The car itself was classy and quite unique - my parents age 75 weren’t able to maneuver thru the city so this was a perfect solution. Our guide was knowledgeable and did a great job as well. Highly recommend this tour

Great Way to see Paris

We loved our tour with Kevin! He was a fabulous driver and took us to see so many different places. Traveling in the car was a lot of fun as well. We loved that he took pictures of us at a couple of the stops with the car.

Fantastic way to see Paris and learn about its history

Kevin was a delightful guide with loads of local knowledge and a good sense of humour! We went to lots of lively spots around the city and had lots of group shots taken to remember the tour! We learnt lots about Paris and how to history and saw all the exciting changes ready for games this July! Highly recommend this tour! The car was amazing, good to see the old mechanics! Lots of leg room and fun with the roof top down to see the sights!

Not really Happy

I was excited and looking forward with this tour. But at the beginning of our tour the driver already pointing out The traffic because of The in coming Olympic. All The picture that was taken we are inside The car. No picture that we are outside The car.

A Wonderful One-Off “Do It If You Can” Parisian Tour

An extraordinary 2 hours being driven around central Paris, and seeing so many sites - famous and “real Paris”. Vladimiri our tour guide was very easy to get on with, happy to bespoke our tour and full of information. The car was amazing - we felt like superstars!

A perfect tour with a vintage car

We saw a lot of things.The driver (Vladimir )was excellent ,very helpful and showed us all the beauty sights of Paris .We had an amazing two hour tour.

The best way to see Paris monuments in style!

I booked this tour experience to visit all the major monuments with my parents who cannot walk long distances and it was the perfect option! The car itself is incredibly comfortable and the tour guide not only drives you safely around the sites but also helps you take photos and does a running commentary of all the sites with great details about Paris and it's history. Absolutely recommend this way of seeing Paris!

Honeymoon week in Paris

This is a must do when you first arrive if you have not been to Paris. You have a two hour private tour in a vintage car with a roll back roof. Believe me, more pictures are being taken of you than you are taking of the sites. In two hours we drove by and had photo opps at almost every place you might want to visit. The driver will stop (illegally) and get out to take your picture standing up in the car with the site behind you. Can't say enough good about this. Well worth the price.

MUST DO!!!

This was the very first thing we did after arriving in Paris. I had booked it as a surprise for my husband. Highly recommend! A wonderful way to get an overview of the city and get some really fun photos too. People were waving and taking photos of us because the car is so very splashy and cool! Our driver Kevin was the BEST. He picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. We loved the entire experience!!!

Absolutely fantastic!

We have been to Paris and have visited the attractions many times before, but Laurent managed to deliver a very special memory of our favourite City. The combination of a great city and an iconic car with a brilliant driver who was both humorous and knowledgeable and who could adapt the route to respond to our wishes (as well as introduce us to “hidden corners” that we never knew existed) was unbeatable. We would recommend City Wheels Paris Tours to anyone!

Paris teaser in a classic way

We were 5 guys on a business trip passing through Paris with a 12 hours stop over i CDG airport. We took the opportunity to get a glimce of Paris in these unique classic cars. We had 2 great hours with lots of fun facts and great stories thanks to our passionate guide and driver. We all like motors and cars so this was the perfect event. We can all recommend this activity to others. Thank you for a great experience in Paris 😊👍

Unforgettable!

Our guide guide/driver was very knowledgeable, friendly. He made our experience super fun. We were able to stop and take great picture shots of the main points of the tour.

Worth the money spent

We had a great time on the tour with our 15-year-old and 12-year-old. Our driver Lawrence was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We originally were supposed to be picked up from one location and very last minute switched the pick up location and he was very agreeable.he did a great job driving through all the locations to make sure we saw everything and safely. Allowed us to take pictures on all sites. It was a good way on the first night in Paris to see the major sites.

Never showed up.

The car never showed up. We waited 30 minutes. Left a message with the phone number listed on the email. Had the hotel call the website. Never received a response to any of it. Viator was able to refund our money, but sad because we really wanted to do this.

Just do it.. you’ll love it.

Driver was fantastic. We couldn’t have had a better day. We did 2 areas, one in the hilly area which turned out to be beautiful and arty and I never knew it existed.

Not worth the money

This tour wasn’t good !! The driver was over one hour late!! He went very fast and did y stop to explain things he was pushing photos and wanted us to buy some we had our own camera when I told him, he seemed very upset as he was driving he met up with a biker, and they had a confrontation. He came, went outside the car, and started yelling at the biker.we were not happy and very scared being in a different country my kids were scared !! After the tour was over, he was supposed to take us to the hotel drop off point but he told us he couldn’t get back there. It was going to take too much time and drop us off at a different point my daughter then apparently had her phone robbed. We don’t know if that was due to the person driving the car, or if it was someone else, but very ironic that it would happen as we were finishing the tour. It was very upsetting Hopefully they will make it right by giving us our money back. Maybe a different driver would’ve been OK but the one we got was not OK.

Best of Paris!

Best decision and the fanciest kind of hop on & hop off tour. We visited Paris for one night, and wanted to get all of the sights in, had a great time with Laurens. Highly recommend!

Not worth the Money

I really was excited about this tour but it really wasn't a "tour". Our driver just drove us around & pointed things out. He didn't even explain what they were. No history, no stories, nothing. It's an expensive tour & it's not worth the money. It was a cool vintage car but you need more than that to charge what they do. We were all quite disappointed. Plus our driver was 10 minutes late & we were standing in the rain waiting.

Unique experience in Paris

The trip itself was enjoyable, and the car was truly attention-grabbing! The driver/guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and the car could navigate places inaccessible to a standard tour bus. However, to enhance this experience, it would be beneficial to have some information in advance. Firstly, understanding the criteria for selecting a location, such as pickup location or traffic considerations, would be helpful—whether it's likely to be location A, B, or C, etc. We're content with our experience overall, but having a bit of insight before the tour begins on the day would be great, especially if this is your first time visiting the city. Secondly, it would be beneficial to have prior information about the available photo packages and the variety they include. We should have the freedom to choose the package that suits us best. It's worth noting that these photo packages may not be included in the tour but rather operate as part of the driver/guide's independent business. Consequently, travelers may not have the same level of protection; for instance, in cases where services or goods aren't satisfactory, there might be no customer services provided, and payment might be requested in cash, posing an even higher risk from this perspective We'd still highly recommend this tour, as it offers a unique experience, unlike the typical open-top tour bus. However, as a traveler, it's important to be mindful of the two points mentioned above. Enjoy your time in Paris, everyone!

Great way to experience Paris

Laurent was fantastic, as was his car. (Seriously, we saw a number of other vintage cars offering driving tours. The other vehicles were smaller and cramped. Even locals stopped to admire and photograph this stunning vehicle.) Laurent is a quintessential Parisian who knows the city very well. He stopped at the major sites and took photos, which he shared with us at the tour’s end. I’ve been to Paris on multiple occasions and learned many new things about this beautiful city from our well-informed guide. This was a fabulous way to see Paris on our first day, which helped us plan subsequent days of our stay.

Magical mystery tour

Our guide gave an interesting and enlightening tour in a very professional way. I gave him the wrong address but he was calm and friendly, giving us the best experience in his most charming manner. Cannot recommend him or the company too highly.

Vladimir and the Citroen made our trip memorable

Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable , and he made our trip memorable. He was patient and extremely kind to both me and my aunt, who is older. The car was the showstopper, we felt like movie stars. Everyone wanted a picture with the 1952 Citroen. This tour with this tour guide is a must!

Fantastic tour

My husband and I arrived in Paris at 2pm (Sept 2023) after a long train ride from Nice. I wanted to have an activity for us that wasn't too exerting, so I booked the Vintage Car tour and Benjamin was our guide. He gave us a lot of background on the car itself and was so knowledgeable on the tour. There were 3 areas of Paris on the map he provided, and we were asked to pick 2, I didn't recall that being in the description of the tour, but it turned out just fine since we went to Montmartre later in the week. My husband absolutely LOVED this tour. As you're driving around everyone is stopping and staring, you feel like a celebrity! Benjamin also stopped at the Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe and took some fabulous photos of us by the car. This was a great way to start off our trip and get us oriented with Paris!

Wonderful experience

An energetic and insightful guide in a beautifully preserved vintage Citroen, we had a lovely morning touring Paris and its many highlights.

2 wonderful hours touring Paris

Our tour was booked on the day King Charles was in Paris, so the streets were grid locked. Our driver Vlad did an excellent job of navigating through traffic jams, and keeping us entertained with storys and historical facts. He stopped at the Eiffel Tower and took several great photos of our party and the car. The 2 hours ended too quicklly, and we would highly recommend taking this tour

Company Needed to Change the Schedule

One day before our tour, the company contacted us to see if we could reschedule our tour for the following day because the vehicle had broken down. We agreed to reschedule for 4:00 pm, following a Louvre tour that was to end at 3:00 p.m. When we realized our Louvre tour was running a little behind schedule we attempted to contact driver to see if we could change pick up location from our hotel to the Louvre. We texted and called via WhatsApp and iPhone but never received a response. We contacted the tour company and asked if we could reschedule for the following day but no one would call us back. We were so upset to have missed this tour in the vintage car. We've been looking forward to it for months. Although I understand that we weren't at the hotel when the car arrived, we did attempt to reach driver. We were just hoping that the courtesy we gave the company when they needed to reschedule would have been extended to us, but it wasn't. In agreeing to change the tour date and time when they asked, we gave up our whole afternoon at the Louvre. It was a lose/lose situation for us.

A Great Ride Through Paris

The experience was amazing. Getting an overview of the city in 2 hours was exactly what we needed for our first night in Paris. Our driver, Benjamin, was the best. He was informative and a really great driver. The car was very roomy, I'll admit I was worried about the space but once he pulled up and we got in the car, wow, very spacious. The overall ride was a great treat, I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Paris!

Great, especially if you time in Paris is limited

We only had 2 days in Paris and this was a great way to see so many landmarks on one tour. It was also suitable for 2 children

Awesome way to see stunning Paris!

Awesome experience! What a wonderful way to see the highlights of Paris! Our guide was wonderful from the start and very helpful in letting us know the right time to do the tour and where to meet. He was so accommodating and dropped us off where we wanted to go. He stopped for stunning pictures, and it was overall such a great experience.

Smelly driver with very little city toured or information shared

The car was neat, but the guide barely spoke English and talked so quietly we couldn’t hear him in the backseat. He seemed to go in circles and we hardly had time to take any pictures. He also smelled like he needed a showers bad.

Just meh.

Meh. Not sure it’s worth it to be honest. Car had no AC, and the smell of gas was strong. We felt a little lightheaded from that. Hard to listen to the driver. Didn’t learn much we didn’t already know.

Unreliable. Do not book.

Planned our whole day around this and woke up to a canceled trip. Thanks a lot for ruining our first day in Paris. Unreliable and jerk move.

A quick and informative tour of Paris

Great tour. Guillaume was our driver. He picked us up promptly near the place we were staying and drove us around to the main tourist destinations in Paris. We let him pick the sites based on traffic (which was crazy busy - made us happy that we were not driving!). We got a feel for where things were and a bit of short history of the places we went - as well as the opportunity for picture taking at the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel tower. We loved the car - as did many other tourists along our route (we were the subject of quite a few photos....) We were only in Paris for a very short time so this trip around the major attractions was a great way to see some sites quickly and helped us decide on a few places to go back and visit on our own. There were three of us on the tour and we fit easily into the car and had a great view of the route and the attractions. Guillaume was friendly and informative. He navigated to all the sites we wanted to see and several more that he thought we should have a view of - he picked us up on time and dropped us off a little past the two hour mark as we had sat in a bit of traffic along the way. Highly recommended - it was great fun, good value an an excellent way to get a quick overview of the sites, the bridges, the neighborhoods and the things you may want to see more later.

Terrible experience

Driver was late picking us up by 45 minutes, his driving was terrible nearly run over 3 pedestrians and commentary was poor

Stranded after tour

Bought this trip well in advance and gave the hotel address. Was picked up about 15 min late for tour however the driver was very friendly. The drive was fine & driver knowledgeable. Most disappointing was that the driver ended the tour in the middle of Paris and said “the owner said I cannot take you back to your hotel”. The service indicated pick up and drop off was same spot. VERY DISAPPOINTED to be left stranded in the middle of Paris with my 90 year old mother.

I have taken this tour in the past. This was not up to par. Barely any description Driver arrived late due to traffic.

Great tour!

We had a wonderful with our tour guide Ynounis! He asked us what was important for us to see and he knew a lot about the history of all the monuments we went to! He offered to take our picture by several of them as well! Great experience!

The most awful tour we have ever experienced

It was the awful. It was an overpriced ride. No tour. Our guide Guillaume did not tell us anything. Often it was just uncomfortable silence in the car or he asked us questions about where we were from, if we like Paris. I can tell he was a nice person, but I did not pay $ 300 for just having a ride. It was a guided tour. Half way through the ride we attempted to just ask him questions about the history hoping he will get a clue and would give us some sort of tour. I was really jealous of the people on a hop on hop off bus, because they got to hear at least something. We heard only "this is the famous restaurant" "this is the pyramid". We asked him to tell what made this restaurant famous, the answered " it was built in the middle of the 20th century". Wow, seriously? We asked about the history of the monuments representing the cities around the Luxor Obelisc. The guide says "I don't remember". I know one thing, if I would perform my job like this, I would be fired. We had just two days in Paris and I thought that a private tour like this would give at least a basic understanding of Paris and its history. We gave so many opportunities for the guide "to shine" and received absolutely nothing. It is Paris, just about every building has a story to tell. We were hoping to hear some fun facts or something, but no. All we got is basically a ride.

Our driver was great…..

Our driver Unis or Younes was great! He made a great effort to show us Paris on a busy afternoon. The 1934 Citron is a classic car that drew a lot of attention. The only heads up I would offer is to be careful picking your tour time. We spent a lot of time stuck in traffic during out tour from 1-3.
