on line 3 hours in busy days, and since you prepaid them the money you don't have the choice to just leave! And the money you pay is double at least just to have someone with you to stand with you on line and pay the tickets at ybat moment with thw money you gave to them. Don't book I dobt reccomend not here nor anywhere else. There is not a reason to do so

Enjoyable

Ife was welcoming and knowledgeable. The tour was well worth the money and extremely informative, I very much enjoyed this experience and would recommend.

We went to the Eiffel Tower with our guide Chinelo. It was really great, highly recommend it! She was extremely nice and knew alot of interesting facts.

Extremely disappointing

We booked out experience to climb the stairs to the summit visiting first and second floors. The night before (very late) we received a text message to say they could only offer the lift experience and that we could cancel if we wished but given the lateness notification and we were near the end of our holiday we felt it was too late to cancel as we wouldn't get another trip given the short notice. On the day of the trip the tour guide was late and kept disappearing. Then we were told we couldn't go to the summit even though it was booked. Refund was given a few days later but overall extremely disappointing experience and would not recommend.

Windy and cold

We did this tour on our first day,unfortunately wind and rain was really bad so they closed the summit which could not be helped, it was windy enough on level 2. Our your guide Abigail was lovely and very informative, would definitely book through wonder tours again.

Long wait, worth it the views

Helen was very kind, funny and friendly. She gave our group fun facts and historical information about the Eiffel Tower. We ended up having a long wait because onlyone side was open, but Helen was keeping us updated as much as she could.

Charles was very accommodating and full of fun facts. Easy to communicate to and started the tour with everyone present. Took time to explain the process of entering and going to the summit.

Level 2 eiffel tower visit with Camile

The view was so good and Camile was very very good at telling the stories in a happy way without stopping, she was very nice and answered questions also guided us through the tower and told us everything about it. Camile is very experienced and I definitely reccomend

We had a great time on the Eiffel Tower. Carmelle was our tour guide for the trip and she told us some very interesting facts about the tower that I did not know. The line was a very long wait but she kept us entertained with fun facts and information

Amazing view of Paris from the Eiffel Tower

It was a magnificent view of Paris, and our tour guide Arnee was amazing, gave us a good background of the history of Eiffel Tower and Paris, it was an enjoyable tour indeed. We got in early, was in front of the queue and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

totally unprofessional company, good guide

The guide is very friendly and speaks easy-to-understand English. The organization is catastrophic. The group has to push their way to the front. Completely embarrassing abroad. Tickets have not yet been arranged, although the company is not taking any risks, as everything has already been paid for by the customer. Although we booked and paid two months in advance, we had to take the elevator instead of the stairs against our wishes. At the time we were there, the summit was closed. The guide was only allowed to buy tickets up to the second floor. When we were up on the second floor, the summit was reopened. There are no tickets for sale there. The company has to buy tickets up to the top and hope that the summit will reopen soon.

I do not recommend booking from here

I had to cancel the trip, and they did not refund my money. Also, I booked going up stairs, and several days before they told me that it couldn't be done by stairs and that it would be by elevator.

Never again!!

Disaster!! I advise against booking, I can only agree with the previous reviews. You don't get any extras, the guides are in line with you. You pay €100 more on site for the same ticket!! A disgrace!!

The tour was good. What I didn't like was the long wait. I don't understand why we didn't get e-tickets.
