Worked great!

Ticket worked out great! Was a little tricky to find the location to enter, and there was a line, but significantly shorter than the regular line (and out of the rain!😉)

Recommend!

Perfect combination of things to do in Paris! The river tour was chilly but seeing the Eiffel tour light up while gently cruising the Seine and drinking red wine— priceless. And my 10-year old daughter learned so much at the Louvre museum. Get the audio guide or you will miss out on so much.

Louvre day

The Louvre was absolutely wonderful. I thought i booked skip the line guided tour. It told us where to meet and group up to 10. No one showed, so we had to go on own as time allocation. I contacted viator who said not a group or guided tour. So why did i pay so much

Awful Service

Received tickets an hour before time only after contacting booking.com. Thus 2 of our group could not come. I want a refund for these two tickets. Very poor communication and did not honour policy of receiving tickets at the latest 2 hrs prior to time slot. Impossible if staying a distance from the Lourve. Awful

Great for last min decision

I booked on the day I wanted to visit as the original website was sold out and I was leaving France the next day. I’m glad the time slot on the ticket to the Lourve allowed me to skip the queue and enter immediately. The Lourve and cruise tickets were sent in separate files. I’m glad the cruise tickets were free timing so you can take your time to walk over to the cruise departure point. Definitely nice to check out the landmarks from the river

DONT USE TRIP ADVISOR

Bought me and a friend tickets to the louvre museum 3 months in advance, got updates all the way up til the day before when they said they were going to send me my tickets through email I never got them. The day of my trip they told me they didn’t have me and my friend a ticket to the louvre after we sat on the phone for over an hour they said there was nothing they could do. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and will tell all of my friends and family not to use this. Still waiting on my refund.

OK experience but stressful! Read other reviews and decide

I would advise those considering this ticket to read other reviews carefully and make up their own mind. Whilst I DID receive my tickets for the louvre, I did so because after reading the experiences of others detailed in 1 star reviews, I called many hours ahead to request they be emailed to me. When the initial email did not work, I called again and had them delivered to another email address. The agents on the phone were more than helpful, but the amount of work to get a ticket that is described as being sent to you seemed unnecessary. It certainly added stress to the experience, where there could have been none. The Louvre ticket is also not “skip the line” as each time slot has its own dictated line at the museum, where you will line up with everyone else. The cruise aspect of this experience was great, ticket delivered and much easier to navigate. My suggestion would be to prepare ahead of time and buy your louvre ticket time slot from the museum directly. This may not be doable if you’re trying to get a ticket for the same week or same month of your visit, but it would be the less stressful choice!

Poor service.

A total disaster! They changed the meeting point at last minute without advising. We waited at the Louvre for 1.5 h , nobody came to collect us and after making few phone calls to the hotel and the company they managed to give us instructions for a new meeting point. We ended doing our tour 2 h after the original time. Very dissapointed as we had to cancel our adternoon visits. Poor service and not professional staff at all.

Never to use viator again.

Totally unrecommendable. I never received valid tickets, lost the entire afternoon trying to resolve the problem, through different channels, and never got to enter the museum. Support was unhelpful. Unacceptable experience. The email which was resent over and over by Viator had a link which did not work, in any way, not manually, not with different engine searchers, nothing. The same happened with the app - did not provide access to the tickets. No valid way to receive real tickets ever arrived. The repeated loop did not allow download of pdfs nor provide a valid link for the purpose. Communication is impossible, time consuming and ineffective. Customer support is inexistent. Can’t even find a way to ask for a refund. Kindly at least refund the value of the tickets that was paid. Will remember not to use Viator again.

Empty Promises

We had one day in Paris and wanted to visit the Louvre, booked more than 24hrs in advance and there was availability of a ticket - I never received the tickets and we were turned away at the front gate without a sight of the museum or the river!! Additionally, when you call the customer support, you don’t even talk to Viator, just a 3rd party who can see what you see and can’t help with anything. Won’t be using Viator again

Skip the line Louvre access

Convenient ticket package the Louvre but ensure you queue up in the right line! Seine cruise tickets have a long expiry date and can be scanned at the terminal without further validation - which is helpful.

Great tickets. Louvre is big and amazing. You technically need all day. Love it. We had a great time.

Worst service ever

This is the worst service ever. Do not book through them nor through Get Your Guide. We purchased tickets for the Louvre and a boat tour. We never received tickets. We were told we would get the tickets one hour before the scheduled booking time and did not get them. We were standing at the louvre with no tickets. Called them and the line was constantly busy. When we finally were able to get them on the line we were simply told they couldn’t email us the tickets and that I needed to contact Get Your Guide. The Get your guide rep said this was incorrect because they were the service provider and get your guide is simply a marketplace for these services. When I tried to call them back they simply didn’t pick up the phone. This is the worst service ever. Do not use it.

Louvre and Seine

The Louvre and Seine were both excellent. The Louvre housed some of my favorite artworks of all time in addition to the Code of Hammurabi, and the Seine was beautiful at night.

Voucher

They would not take your voucher. After wasting forty minutes I finally had to buy myself a ticket. Of course the louvre is the lou can't go wrong with that.

Louvre

I enjoyed seeing the Mona Lisa. The river cruise was great. Go to the Louvre early or buy reserved tickets. We didn’t have to wait that long but lines were long if you didn’t have pre bought tickets or reserved tickets. If you’re short on time, I would definitely buy reserved tickets so you can skip the line if people who have pre bought tickets. Well worth the extra money.

Once inside Louvre it was amazing.

I had a terrible time getting tickets emailed to me. I rang several times finally while we were standing put side Louvre I got a person by phone to email tickets to me. Very stressful.

Horrendous

I have to say I am extremely disappointed in the service I received and would like some sort of compensation, I bought this as a little part of myn and my wife's honeymoon, I had received the voucher emails etc straight away, however, it said on the email I would receive my tickets for me to print off or use on my phone between 24 hours and at least 2 hours before my booked trip to the louvre, I had to get in touch with a viator/ europe tourism representative to be able to get my tickets, by the time I had received my tickets at 20 past 2, we were nearly too late to get into the louvre, and considering I was originally planning on using the boat ticket in the morning we ended up not having time to use that, which was deeply disappointing, the representative that I dealt with also didn't seem very apologetic that we had almost missed the entrance into the louvre and had to try and explain the situation to a louvre representative so we could be let in. We were only in Paris for 2 days and it has definitely put a unnecessary stress on both of us on what is supposed to be a relaxing time, and has severley annoyed me. we were given no information as to where we could go to speak to vendor of viator or anything. Extremely dissapointed

It was a really bad experience - sorry to say that. The price was 47€ total and i payed 74€. Better buy the tickets on the website of louvre etc. there was noch special - no-line-service....

This is a scam. Louvre does not honor redeemable coupons.

The redeemable coupon provided by Viator was not an authorized Louvre ticket. Viator did not provide a “redemption location” for the coupon. We had to buy tickets directly from the Louvre. This is a scam and Viator refuses to refund the transaction stating they provided tickets.

Liars

I bought this tour just because of the description skip the line. Whoever will tell u that in louvre they have skip the line. They are lying like this europe tour company. They submit ur ticket 2H before the visit time. I wrote them where is description about skop the line before the visit. No answer! I called them on a day of visit standing in front of Louvre. Answer was description is wrong, ur package doesnt provide skip the line. Check the tour description. They edited it. But for their bad I had all the screenshots with “skip the lined guaranteed “description. Liars! Dont recommend to deal with liars and feed liars!

Horrible travel company l

Very difficult to work with Viator, their directions to utilize their choice of a travel partner lacks direction. I would never ever book with them again!

Didn’t recieve any real tickets and need a refund

Not worth the price

Unless you want to spend hours on the line outside the pyramid to get in the Louvre this is not the tour for you. This tour only gives you access to the tickets that you can get online yourself. There is absolutely no guidance and you need to buy the (optional) audio guide (5euros) once you get into the louvre.

Do not use

It took over an hour to check in. Bad management and no help we talked to over eight people. All said different things as to how to enter and never got my tickets until after the time slot had started. Horrible experience. So sad

Good experience

Skipping the line at the Louvre was super great since the line was so lo my when we arrived. We were able to take our time in the museum as the boat ticket works for the whole day. We were also 30 minutes late to the museum and there was no problems. Definitely worth it

Bad experience

We booked a package with a tour of the Louvre and a boat ride on the Seine. Unfortunately, the tickets did not arrive before we left the hotel. When we arrived at the Louvre, we were not allowed in. An attendant from the Louvre tried to help us get onto the internet at the Louvre without any luck. We called Viator before leaving the hotel but we were told the tickets would be set within 2 of the booking. That was too late for us. Bottom line, we missed the Louvre tour and boat trip. Not good value

Entry to The Louvre was long and tedious despite having prebooked tickets. This is no fault of this site but an over complicated process used by the Museum admin. The museum is vast and has many steps so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Signage on exit is poor as you have no idea where you are going to exit from this vast labyrinth until actually outside. I discovered that boat tickets are widely distributed free with many tours, so this ticket price is not particularly good value.

Never was able to get into the Lovre because i never received my tickets despite calling them 4 times. They kept telling me that the tickets were attached to an email but they were not.

A Day at the Louvre

Ordered very last minute because another vendor cancelled my order. Tickets were delivered before my timed visit and easy to use. The Louvre is amazing! Definitely a can’t miss. Glad I found these tickets.

An amazing experience

I traveled to Paris with my husband and 2 sons. We all loved this excursion because we were able to skip the long lines and go straight into the museum, that was definitely a plus. The museum was amazing and a must see while in Paris. As foe the cruise, we loves it because we actually took it the following day as it was an open ticket. It gave us something to do for two days.

Never again

I will never book this activity or use this service again. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would have selected ZERO STARS. Our time slot was 2 pm and we never received our tickets. We ended up purchasing new entry tickets to the louvre and we never got to do the river cruise. Waiting for my full refund

Was a great trip! The Louvre was extremely crowded so if you go into it setting the right expectation with yourself that you will be bumping into people, then it’s a great opportunity to see all the amazing art.

Good value but poor communication

It’s good value for the money. Good luck getting guidance though once booked. A cumbersome ticket exchange process coupled with working with international entities leaves much to be desired in terms of transparency, communication and practicalities. Fwiw, the value is hard to beat. And if you’re good at self-navigating this could be for you. I imagine this being a nightmare for families and people who have questions about anything once they book.

The Louvre

We love the hard work, and especially the statues, and the Mona Lisa. It was a wonderful experience seeing this beautiful museum.

Big disappointment

We had no experience with Louvre because almost we paid for 2 adults and 2 children, we received the confirmation, but no tickets with QR codes, they didn't let us enter. They sent us after calling the tickets, but it was too late and we didn't cacht the time.

Overload history lesson

My husband and I had a wonderful day exploring seeing and learning about history, next time I would prefer to visit when the visitors to Paris is quieter as it was so crowded which did spoil the experience with all the pushing shoving and photo divas. We stopped to have some lunch in one of the cafes and before we had finished we were asked to leave as soon as we had finished our last mouthful in a very unfriendly manner which spoilt the day

Louvre one hall at a time

It was exhilarating and fascinating at the same time to see all the art antiquities. Only drawback is there were thousands of tourists viewing which made for an exhausting humid environment inside. Fortunately I used the bathroom at a restaurant outside of the Louvre to avoid waiting in lines.

Lies!! Lies about reserved access and over charging

Indicual museum ticket cost 17 bucks, individual boat ticket costs around 17 and thye charged over 50 bucks.. Just by putting the words reserved access ticket in the headline they trick people into buying tickets when they see long lines. STAY AWAY!!

Louvre museum

I seen a lot of negative reviews for this booking. I however didn’t have any problems and i booked it 10 min prior to the time slot. However i didn’t make the booking myself i called to make the booking and remained on the line until i received the tickets. Everything was great! I didn’t do the cruise due to lack of time. But the louvre museum was beautiful.

Terrible Experience

I never received my tickets by email and I had to purchase another ticket to the Louvre or the cruise on the Sein. I want a refund.

Kids are free for the Louvre - paid for entry with this company and no discount

Beware! Children under 18 years are free entry to the Louvre. We paid for two adults and two children. We got two tickets to the Louvre (you don’t need tickets for kids when they are with adults) and four tickets for the boat cruise. So we ended up getting ripped off by paying for kids at the museum when we didn’t need to. I tried contacting the organisers afterwards but they didn’t reply. (Only phone number is given, so if you are a foreigner and don’t have international roaming it can be hard getting in touch with the ticket sellers). But at the end of the day; this was the only company we could find who could get us a last-minute ticket to the Louvre, which is why they get two stars. Boat cruise was OK, commentary brief — but there’s basically only one company which does the one hour river cruise anyway.
