Terrible pics

Got a photo shoot done but none of the photos have the full Eiffel Tower in them, the tower is only partially visible in the photos and also out of focus for many of the pictures. Definitely not worth it for us. My recommendation is there are lot of professional photographers who provide the pics on the spot for like €10 or €20, they are at the very same spot offering better pictures. Not at all satisfied with this booking.

Will be doing again

Our photographer was amazing! This was such a fun experience I’ll definitely be booking again. We couldn’t find the location and he helped us with photos and updates, he gave us amazing poses to do when we got stuck on ideas, didn’t rush us at all, and the photos came out brilliant.

So let me start by saying i studied every photo option and reviews, conditions etc like It was my final Exam! I confidently chose this one because of reviews. It was the best decision and a huge once in a Lifetime experience for my granddaughter. The information and communication was clear. I emailed a question and got an answer promptly. Our amazing Photographer was Giorgi ‘George’ and it was the Perfect experience. He was professional, kind, and did an amazing job. I had goosebumps watching my granddaughter live out a dream to be at the Eiffel Tower and to have it commemorated with gorgeous pictures is a dream come true. We received the pictures promptly as promised. This was a memorable experience. We thank George so much and would recommend and suggest you request him! I can’t say enough positive things about this whole experience. My granddaughter Ava will never forget this, and neither will I! Merci!

Very bad company

‏This is a very ugly company . They promised me that they would change the schedule, but ten minutes before the shooting time, they told me that it cannot be changed and they did not return my money. They are the most ridiculous photography company. And the travelers have ruined me

Our photographer was extremely patient and gave great guidance for two untrained photo takers. He was also friendly and professional. We love our pictures. I'm glad we had this memorable experience. Consider this booking if you want an experience with a photographer that is timely and provides great memories via photos.

Fantastic experience! Our photographer was great to work with and very patient trying to get all the pictures, especially with our young 3 year old daughter. Honestly was a highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend it.

Delightful

George was an absolute gem! My husband does not like taking pictures, so we have a deal that if we do just one quick photography experience during a trip, I won’t bother him again. George understood the assignment! He had a great eye, was efficient but didn’t rush us, and overall made us feel comfortable. He showed us the pics as he was taking it, so we adjusted poses and lighting accordingly. We did the half hour experience but honestly it was so seamless, my husband would have even done the one hour one! Do not pass up this opportunity on your Paris trip, especially if it’s a once in a lifetime experience for you like it was for us. Request George if you can! Oh. Did I mention it was our wedding anniversary? What a pleasant gift!

Our photographer Youness was extremely kind and very respectful. Met us where he said he would and was early too !! Have yet to see the photos as it takes 48 hours but wish to assure Youness gets recognition for his work

Not trustworthy photographer

The photographer came 15’ later than the time of hour appointment claiming that the metro was late. We said it was ok because we really wanted to have this photoshoot. We only had a 30’ photo shoot instead of 45’ And when I returned back home and received the photos I realized that there was no editing - he did not edited in the photos (editing was a part of the photo shoot) I tried several times to call him - he didn’t answer the phone! I sent him many messages on WhatsApp- he didn’t reply! To my opinion he only wanted to make the photo shoot to take the money- he didn’t care for the result! It’s VIATOR’s responsibility to pick up better and more trustworthy associates- we pay for a certain result and we didn’t get it.

First time in Paris.

Every part of our photo experience was great. Anas was very nice throughout the photo shoot. He had great ideas in framing our shots and how we needed to pose. Anas is a great photographer with an artists eye. Anas made us feel comfortable and we are very happy with our photos.

It was a Fab experience.. The Photographer was Awesome .. So fun , so happy , loved his Vibe.. He understood what we were looking, however I wish he would have taken more Solo photos and that’s all .. Rest all was Fab …

Sweet 16 Photo Shoot

We did this as a present for my daughter’s Sweet 16. Renato was great and captured the beauty of her and the city. He had creative angles and poses and was very professional. I was a little surprised to have to pay to remove watermarks as I don’t remember reading that; but ultimately it was still worth it.

Very disappointed in the quality

Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this. I would go with a different company. We were rushed throughout the half-hour session, which is reflected in how uncomfortable we look in some of our photos. When we received them 2 days later, there was no editing done. We expected that the photographer might do something to lighten the photos a bit (it was an overcast day), crop them to cut out visible trash or other people, choose photos where both of our eyes were open, or soften any lines or imperfections. None of this was done. When we showed them to friends, they laughed. At least that lightened the mood for us! I actually asked for a refund but the request was denied. Our friends took photos of us throughout the rest of the trip, so we got what we were looking for elsewhere. This photo session was just a real waste of money.

Wonderful and Sweet!

Fantastic experience abs wish i find her sooner! Jona was very communicative and gave great directions on where to meet, including a pic of herself! The location was super crowded but my pics came out like we were the only ones! No selfie could capture the moments and letting us know where to look and how to pose! I can’t wait to go back and do it again. Turn sound time was solid even with the holiday! Thank you so much for the opportunity to work with you!

Highly recommended. The time was changed to accommodate me due to the weather conditions. If you are looking to do a Paris photo shoot this is the company to go with. Photographer is really nice, energetic, and he knows what he’s doing.

Youness was professional, on time and very nice. We had a 10:15am and he contacted me and was on time. He suggested poses and took some pics with Eiffel view. Still waiting for the pictures but I am hopeful they will be great.
