Very Reliable for Early AM Departures

We had a very early flight out of CDG; given how much time we needed in advance (to account for any tax refund and security queues), it would have been difficult to depend on UBER or a local taxi. This transfer was a great solution and the driver came on time. If peace of mind and reliability are important, this is highly recommended.

Always a WONDERFUL experience

The trip operator have been available and very responsive throughout! I needed to make several changes in our meeting time and airline but they were always nice and accommodating! Our driver came promptly at 530 AM (0530) and we were even able to request that he drop off one of us in Terminal 1 of CDG where my daughter's flight was ( United Airlines) while the booking was under me flying Air France with my friend and companion in Terminal 2 ( I booked for 3 people though). I have NEVER been disappointed with my airport/hotel pick up arrangements with Viator! I highly recommend it to everyone traveling abroad esp if you have a lot of luggage to carry and public transport can be inconvenient . It is a door to door transfer and the drivers help with the loading and unloading of your luggage as well!

Above and beyond

We were picked up on time and had a nice ride to the airport. His driving was safe, comfortable and not rushed. When we arrived at the airport he offered to assist us with our bags and guide us to the ticket area for our airline. The feat was above and beyond what any other driver might do for us. Great experience, especially for families with kids

We were a family of 14 people, including 6 kids under 8. We required 2 car seats and 2 boosters. The experience was very smooth and exactly what we requested, which doesn’t happen often unfortunately when trying to book car service with kids while traveling. Erik was the primary contact and driver of one of the two cars we had. He was extremely friendly and communicative. Really appreciate the great service!

Great way to end a vacation/safe transfer to the airport

We needed a lift to the airport, so we booked this transfer before our vacation started. The van arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and van was very clean, comfortable and large enough to handle our 6 large suitcases, carry-on’s and 3 couples. The driver was very polite, helpful and a safe driver.

BEST Customer service you could ask for!

The drivers definitely went above and beyond for our trip! We had 8 people and 12 full size suitcases, they brought 2 vehicles to ensure that us and our luggage would be comfortable for the commute. We also left a iPad on the airplane when we landed and the driver helped us with the language barrier at the airport and waited on us until we had news. When we arrived at the hotel we got word that the airline had located the iPad and asked when we could pick it up. Our driver called a colleague that was currently there and had them bring it our hotel so we did not have to make the hour and a half trip back to the airport. Overall the best experience we could have ever asked for! We will definitely be using them again!

Great value

These guys were great! We hired them to take us from CDG to Disney, from Disney to our hotel near the Louvre and from the hotel back to the airport. They are very professional, on time and communicate very well. I will use them again any time I am in Paris. No question!

Erik was our driver. Upon arrival at CDG, Erik texted and called to ensure that we landed and to let us know his location. The transition was smooth. As we drive to our hotel, Erik was engaging, friendly, and provided information on places to eat and visit. We enjoyed him so much that upon our departure from France, we requested him again.
