Our guide had a great repertoire of stories to bring the sites and the events to life. This was so much better than looking at a building or a statue on the list and just trying to remember WHY it was on our list.

I highly recommend this tour, especially for the beginning of your trip. Adam was the bat guide by giving us tips to make our stay in France more enjoyable, telling us interesting information about the sites, and having the best attitude and personality. Adam was the absolute best tour guide! Highly recommend going with him in the beginning of your trip because his tips and information made the rest of our trip so much more enjoyable (and easier). Adam’s goofy and enthusiastic personality made the tour even more enjoyable, from endless jokes and puns, to forming protective barriers to get the best views and pictures, to knowing the name of every person on the tour. Adam is someone I would want to be best friends with in real life and the absolute best tour guide! I wish I could have had him for every tour I was on in Paris! (I even had the special experience to witness Adam with another tour group on a different day and he was so sweet when I said hi!)

Completed Paris walking tour today with tour guide Violette. . Violette was very knowledgeable and did a really good job communicating all of the history in a way that made it fun and engaging. I did not really know what to expect before going on this tour but I would 100% recommend, especially with Violette as a tour guide.

Consider my girlfriend and I members of Team Adam now. His knowledge and insight from working 3 years restoring antiquities at the Lourve gave us incredible insight into the masterpieces there, plus his practical and inside advice on how to navigate and interact with Parisians was fantastic. So much of how much one gets from a tour depends on the talent level of the tour guide to inform and engage the tour group. Adam is one of the best we've ever had, and we've had many all over the world! This tour covers a lot of ground in a matter of hours. He got us everywhere on time with the pertinent information to put everything in context. Originally we tried to take an all day tour with our cruise line but it was sold out so we opted for this tour. It proved to be a stroke of good fortune. My family and I took a "Paris in a Day" tour and were fortunate enough to make it onto "Team Adam". I can't say enough about what an incredible tour guide Adam was. Somehow he combined entertainment, education, and navigated our group through so many attractions, the metro, and gave us a really solid base of important things to know while in Paris. He also knew the best spots for photos and was happy to be the photographer. We took a couple of other tours on our vacation, and the tour guides were nothing compared to Adam. Highly recommend!

Excellent tour for the main attractions.

Adam, our guide was amazing,so knowledgeable about art history and the city, we learnt such a lot, and he was very entertaining. He got us fast tracked through The Louvre and in front of the Mona Lisa, saved us souch time to see other locations. I highly recommend this tour.

Great introduction to the City of Lights - even in the rain! Marine showed us the highlights of Montmartre, the Louvre, and Il de La Cite before wrapping up with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower from Trocadero. The boat cruise was the icing on the cake

Good, Busy Tour of Paris

Family of 4 with two teens (14, 17) on our first trip to Europe. Our tour guide was Marine, and she was energetic and fun. The day was full of amazing sites and experiences. Unfortunately, the day long rain, which was out of everyone’s control, put a damper on several of the experiences. The funicular ride to Sacre Coeur Basilica was down for maintenance, so taking the steps to the Basilica was more time consuming than expected. The Basilica itself was breathtaking. Montmarte was an adorable area, and it would have been great to have the coffee stop there instead. The tour through the Louvre focused more on stories of mythology than the actual art on display. In the 2 hours we spent there, it felt like we spent a lot of time standing and listening to stories about the people/gods we were seeing, which we could have spent seeing more artwork. Lunch was fantastic. Marine recommended several spots, and from those, we selected a wonderful place called Cafe Leon. The entire dining experience was exceptional. The rest of the afternoon seemed very rushed. We did have a few inconsiderate folks on the tour who chose repeatedly to wander off on their own, which cost the entire group time looking/waiting for them, which is no fault of the tour company or guide, but something to be aware of when booking with groups. We did not go by Shakespeare and Company, which was disappointing. We have not gone on the river tour yet, but I do appreciate the flexibility of the ticketing process for that experience. Overall, this was a pretty good tour but there are simple things that could be done differently to improve the experience.

The best for first-timers in Paris

Seeing historical sights. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city. Karin was a great guide and gave nice recommendations for food and ample time for breaks.

Viator MUST UPDATE their meeting place instructions. My taxi driver could not figure out address. I had to dig deep in description to find out meeting place. 2 more families had same trouble. Managed to get there & had great tour with Karen.

Team Adam Alll Day and twice on Fridays

I accidentally booked this tour without reslizing it was 9 hours. I cringe at 9 hours on a tour as I do tours; I though I was good but than I met a master in his craft and was blown away. From Persian manners to Persian History to Canadian Heroics(do the tour and you’ll understand). I didn’t know when the time came and went. Adam continue to educate people on Frenchism. I was skeptical about France and now I’m in love with the country of love.

Team Adam All Day!!!

I accidentally book the most amazing nine hour tour. Adam was incredible; I feel like a Frenchman. From the history to the manner and the jokes just kept us all captivated. It was a group trip but I felt as if they were 10 adams how much he personalized the service. I even took the metro after the tour; I am a Frenchmen now!!!

Great tour of Paris!

Wonderful tour! Our tour guide Adam was interesting, knowledgeable and funny. He definitely knows his history and way around Paris. I recommend this tour for anyone who wants an overview of Paris and its history. The visits to the Louve and other historical sites were very informative and as a tour you can bypass most of the lines. Adam also shares some tips for navigating the Paris subway system and Paris as a tourist. Well worth it!

Simion was a great guide, fun to walk the streets, stop in a cafe and see the sights. Lots of walking, but fun! A little delay entering at the Louve slowed us down, but everything else was excellent.

If you are able to request a tour guide, make sure to ask for him! Excellent people skills :) this tour was such a fun and informative experience. Adam helped me gain a new appreciation for art and learn about it in a way I not only understood but enjoyed it! It’s impossible to see all of Paris in a day but with a limited time span on my end, this was a great way to cover a lot in one day, definitely recommend :)

Team Adam Walking Tour

We did a walking tour of Paris with “Team Adam” today. If you want a guide who is knowledgeable, engaging and passionate about Paris, its art, and history, then you simply can’t go wrong with Adam. He made it fun by asking us questions, and pointing out little known details of the different paintings, sculptures, and historic sights rather than just giving us “a dry lecture” about what we were seeing/visiting. He made sure he took us to the best photo op spot for the popular (crowded sights) and he remembered everyone’s name. It is a long day and there is a lot of walking but the tour is worth it. I would definitely try to get Adam as my tour guide in the future - as I said you can’t go wrong.

Team Adam experiences Paris!

Adam is, what can I say, other than amazing! Adam is a wealth of information and an excellent tour guide! We spent the entire day with him and a small group totaling 13 people. It was intimate, informative, and at times, very entertaining! Adams’s personality is perfect as a tour guide, and his knowledge is immense as far as Paris and its history. Adam made our “ Paris in a day” walking tour special

Our walking tour of Paris in a day as part of “team Adam” was a wonderful experience. Our guide, Adam, went above and beyond to explain the history, cultural relevance, and interesting details of all the major places and works of art we saw. He was engaging and interactive with all the tour members … and even took the time to know and remember all our names and snap photos of us in front of the landmarks. He made the walks tour very memorable for us. Would definitely recommend any other tours Adam was leading!

We had a great tour with Adam! He did a great job of explaining art at the Louvre, and had interesting tidbits throughout the walking tour. Wow! Honestly the best tour I have been on; solely down to our guide, Adam. He went above and beyond to make sure we all had an amazing time. I have had many tours before and in all honestly they have all been boring- Adam really engaged with us and made it such a fun experience- he is charismatic and knowledgeable and his passion really shines though. Fabulous tour

The whole experience was better than expected! Claire was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell she loved being guide. She walked us to many iconic places other than the description and gave us a fantastic tour of the Louvre given the short amount of time we had to spend there- you could literally spend weeks and not see it all. She told us things that really enriched the experience. Getting 15 people on and off different metros was amazing. The only disappointment of the tour was that we were given a ticket at the end of the tour to take the river cruise, and the river cruise line was really long and would’ve gotten longer as the night wore on So there was no way we were waiting for a sunset cruise. The river cruise itself was not too great as the app did not work for us. However, the rest of the tour was absolutely fantastic.

Paris tour with Violette

Violette was so knowledgeable and informative. She was an amazing guide who offered many tidbits about history and art history. We particularly found her story about “bistro” insightful and charming. Lastly, we enjoyed her passionate personality; she was full of conviction.

Best Introduction to Paris

I can't recommend this tour with Violette highly enough. The pace of this tour was perfect, and included a nice stop at a café and plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the atmosphere. Violette was a superb guide, relating great information and interpretation, especially at the Louvre. We didn't feel rushed going through the Museum and were given ample time to wait in line for the Mona Lisa. We certainly saw many of the highlights of Paris and transitioning for locations via funicular or metro was very smooth. We also had the option to take the boat cruise on our own later in the evening when everything was lit up. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Paris and even received emailed recommendations afterwards.

Best Tour of Paris imaginable!

Our guide Isolde (Emily) was a treasure. A native Parisian, educated in the city with a degree from the Sorbonne, she was a wealth of information. She provided wonderful details and facts about Paris and easily maneuvered the group around the city and into museums with ease. We would love to take another tour with Emily.
