Eiffel Tower was awesome overlooking the City, the dinner cruise was wonderful, service, food, entertainment was at its best, the Moulin Rogue was a show to remember, well done..highly recommend all three..

Fun tour around Paris

We had a great time at the cruise and dinner, the food and service were great. The Eiffel Tower was a dream but the reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the Moulin Rouge’s it is not appropriate for kids.

Good the only negative the bus tour after the tower and before Moulon Rouge had no commentary

Seeing the Eiffel Tower was wonderful wished for more time there. Gorgeous at night. Dinner was very good and waiter was spoke English well

The dinner cruise part of this was really great. The Guida part of Eiffel tower and Moulin Rouge was terrible. Took time on Eiffel Tower. Mixed messages - 2nd floor only, and also go to the top (from guide). It was as if the guide was trying to lose people throughout the Eiffel tower and Moulin Rouge part of it. After Eiffel tower, he was hiding somewhere with the bus instead of meeting us at the meeting point - we had to search and find him. After the Mouling Rouge show, again we could not find the bus anywhere - and then we saw it driving off. We waved to the driver and he did not stop. Terrible experience with the guide and bus. Again, Seine river cruise part of it was good. Also, we left some photos behind onthe bus - they said they will ask the bus company but we did not hear back from them.

Disappointing

Highly disorganized. Our Seine dinner cruise was cancelled due to high water levels (which was fine!) but then the tour guides weren’t prepared for the other two experiences and it took so long for them to get organized that we missed the sunset at the Eiffel Tower. We were also just dropped off with little info at the Eiffel Tower. Luckily the bus tour and The Moulin Rouge slightly made up for it but we were pretty disappointed with the rest. Viator usually does a great job but this one failed.

Great tour

The Guide was amazing very knowledgeable, the diner in the boat was delicious and had an amazing time visiting the Tower and the show would recommend entirely

Note comments on Moulon Rouge before booking

Every part of the trip was memorable. The only exception was the theatre itsself at the Moulon Rouge which is an accident waiting to happen. They have far too many people packed in the theatre and if there was a fire i dread to think how this would turn out. People are quashed together I was on a table not facing the stage and for 90 minutes had my neck turned at a constant angle. From a health and safety perspective its an accident waiting to happen. Have Viator made any complaints about this in relation to safeguarding their customers or is it just about the money .

Expensive and you still have to pay for extras!

With the cost of the tickets for this experience, I was shocked that you had to pay extra for beef on the dinner cruise and we were charged 8 euros for a bottle of water! That was extremely excessive and I was very disappointed by that! Everything else was good although you really don’t have a lot of time for the Eiffel Tower tour and hope to catch the bus on time for the Moulin Rouge. The last issue was that there’s supposed to be a dress code for the Moulin Rouge, but it looked like you could actually wear whatever you want!

Do the Eiffel Tower separately!

We enjoyed the dinner cruise, the time at the Eiffel Tower was rushed, as it turned out the bus was late picking us up so we could have had a more leisurely time at the Tower and Moulin Rouge was ok, a lot of time in a queue waiting to be seated. All in all a good night but if you have the time I would definitely do the Eiffel Tower on another night.

Would never do another dinner cruise due to totally substandard food

Great and confusing

It was a very enjoyable & organized evening. It was a little confusing finding the entrance steps leading to the boat. Unfortunately our bus driver left us after the Moulin Rouge show even though we returned before the departure deadline. That was the most disappointing part

Puzzled and sad

I don't know how to rate this. We didn't make it. There was a HUGE Rubgby at The Westin Vendome, where we moving. We gave ourselves 99 minutes to cross the 20 minute drive through what we knew was historic/beautiful/touristy Paris. Two hours it took us. We didn't get checked in to our hotel until 17:00. Despite rushing, we knew we'd never make the rendezvous. I looked for a way to contact the tor guide, hoping we could at least make Moulin Rouge. I couldn't find anything. So how to review this? Our failure to make it to the meeting spot on time is our responsibility, buut it would have been nice to be able to send a message

Disappointing

Unfortunately we didn’t make it up to the Eiffel Tower because we ran out of time. Also when we got to the Moulin Rouge we sat on the back wall and couldn’t see well… very disappointing

Moulin Rouge Dress Code

The time on our materials was 1 hour too early. The Guide for the latter part of tour informed us after dinner cruise that my husband would not need Moulin Rougue dress code as he was wearing shorts ( it had been over 90 degrees all day and they were smart Bermuda type ) and my sandals ( Clark’s leather flat mules) may not qualify. He told my husband he could purchase pants when we got to the venue but wouldn’t provide details… what shop, how much etc. so we went home. He was quite aggressive in his tone, we were clueless and come Chicago where dress codes and most places support a more casual vibe especially when the temps are in the 90s. There was no info on dress code in our booking materials. The trip to Eiffel Tower was quite rushed due to large numbers of people queuing for elevators. I was very disappointed and do not recommend. The tour was expensive and we missed out. Please inform future clients of dress code for moulin rougue.

Overall good

The overall experience was great. There was no one to meet us at the boat for dinner cruise so was a bit confusing. We only had 5 minutes in the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. It took longer to get up and down. Moulin Rouge was fantastic.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Guide gave incorrect and misleading information as to where to get the bus after the tour. As a result, we had to spend 50 Euros to get to the final attraction. He then gave incorrect location of the bus AGAIN but luckily we found it this time. I really want to talk to a PERSON about this. It is totally unacceptable and it gives your company a very bad reputation. Please call me at 570 241 3229.

Seine Dinner Cruise Effie Tower Moulin Rouge Show

We enjoyed our Seine River Dinner Cruise. The Moulin Rouge show was tremendous. We never expected the production to be of high caliber. I would recommend this show to be on the list of things to do. The Effie’s Tower evening tour view was a disaster. 1st the line to go on the second floor was too long. 2nd there was not enough time to see and enjoy the evening atmosphere as we had only 20 mins before we had to return to the bus and head out to the Moulin Rouge show. A couple was left behind because of this. My recommendation is to not have this part of the tour. If you still want this portion of the tour than have a tour guide go with the group. We almost got lost going back to the bus at night. You must understand it’s hard to maneuver at night as tourist since we are not familiar with the city. The security at the Eiffel Tower were of no help. Overall we had a great time

Transportation confusion.

The dinner cruise was very good. There was some confusion after the cruise about transportation to the Eiffel Tower. We walked for miles before our group was finally picked up by a taxi. This caused us to only have one hour to tour. The Moulin Rouge show was excellent.

Great show, poor ParisVision service

Fabulous food, cruise and show. However the meeting place was difficult to find and no clear signage. The same guide should be there all the time. 2 small groups of ladies waited for a different bus at the Eiffel Tower- the different guide did not come looking for us. Gave me the wrong ticket for Moulin Rouge and asked us to get a taxi from the Moulin Rouge (cost 60euros) for a 10-15 minute ride. The first guide was having us dropped at a central spot. Very confusing.

Unsafe Experience

My group and I were LEFT at the Eiffel Tower without a guide. I could not find my guide as to where to look for her or where to find her. My group and U had to take an Uber to get to the Moulin Rouge Show. We were seated at a desk, upstairs rare of the theatre. I want a REFUND. This was an unsafe trip. I was frightened, scared and lost.

Great experience

I had a great time with this combination offered. Just be aware with the late start you won't finish with the Moulin Rouge site until after 1am. Would do it again and did not feel rushed at the Eiffel tower. Sure you can stay longer but an hour seemed sufficient.

It was definitely not doable in the time allotted.

Dinner was lovely, we were met by tour guide, taken to a bus after dinner, got off for the Eiffel tower, had to wait in the rain and given an unrealistic timeline to go up to the Tower and get back to the bus by 9.45pm. By the time we got to the 2nd level we had to queue to get back down and couldn't get back to the pick-up point until 10pm. They obviously didn't wait and we had to take a taxi to the Moulin Rouge!

I would skip the cruise -...

I would skip the cruise - not a great meal and not worth it. Lots of waiting between events. Nice to skip the line at the Eiffel Tower but was rushed so we could get on the bus-which ended up being late, so we waited in the cold for 30 minutes. I would not recommend unless you feel the need to be led around and need the safely of a tour.

The dinner cruise was...

The dinner cruise was nice. It had a very relaxing atmosphere. The waiter was very nice, professional and proficient. The food was better than we expected. Would go again.

Amazing

Moulin Rouge was great .But after the event we couldn’t find our bus so had to take a ctqxi back to hotel

Really cute and fun!

This was just lovely. A romantic setting and DELICIOUS food. Very much recommend. I went alone and very much enjoyed it. Vegetarian menu was awesome. Good scenery and views.

The experience was...

The experience was disappointing. First tour guide was late when boat docked and the bus was late that collected us from the River Cruise. When we got to the Eiffel Tower there was no coordination between the bus driver and the 2nd tour guide. We waited 20mins on the street until I used some initiative and found the tour guide across the street. As a result we had only 40minutes to make it up and down the Eiffel. We only spent 2mins on the tower. We then had to rush to the bus that took us to the Moulin Rouge. The bus had to wait 40min for us and as a result the other folks on the bus where equally annoyed as they had to wait. Tour guide on bus made inappropriate remarks about the Moulin Rouge Show. We did manage to make it just in time.

Fun night, frustrating operator

This was a good package, but not very well executed by the tour operator. Paris CityVision had three different guides to ferry us to our three stops, but only the last guide, Jean, communicated clearly with our group about where to meet, when, and what would happen next. This left our entire group feeling very confused, particularly during the transition from the dinner cruise to the Eiffel Tower, where we were deposited onto a street corner, told to get off the coach, and not told who we were meeting, where we were meeting him or her, and what was going to happen next. 15 people were milling about for over 30 minutes, trying to figure out if we’d been ditched, who to contact, and how to get to the next destination. The three events of this excursion were great, but we would have been better off organizing the tickets ourselves so we had more ability to control our evening.

Disappointing

The dinner cruise was not as good as Bateau Mouches. The transfers were strange. We were handed off from one guide to the next to the next - I expected one guide throughout. Not much personal interaction either. Kind of indifferent attitude from all of them. The seats at Moulin Rouge were terrible. 1/3 of the stage was not visible. The seating process was chaotic and not clearly explained or coordinated with the guides. We left the show early and took and Uber home. The schedule for the evening was not communicated or available ahead of time. Overall, this tour did not meet expectations. Could have put it all together on my own and done better.

A little bit of everything!

The incredible view from the Eiffel Tower experience and the Moulin Rouge couples acts were amazing. The roller skates, acrobatic dancers and string men!

Book separately and direct. Don’t use viator. The shuttle didn’t come at the end of dinner. We had to walk halfway to the Eiffel Tower. And then some random bus picked us up. We had 5 mins in the Eiffel tower before having to rush out to go to the show. Ridiculous experience. Would not recommend

Don't waste your time

Dinner cruise went fabulous, waited 15 minutes for bus to Eiffel Tower, was told guide would meet us at bus stop. When we arrived there was no guide, waited 30 minutes, another person in our group called, was told guide was at stairs. Went to stairs, no guide. Then was told guide was inside tower. Asked for guide to come out, they refused. Made our way into the tower to be told there was not enough time to go up the towe r or we would miss Moulin Rouge. By this time we had wasted 1 hour and 15 minutes looking for the guide. There were 2 disabled patrons and 2 children in the group, according to our phone we walked over a mile looking for the tour guide and making our way back to the bus. Waiting for a partial refund.

Absolute disgrace

Awful-Very disappointed The river trip was best part all okay The Eiffel Tower part was a total joke we got 5 minutes before having to leave to get the bus for the show - very upsetting as I have planned to propose while there. I had to pay and go back myself the following day. The show we went to see we were late due to bus waiting for other people not with the group !! So all in all out of pocket for a terrible experience

Read, don’t book!

If you have a short trip in Paris as we did, please don’t book this tour. Our tour guide was Daniele. The first part—dinner on a boat was beautiful with great food (book this on your own!! Separately!) after this it was disastrous. They put us on a bus and sent us to the Eiffel tower. Told us to wait for someone when we got off. NOONE gave us alternative directions. NOONE came with us. We waited 50 minutes in front of the Eiffel Tower. No one came to get us. We called four times. I messaged through trip advisor. They said someone was late. After 50 minutes we finally got through to the first guide (from the boat) who said the second guide was waiting “inside”. Well we can’t get inside because we don’t have tickets, we only have proof of the tour. Needless to say we didn’t get to go to the top of the tower. By the time the tour people communicated WITH EACH OTHER. They said we had 10 minutes to closing. Stupid. We got to the show at least. But only because a new tour guide saved the day. They were so disorganized! Leaving 11 tourists, two of which were disabled in front of the Eiffel Tower and don’t even go to get them. They told us to find the tour guide… WHERE?? We don’t know our way around, the tour guide should find us. No one should have left us alone in the FIRST PLACE. Or they just have given us better directions!! TERRIBLE. Please don’t book! Eiffel Tower tickets are booked (to go all the way to the top) and so we may miss our chance to go up there completely. Three of our group mates completely missed it because their flight is tomorrow morning so this was their only chance. Pick another tour, HELL, I wish I booked it on my own. By the way Moulin Rouge tickets are nose bleeders. Get it separate and get better seats!!!

We had a great time! The tour on the river was so fun and I loved visiting the Eiffel Tower and watching the show at the moulin rouge!

Memorable night

What an amazing experience. We started with a delicious and romantic dinner on the Seine River cruise. The service was exquisite. We then did an evening tour of the Eifeel Tower. Its very beautiful at night with the lights. Then we finished it off with the most spectacular show we have ever seen…Moulin Rouge. This was an experience in Paris we will never forget. I highly recommend this tour package. Lastly, the tour guides were excellent and showed us all where to meet after each event. Great job.

Great experience for a night in Paris. The Siena River boat was beautiful and the Moulin Rouge show was amazing.

Excursion review

Just wow. I did this experience on my own for my birthday in Paris. The organisation was spot on. Really clear instructions and 'easy to find' meeting point. The Seine river cruise and dinner was special. The food was just delicious and really good service. Eiffel Tower was pretty awesome. The views from 2nd level were quite spectacular and we chit entry very quickly as our tickets were pre- printed. Moulin Rouge - well this was the icing on the cake. Absolutely mesmerising. Fabulous dancers and acrobats. First class organisation and planning. No issues at all. It's well worth the money because it's a special thing to do when in Paris. I did this experience on my own and met lots of new people including newlyweds from Liverpool on a mini moon. Such a nice mix of diverse people 💫

Go on your own

Couldn’t reach the original meeting point due to Tour de France having paths blocked off. Messaged the operator several times with no response. Finally googled a number and spoke with someone who offered to rebook me the next day for additional cost (I left in the morning) I asked if I could meet up at the second stop and they directed me for that. After second event the meeting point was not made clear and I also missed the third event as well. Paid quite a bit for this tour and had very little guidance and was never offered any type of compensation for the missed event

Do not put yourself through this

It would have been better to just book each part of the tour separately. The "tour guide" would basically drop us off at each section of the tour and meet us at the end. The dinner was very average and stiflingly hot. It was 90 degrees F that day and the boat had no air conditioning. We were completely enclosed with glass windows and a glass roof and they wouldn't even open a window. It was torture. Then, they put us on a bus that didn't have working air conditioning and we sat there for over half an hour until we finally departed for the Moulin Rouge where they also didn't have much air conditioning. We were so nauseous. They dropped us off at the end of the tour a mile away from our hotel at 2 a.m. I wish I could get my money back.

Not explained well

These are three SEPARATE experiences. This was not made clear when we bought. Dinner was rushed and just ok. Our table mates made it fun. Then a BUS took us to the Eiffel tower. Then a different bus took us to the Moulin Rouge. We had terrible seats shoved in the upper corner. THEN we discovered at 2 in the morning we had three drop off points to pick from- none of which were near our hotel. Our waiter (Haji) was fantastic. And our tour guide was very personable also. He kindly rerouted the bus to drop us closer to our hotel.

A worthwhile evening on brief stay in Paris

This evening appears to be a packaging of three separate operator’s offerings. The “guide” is just a navigator to get you from dinner to the Tower, and the. On to TMR. Being on the Seine was nice, and the meal was better than expected. But the meal portion of the trip was a 3-star. Getting to the 2nd level of the Eiffel Tower was good. The best part of the Tower portion was waiting for the bus to TMR across the street at 10am when the Tower lights came on and started dancing. The Tower portion was 4-star. The waiting abs herding prior to TMR show was more than compensated for by the show. We opted for “half bottle” seats so we were close the stage. The costumes (many changes) and sets were incredible. And the performers’ smiles were infectious. Beware!!! Snake lovers should avoid the show. My wife and I rate The Moulin Rouge show as 5-star.

Misleading bait and switch

This was misleading as hell. No tour guide we had to call and meet the guide him. No transportation.

Eiffel tower good but...

Eiffel tower good but unfortunately hurry by the tour guy,can't do it 50mins,he told us to be back,then had to wait for him,alot of hanging about,waiting to go on our Seine river cruise,which was just us...Cruise was nice. Were tried to be charge for the meal,which I had already payed for. Got to the moulin rouge, late ,again wasn't our fault, was rudely hurried by another tour person. The show was EXCELLENT.
