The iconic sights. However the mandatory 20% tip taken by the waitress was unexpected and not appreciated. The singer on board was great. You have to pay 15 euro per person for a window table.

Memorable and fantastic.

The dinner cruise was a perfect ending to a great trip. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The music performer was tremendous and the sites were fabulous.

More like the “Unromantic” Package…

My wife and I booked this experience for a romantic evening to take in the beautiful Paris sites. We paid for the Romantic package and when we got on the boat and saw that we had the front table of the boat we were so excited. Until other passengers throughout the duration of the evening (even while we were eating) came up to the front to take pictures practically right on top of us. At times they bumped into our chairs, reached over our shoulders and continued after a few stares of disbelief. Spending close to $400 for this romantic evening was not worth it. The food was mediocre and the situation mentioned above would not have me recommend this experience to anyone. I’d also like to add that the people coming right up to our table to take pictures were from tables that didn’t pay for a window seat… absolutely ridiculous. The boat should have a rope to block off the first 4 tables to avoid this from happening. That night after we got back to our hotel I contacted customer service requesting some form of refund since we didn’t get the experience we paid for and hoped for. I heard back from 3 different reps off my first correspondence and then I heard from Thom. Thom told me that after “investigation” they will not issue me a refund. What type of investigation was done? I asked for specifics and I have now sent 4 follow-ups and have not heard back. Extremely poor customer service experience. Would I recommend this dinner cruise? Absolutely not.

Lovely Cruise

Entertainment was very nice. The performance of the singer was top notch! The view was outstanding and the food was delicious and perfectly timed for the grand finale of the Eiffel Tower.

Nice, but setting is not really for a family or group experience.

The app would not let you book the reservations for more than 2 people, and we were a family of 4; so, we did two reservations of 2 people. However, the cruise staff would not let us sit together, nor let us sit at tables next to each other. As such, the experience and memory we expected to share for our first trip to Paris on the Seine sunset dinner was not the same. Overall, the food was delicious; however, they really cram the tables and people together.

Room for improvement, food leaves much to be desired

Food was mediocre. Steak was tough and overcooked. Extremely loud atmosphere. If you order anything above what you already paid for the server will somewhat harass you for additional tip. Gives off the vibe of “get them in and get them out”. Definitely not worth the price compared to other river cruise dining options. We really did not enjoy ourselves.

STAY AWAY from Viator! Not reliable!

I booked the trip for my 3 daughters and 5 granddaughters back in 2023, paid in full. Received confirmation and tickets. Showed up for our 9:15 tour and were told they did not have our confirmation and that Viator never contacted them with our reservation and did not have room for us. . Needless to say this was VERY upsetting as I had to scramble to find dinner reservations for 9 at 9pm. Thankfully the staff on the boat ended up accommodating us at the very last minute. We were told this happens frequently!

Great way to see Paris from the Seine

Our table was in front by the window so our view was fabulous Food was good, however, they did not tell us that they charged for water and there is a surcharge if you want beef which he told us after we chose it Thinking you should just charge a few euro more and get water included Also, be prepared to kick in for a tip Timed perfectly to be in front of Eiffel Tower when twinkling at 11 pm Would recommend, it’s a nice experience

Food wasn’t all that great. Steak was overcooked or just not quality steak and for the price we expected better. The experience was nice as you pass right in front of the Eiffel Tower yet the food wasn’t all that good.

A fun event to do in Paris

BEWARE! - DECEITFUL PROMOTION & HIDDEN CHARGES!

DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR FOR THIS PARIS-SEINE EXPERIENCE! This was our worst experience in Paris because of the deceitful nature this dinner cruise is sold by Viator and the cruise operator. The photos for the tour show the front of the boat with tables for 2 along the sides (windows) and round tables for 4 and 6 a available at the front. I requested a table for 4 in the front of the boat for a panoramic view to see through the glass windows on the front and both sides of the boat. This was going to be our top tour in Paris but it became our worst because of rude maitre d’ who ignored our specific requests and seated us in the back next to the waiter station so we could not see out the front, and only could see to one side. Worse, it was at a table next to all the large group seating (likely discounted seating that was part of a package for those passengers who were very loud, had crying young children, and in parties of 8 or more who did not care and were loud - hardly “romantic”). By, contrast, we were well dressed in blazers and dresses looking forward to a wonderful dinner and instead has horrible seating. where it was loud and we could not see. Even worse, when I complained to the rude maitre d’, he insisted he could not place me in the front because I had paid more for the window seating and oh tables for 2 were along the windows in the front. I expressed my frustration with the seating location given my booking and specific request at time of booking to be seated at a table in the front “line the photo”. He told me that was an “old photo” and he did not have that option. This was a deceptive half-truth. When I walked to the front they did arrange the tables differently and we could have been seated at a table in the front center where we had requested but he put other guests there. He said because we paid 15 Euro more per persons for window seating to that we must take that instead of this table in the center. In essence, he insisted we must have the worse table because we paid more. He did not care and he was rude, obnoxious, and insulting to my intelligence, not to mention deceitful in every way because it was completely illogical and absurd that we must take a worse table because we paid more for that! But it gets worse. To make me feel heard, he simply moved us to the other side of the waiters station to be in the exact same location mid-ship but on the right (starboard) side where he said it was “better for the light.” It was even worse, however, for our experience because we sat in front of a table for 8 with two young children including a girl of 4-6 years old who was screaming and being loud the entire time. We also missed one of the most special sites we wanted to see (the Cathedral of Notre Dame) which can ONLY be seen from the left (port) side of the ship when seated mid-ship because of its height and with the waiter station blocking your view if that side when seated on the right (starboard) side as we were placed. So my complaint of the location put us in an even worse seat where we missed one of the most important sites we had wanted to see on this river cruise. We did not realize this until we were past the Isle de Cite and Notre Dame. We complained to our waiter because the maitre d’ could no longer be found in the dining room and he could only switch us back to the original table. It improved because we were no longer near the screaming toddler whose parents didn’t care and the other tables if 8 and 10. We had a better view on the left (port) side but we discovered another problem when it got darker and the lights of the City or Lights came on — we could not see or photograph them well because the lights of all the waiter stations around us created too much glare in the windows. When you tried to take a photo of these wonderful sites like the Eiffel Tower, you saw the lit up waiter stations in all the photos along with the historic tourist site, which of course ruins the photo. Even worse, we discovered that despite paying for an all-inclusive dinner with champagne, the description on Viator was deceptive. It said you receive a half bottle of champagne per person — this is not true because that would be 5 standard size flutes of champagne per person. Onboard they told us we are only entitled to two smaller flutes of champagne per person, or perhaps the equivalent of one standard glass of champagne per person (one-fifth of what we paid for). Additional champagne or wine with dinner or other drinks were all a significant up charge of €12-€20+ per drink. The waiter asked if we wanted still or sparkling water — we ordered one small bottle of each as two family members in our party of 4 preferred one and the other two preferred the other. We were not told that this would be an €6 per bottle upcharge as well — for water in an all-inclusive dinner cruise for which we were spending close to €200 per person!!!! Further, the meal had only one good option for dinner among the “sea bass with the fish head on the plate” or the “yellow chicken” (curry?) and that was the beef — only problem is that your all-inclusive dinner has an up-charge of €9 per person for the third option - the beef. So in the end, we all got beef (€36) plus the two small bottles of water (€12 total) and paid an additional (€48) for what should have been included in the meal already. These hidden up-charges put our total cost above €200 per person for the worst seats mid-ship. I am furious at this operator and the deceitful way it and Viator market this experience to unknowing customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if they never post this review because it would be consistent with the deceitful way it is already marketed - to have you over-pay for an experience you will not have — the tables in the “old” photo they will not seat you at — the view you will not see — the loud back of the boat compared to the elegant front for those passengers who paid less than us — and the surprise hidden pricing with up-charges for what should be included. As I said in the beginning, this was our WORST EXPERIENCE in Paris and Viator should be fully refunding us for this fiasco. It won’t however give us the wonderful d memories we could have and should have had by being seated where we had requested and where we were “sold” by the promotion and photos. No, this will forever be a stain on our trip to Paris - the worst of the worst from tour operators who prey on the tourists, insult their intelligence, and use lies and deceitful photos and hidden charges. They should be ashamed of how they run their business. This is not a first class operation that prides itself on first-class service. No, it is one that takes advantage of the tourist who visits for a few days, wastes their time on this cruise, because they prepaid, can do nothing about it onboard (no cancellation within 24 hours) and will be gone in a day anyway wi they can take the money of the next unknowing tourist. If I am not made whole by a reimbursement, I will post this review everywhere - on Trip Advisor, Yelp, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram and every other social media app because I want every tourist to know how bad this company and this experience has been. I don’t see anyway to make up for the stolen memories of a wonderful evening we had hoped to have had by the false advertising and promotion of this experience, but hopefully I will be refunded my money for the awful and callous treatment by this maitre d’ who should be fired - he orchestrated the worst experience for us when he had the power to make it the best, and refused to do anything about his own failure to seat us and place us where we had requested for the experience we were “sold”. That is unforgivable, truly, and my family will never have had that moment we hoped for despite spending over €800 Euro.

Bad directions

We got there with just enough time but the instructions were wrong which cost us 5 minutes so we ran up to the boat as it pulled away 1 minute late

Disappointing

It was raining the whole time Food was less than average We didn’t go down to the Notre Dame and round the island Seeing the Eiffel Tower in daylight was not a highlight for an evening tour Only reasonable part was the friendly singer and the staff waiting tables Surely you could have done something extra to make guests happy!

Unforgettable moment!

This was an unforgettable experience! Seeing the Eiffel Tower at night was spectacular!! However, the food was disappointing. The starter was pretty good but the fish main course was not good; the dessert was so so.

The food was great, the ambiance feels so relaxed. Very accommodating staff and servers, great window view of the Seine River attractions plus icing on the cake with Eiffel tower top of the hour lights display.

Cheap.

Although we paid $394, we found ourselves on a small boat, at a fast-food type table (50x50 cm), served with a glass of €10 champagne from the supermarket. Water or any other drinks are not included in the price, and the same goes for food; you have to pay extra for a Rib Steak. This time we got scammed :)

Too expensive for what it is

I am very disappointed… we paid almost $300 for 2. The food was ok. I got the fish and it was bland… Also the view was not good. There was a solo lady in front of us with a better table. But we paid a premium price for 1 glass of Prosecco and some petals. I do not recommend.

Amazing seine cruise by night!

This was a fantastic boat trip. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent! This absolutely made our trip to Paris. A perfect way to see the sights of the city and with the finale hitting the Eiffel tower at 10:00pm....the light show at the tower was unreal! Well worth the cost!

This was an amazing experience and one of our favorite highlights from our trip (besides seeing TS). The food was excellent, the service was wonderful and the singer on board was fantastic. Beautiful views with wonderful company. We couldn’t ask for more!

Nice Evening

The river cruise was nice, the views are great from the water. The food was good, not great but better than expected. We got some nice photos from the onboard photographer.

Would definitely do this again. I don't think I got to see as many things as I thought, but did get good views of the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. The service was excellent, the food was acceptable. Overall a great experience.

An incredible experience! From the time you enter the cruiser you are treated like royalty. You will want to book a window seat to see the beautiful views of Paris and the Siene. The three course meal was delicious and filling. The drinks were flowing and the servers were all a delight. Book this cruise now!

We strongly advise against using this website. Despite making a provisional booking for a tour to the Louvre, they charged our credit card €79.80 without our authorization, two days prior to the scheduled tour. Upon discovering that the tour only costs €17 per person, we attempted to cancel over 24 hours in advance, but received no response from the company, even via WhatsApp, which appeared to be a Turkish number. As they have refused to issue a refund, we have been compelled to initiate a dispute via PayPal. This behavior is deceptive and does not reflect a reputable service.

Magical evening…very romantic.

The whole experience was wonderful, our table, our hosts, the food and service. What was especially amazing was the view of the Eiffel Tower in the evening and especially the lighting and sparkle of the Tower. A magical evening…very romantic.

Couples date night in Paris

Absolutely amazing ! I booked the 9.15pm with champagne and finding the port was easy , the boat was beautiful, the staff were so lovely and the service was amazing the food was very nice and the experience was one of the best I’ve ever had . Would 1000% recommend this and this company

Great views but underwhelming service and food

I have mixed feelings about this experience. The boat itself was really nice, we had a beautiful table by the window right at the end of the boat. The sights were gorgeous, the Eiffel Tower was spectacular! The vibe and the music was awesome. The service was not great though, they are just not attentive to their guests needs. I was made to wait for a table without explanation while people that came after me were seated. The salt container had pepper in it, I asked for tobasco and it never came until I finished the meal. The same waiter came to take our order twice! He had forgotten that he took our order already. The food itself was underwhelming! I would try a different service provider if I wanted to do the experience again!

Romantic dinner on the sienne

What a sensational evening. The live singer was fantastic. Our waiter was so great too. The food was wonderful. It was truly a special evening.

Unresponsive, unhelpful

if I could give a zero I would. I was forced to cancel because the air traffic controllers in France threatened to strike, and our airline informed us that our flight has been canceled. When we were forced to rebook, we had to leave before our boat tour. The cancellation process for Viator is confusing, unresponsive, and bottom line. They didn’t help us at all.

Hidden charges

Hidden charges that they will give you the bill at the end of cruise. I am sure that I booked dinner with champagne but we just got cup of champagne. After paying $391 for that dinner, we were charged for water that we were not told it will be charge. Ordered for well done steak and I was given medium rare even after I returned it.

Wonderful

Awesome time! It was a wonderful way to see some of the sights, enjoy a meal and relax. There was live music; the singer was great! It was just the right amount of food and time (hour and a half). Staff was very welcoming. Really enjoyed!

The perfect Seine River dinner cruise

I loved everything about this cruise! The size of the boat was perfect and it was very clean. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. Our waiter Paul was outstanding. There was a woman singing on the boat and she did a fabulous job. We had a blast!

Fine Cruise, Tourist Trap

Not worth the money. Paid $300 and then they try and sell you more from the start overpriced taxi home, then an unsolicited photographer for $25 a photo, then demand you leave a tip for the standard service (nowhere else in the country expects a tip). The description states a bottle of champagne per couple is included, we were given only a glass and the rest required a purchase. You’d get better value making this walk yourself along the river path and getting dinner at any other place you find.

It was by far the highlight of our 4-day trip to Paris! Most enjoyable food, drinks and entertainment. Unusual opportunity to see Eiffel Tower and Paris Statue of Liberty at the same time.

Pleasant but not magical dinner cruise

Having done another dinner cruise from the same company before, this cruise was good but sort of felt like the servers and entertainer both were just sort of going through the motions. Still a good time, just not magical.

Best view

The views were amazing and was a great experience overall. The only thing I will say is the food was good but not worth the money. However it was a great experience to have.

Perfect dinner on the Siene

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. We’ve been on other dinner cruises on the Siene and this one was smaller and more intimate, with nice music and friendly staff.

Just OK. Find another dinner cruise.

The main course and appetizer food was very good which prompted the 3 star rating. However the boat was super crowded. They didn’t bother to set the table it was like someone just dropped some silverware on the the on the extremely small bistro table that had to serve as our dining table. Bread and champagne were at the table on arrival but must have been there a while as champagne was flat and bread was stale. The Paris sites were lovely but it was a quick trip for the money.
