Everything went smoothly! The driver was communicating with us through the whole process. On time, very efficient. Perfect!

Driver Identification Problem

The DT Driver was not evident holding a sign with our name to identify him in the terminal 2E public waiting area. Attempts to connect by phone failed and the driver did not respond to several of my texts describing our location and identifying clothing. After 45 minutes of searching, we finally gave up and joined the taxi queue. However, Tripadvisor has already refunded my fee, and I would sign up again on a future trip if I can be assured that the identification process has been improved.

Driver was not waiting and took time to find each other

Driver was not waiting as we arrived. I spoke with him on the phone twice and ultimately he told us which door to come out. We waited outside and he was inside. Once we got in the car the trip was fine but I booked this ride to make arrival very easy and did not feel it was

It's a sham....don't book this company!!!

DO NOT BOOK!!!!! Terrible, terrible service! I would of given a rating of 0 if I could. By no means is this a luxury car service....the picture on Viator is misleading. Don't bother sending specific instructions, they don't follow them. If you get stuck in customs upon your arrival, which is beyond your control, they don't care. They will take off for a service that you paid for and leave you to fend for yourself.

Hotel to CDG transport

Driver was on time and a quick and easy transport form the hotel to CDG. If I was to ever go back to Paris, I’d gladly use again

Flawless

Our driver met us immediately when we came thru the arrivals area holding a sign with our name on it, and he escorted us to the van and drove us to the hotel. He assisted with luggage too. It was a flawless experience. I highly recommend this service.

Ask for Vinny!!!

Vinny was wonderful! I felt safe and secure and confident that I was in capable hands. He even pointed out some of the landmarks for me as we went by them or at least as they could be seen. He’s a great driver and a wonderful person!!

Never again

There were very clear instructions for meeting up with our driver. I was told to go to a particular level and leave through a specific numbered door. Instead he was waiting right past customs, with all these other drivers, and my name was not more than 2 inches big - on his cell phone. Then, between the dispatcher and driver we still couldn't get a specific location to meet - like a door number. He sent a picture of a store he was hanging out near. No description of what he was wearing, no door number to meet by. Plus, I thought that working with tourists, he'd speak more English.

Average transfer

Driver was late; dropped was off in parking lot of airport (we had to ask which way to walk) as we had never been to this airport before and he just pointed and got in van

Ride to CDG

Loved that driver was early for pickup to CDG airport since it was raining and rush hour. Very courteous and helped with bags.

David was excellent; he communicated the day before which made my pickup seamless. This was a perfect ending to a great trip!

Driver was courteous, efficient, on time and friendly. Without request he took us a mini-tour through the area of the champs elysee but close enough to get a preview of what laid ahead for us.

The traffic was awful and there was an accident which made it even worse but my driver was wonderful and had so much patience!

Paris Ok; London disaster!

The Paris pick up was fine. I complained on the phone about London Heathrow, which was horrible. Conf 1430697471 - Booking # 1044127417. We called that we arrived earlier. It was 20 minutes past pick up time in Heathrow no driver. We were sitting where others sit in the hall where drivers appear w signs. Our driver got off elevator and came over to me saying "I am taking a chance, are you aGraceMary" - no sign. It was freezing in London/windy. The driver escorted is to the elevator w luggage. He GOT OFF ON 4 FLOORS. HE COULDN'T FIND HIS CAR. We are senior this was inconvenient Then he gets near hotel and while it was one way the other way he enters and says "CAN I DO THIS?". I said "IF YOU DON'T KNOW, WE DON'T KNOW". He dropped us about two businesses from the hotel entrance. My husband was very generous to give him a 10 pound tip, plus a souvenir glass from NYC. I called and wrote Viator for half credit back and you would not credit us. Paris driver was acceptable. We won't use Viator again due to you couldn't credit us even half due to all the mishaps in London. You blocked me from posting about London so I mention it here. London deserves NO STARS. PARIS DESERVES FOUR STARS.

Our driver David was waiting somewhere we could very easily see him with my name clear to read. I was worried as our flight was delayed and I was uncountable but he was there, ready for us. He was very helpful and friendly and even confirmed my upcoming booking. I’d definitely recommend this company, especially David to other people.

Great Service

I highly recommend this service. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable... and safe. I tend to get motion sick, so I was glad to have someone who was a good driver. He also did not have an air freshener which was a relief. Those things overwhelm the senses in such a small space and add to the unpleasantness of motion sickness.

Fabulous Ride from Charles de Gaulle

Our driver was really great and I would definitely recommend Viator. This is my second time using Viator for a car service from Charles de Gaulle airport to Paris. My sister was traveling with us but arriving on a different airline and was lost, and the driver was super patient and helped us track her down.

Hakim was very friendly. He had a translator app to visit with us. He pointed out places we passed by like a tour guide. I was so thankful he was the one driving us!! Traffic was no joke!

Paris transport

The driver was very helpful and courteous because the transport on the voucher was opposite of what I booked. He contacted me early so we could make the change. He helped with our luggage even though it was a little walk. My only criticism was his music selection on the hour long drive from the airport. One has to always know their audience. We were a couple in our sixties listen modern rap. Needless to say the lyrics made my ears bleed

Nice way to get to the airport

Our driver was very nice and very capable in driving with all the traffic. He even dropped us off right at the door the Sheraton thank goodness so we didn’t have to walk around terminal 2 to get there.

Smooth transfer

Exactly what was expected. Smooth start to our trip. Be sure to read the pick up instructions. This is not a typical “driver service” where you’re greeted with a sign, more comparable to uber/Lyft. Our driver was very nice and professional.

CDG airport ride

Our driver, DT, met us inside the airport as we exited the terminal. He was an excellent host and driver to our accommodations in the city.

Don’t use them

Ordered 2 vans for 8 people and 13 pieces of luggage. Was told it would be 90€ For the first van. Was charged 190€ for for both vans. The driver at the airport was told we only ordered one van but could literally pack all of us and all the suitcases in but would have to charge us an additional 50€! Would never use them again!!

AWFUL refund needed

Did not even pick us up - texted me a picture of a parking garage to meet us in and then left before we had our bags. It was near fraudulent I am pursuing a full refund. Just get a taxi

Smooth transfer to Paris

After 24 hours of flying, I was too tired to navigate trains to Paris and this was a more relaxed way to get into Paris. Our driver was nice but we did have a lot of trouble locating him at the airport and that was a little frustrating. After long haul, a sign at arrivals would have made that much easier but overall good transfer that I would book again.

Driver was great. He even helped me with getting my bags over to the hotel when the entrance was somewhere he could not park. Smooth transaction and am looking forward to using them again on my departure.

Excellent Service

Had set the time for 0900. We arrived about 30 minutes early. The driver was taking our flight and texted me about five minutes after coming into the terminal. It was a nice ride and we had a nice conversation on the way to the hotel. I would use them again.
