View was amazing, food just ok

The Eiffel tower view made was the best part. The restaurant was nice. The food presentation was horrible and taste even worse. The steak was burnt. Highly disappointed and would not book again.

Great family experience!

Great lunch

Overall a great experience. Food was enjoyable and the service was great ! 2 bottles of wine and glass of champagne was included in price. The photographer was very friendly. Downsides: - air-conditioning on (too cold) - no kids menu - check-in a bit confusing

Tour with no guide

Food was great but everything else was awful. The cruise itself had no commentary except self guided audio which was not what we expected from the description. We were herded like cattle onto the ship. Service was rude. Extremely low value for money.

A GREAT AFTERNOON

Lunch was excellent with a full and varied menu and excellent service. Allow a couple of hours to relax over a glass or two to enjoy this part of the package. It is really well organized despoite the numbers arriving at the same time. The cruise can be taken whenever you choose. It was interesting with a full descriptions of the highlights that we passed in three languages and the alternative of listening on the company app. Unfortunately, the high water prevented us going all the way to the islands but there was nothing that the Company can do about that as the bridges are quite low. It was a very enjoyable afternoon in the sun and we would recommend it.

Atmosphere was good. Food was good. Service was excellent. We would recommend the Bistro, did not have time to take the cruise.

My afternoon on the Seine...

The cruise was very relaxing, and serene...I didn't get to see as many sights as I would have liked to, because I was on the inside of the boat. Due to the length of time it took to get my bill at the bistro, I was one of the last ones to get onto the boat. Making the prime sightseeing seats unavailable. Which brings me to, my lunch...the appetizer was great...the steak was overcooked, and I was left to try and cut it with a butter knife. The service was more than lacking I actually had to stand up and practically yell for my check. After the steak, which I was unable to finish, due to the toughness, I was turned off to the dessert. The waiter was just short of belligerent. He acted as though he was annoyed to have to be serving me, and I was sat in a corner withering under the intense heat. I was extremely uncomfortable. and considered abandoning the meal I prepaid for. At any rate, the idea of having the cruise after the meal is a great way to spend the afternoon. However, it would serve them well to consider their customers needs and desires, so that they will be able to have better business retention. As I am planning my spring break trip to paris with my husband, I honestly don't feel I'll be returning to this particular venue.

Cruise wonderful, Bistro Parisien Horrible!

The cruise was absolutely wonderful. However, bistro Parisien need some work. When we sat down visitors shared that the service was poor. We received our water and soda 10 minutes after our appetizer. They put rotten lettuce on my husbands burger and the bun was soggy. We ended up leaving soon after because we could not get assistance.

Worth it

It’s so worth it. And the staff in the restaurant are amazing.. Especially the Spanish and French guys.

Highly recommended - great value and excellent service - lunch cruise

Being seasoned travellers we were a little hesitant to book something so ‘tourist’ focused but we were travelling with the grandparents and decided it would be a easy and cool way to see the sights of Paris in mid August. It actually turned out to be the highlight of the trip and I can wholeheartedly recommend. The service was excellent. We had our disabled and autistic son with us who was experiencing some distress at the start of the trip. The staff went out of their way to help and support us at the check in. The check in was smooth and no queue which was a stark contrast to the huge queues we passed for the regular sight seeing cruises further down the docks. The waiting staff were also really helpful and friendly offering little snippets of info as we passed the landmarks and constantly filling our glasses / keeping the bread coming etc. The food was excellent with a reasonable choice on the menu. We were supposed to have 1.5 bottles of wine between 6 of us but we’re issued 2 bottles and an additional half bottle just ‘appeared’ towards the end of the cruise when we ran out. It’s would be easy for them to squeeze the margins but the provision of food and drink within the package was generous and plentiful and if a high quality. I really recommend the trip for a relaxed and enjoyable way to see the sights and enjoy some Parisian food and hospitality. We selected the Etiole lunch package and we were happy with the seating on the raised central section of the boat. This offered good views to both sides of the boat for the whole journey. I don’t see the need to pay for the higher priced seating unless perhaps a more romantic window table for 2 is the preference. On reflection the lunch cruise also represented great value!

River cruise followed by a relaxing lunch.

We really enjoyed the experience, wonderful views from the boat. We couldn't hear the commentary but had scanned the code and had all the info we needed. Lunch was gorgeous and the staff were charming. Many thanks.

Rushed - too far from cruise ship to Paris

Very disappointed that cafe was closed. We went around barricade stations to knock on closed door to get someone’s attention. He was finally able to get our tickets just in time to board the boat. The tour guide on the boat was multi-lingual. I believe I heard French English Spanish and Italian? We did see several landmarks but overall picture taking was somewhat difficult due to trees, other buildings, etc. We got back to the cafe and tried to have lunch but our time was cut short because of the time it takes to get a cab, get to the train station, and board. If you have enough time to leisurely travel the city, this tour would be ok. If you are on a cruise ship in Le Havre - do not try to get to Paris and back. At least six hours of your day will be getting to Paris and back to the boat. The train in front of us was involved in an accident. The delay put us 90 minutes late for the ship. Since there were 60 or so people on the train trying to get to the ship, they did wait for us. We heard another 11 people were on the highway stuck and did not make the ship.

Worth every penny!

Worth every penny! Lovely lunch and a wonderful way to see the city. Good wines accompanied the lunch and our waitress spoke a little English.

Good value for money.

For the price (not cheap), the lunch and cruise experience is definitely worth it. The lunch was very good, the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The cruise was good as always.

Great price great meal!

This was a nice experience. It was raining but we was still able to enjoy a nice lunch. They don't have to go boxes so make sure you go ready to clean your plates!

Great experience but lack of details in instructions

A wonderful experience and great food too. The only thing is that there should be a clearer instruction in which port to wait as me and other passengers were waiting at port 1 as I instructed in the email. Then we were told we have to wait in port 3.

Horrible

Horrible. Was impossible to find the location and the directions to get there were not accurate. Very stressful and no guidance as to what times boats were. Everyone told us different things and took an hour to even find the destination of the cruise. The restaurant had good food but the stress of the experience ruined it.

A great time was had by all!

My daughters and I had a lovely time! The food was delicious and the boat tour was fun! Tho, it was confusing to figure out exactly where to go.

It was very hard to find where to pick up tickets from. Not good instructions. Lunch was great and so where the servers. Boat ride was not good.

Relaxing lunch cruise

The cruise arrangement was very well organized and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, from checking in to the waiters friendly approach. The food was excellent and also a fine selection of wine and champagne. We had two very relaxing and memorable hours on the Seine boat trip. We can warmly recommend it to any visitor to Paris.

Not worth it

Slow service (1 hr 45 min for a 3 course meal), mediocre food. Trip advisor said it opened at 11a - it opens at noon. This was paired with a boat cruise, but we weren’t able to make the boat cruise because lunch took so long.

Great customer service. I forgot the name of the Malian guy that served us on the cruise . But he was exceptionally good.

Stunning boat trip and Lunch

A 2 year belated 21st celebration with my daughter, we had a fantastic boat trip, sitting on deck listening to the audio guide through our mobile phone, a great way to see the sights especially Note Dame. Followed by a lovely 3 course lunch with wine on the deck of the restaurant overlooked by the Eiffel Tower. The staff were really lovely and helpful especially with my broken English. Would thoroughly recommend

Tour is good, service is good, food is good. I am satisfied. It is pricey but it is worth the money. Spend the extra to get a window seat.

O passeio de barco no Bateaux Parisiens foi muito bacana e curtimos muito cada momento. Foi muito divertido ver as pessoas que passeiam pelas margens do rio Sena acenarem para os barco. Estava bem friozinho durante o passeio, mas foi muito legal! Há vários barcos que fazem o passeio e você pode escolher. (The boat trip at Bateaux Parisiens was very cool and we enjoyed every moment. It was a lot of fun watching people strolling the banks of the Sena river wave to the boat. It was very cold during the ride, but it was really cool! There are several boats that make the tour and you can choose.) 😍💖

DISAPPOINTING CRUISE

We were delighted to have a good time with my husband who had never had this experience but the result did not live up to our expectations apart from the lunch where everything was perfect. But if we had wanted a good meal, a good restaurant would have done the trick because it was above all a cruise to discover the main beautiful monuments of Paris visible from the Seine and there it was not at all up to par. what is announced. Leaving the Eiffel Tower at the foot of the pier (and there too, quite a disappointment: work...), we caught a glimpse of the grand palace but for the rest, barges, barges and more barges... boredom during 3/4 of the route completely diverted without us being warned, surely so that we avoid postponing our cruise (no respect for the customer!). Explanation to our request on site at the exit: "we should have warned you, a lot of rain therefore modified itinerary" except that the day before I contacted them to hear me say a bit annoyed that the floods were over and that there was no problem. Disastrous communication... The cruise was transformed under the noses of disgruntled customers into a simple stroll on the water with a good meal, which does not explain the amount requested. Farewell Île de la Cité, Notre Dame... In addition, no explanation of what we saw, a commentary or an audio guide would not have been too much because this organization also organizes "walking" cruises without lunch which are commented on. So for the Parisian boats we either have lunch or listen to the audio guide but we can also, I reassure them, enjoy a good meal and listen to an audio guide. For the tourists, especially those we had near us, one monument looked like another monument, without a guide they left feeling like they had missed an appointment with Paris during this cruise. Very very disappointed 😞

Eten langs de Seine

We werden niet vriendelijk onthaald, we moesten heel lang wachten vooraleer we op de boot mochten. Buiten zitten mocht niet, ondanks er wel plaatsen vrij waren buiten in het zonnetje. Eten was middelmatig. Beter is om een boottocht te boeken afzonderlijk van een lunch, en nadien te gaan eten waar je maar wil. In dit geval zit je gekluisterd op een boot die niet vaart, terwijl je eet gedurende 2 uur.

Croisière très bien Restaurant au top! Le menu excellent! Seul bémol… pour retirer les billets les différentes personnes ( cahute des tickets, la croisière et le restaurant) n’ont pas été d’accord. Obligé de passer d’abord par le restaurant pour retirer les billets via le mail … mais il n’était pas ouvert à 11h30…. Donc ça coince un peu quand on a des limites de temps ( EVJF)

Buena opción para disfrutar de París

Una opción excelente si quieres disfrutar del paseo por el Sena, sobre todo de noche, para luego vivir una cena típicamente parisina con unas vistas extraordinarias de la torre Eiffel. Lo recomiendo.

Déjeuner au pied de la vieille dame

Repas délicieux et accueil irréprochable. C'est la deuxième fois que nous prenons cette prestation dejeuner et croisière. La vue sur la vieille dame de fer est un plus.

Incantevole

Il più bel tour a Parigi fatto. Comoda rilassante e incantata dai monumenti che ho visto da un’altra prospettiva. Da fare assolutamente nella vita. Il cibo raffinato e di gusto. Staff impeccabile.

Bateaux parisien croisière et déjeuner

Restaurant très bien situé au pied de la Tour Eiffel et sur la Seine. Accueil et service efficaces. Un grand plus pour le Personnel très serviable. Le repas était gustatif. Nous reviendrons sans hésité à notre prochaine visite sur Paris. Balade sur la Seine d’une heure correct même si on aurait préférer avoir eu une meilleure information pour pouvoir entendre les commentaires sur les lieux emblématiques, mais nous ne regrettons pas notre venue quel plaisir de se balader sur la Seine.

La croisière est très sympa : nous avons particulièrement apprécié les textes de l’audio guide très bien écrit et joué. En une heure vous avez un bel aperçu de Paris avec des rappels historiques indispensables et intéressants. A noter : notre fille de 7 ans a adoré :) Pour la partie restaurant : Un accueil très chaleureux, un cadre agréable et des plats aussi savoureux que délicieux. Le tout avec un personnel souriant. Ce fut une très belle découverte.

Gewoon goed, vriendelijk en perfecte middag gehad. Heerlijk gegeten, ondanks dat je zou denken dat het 'commercieel' is. Lekker in de zon, uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren. Iets te veel zon? Werd keurig parasolletje opgezet. Vriendelijk, bijna 'on Frans'. Leuk menu als lunch (voor en hoofdgerecht) en flesje wijn. Daarna een rondvaart gehad.

Très bonne expérience

Très bonne expérience aux Bateaux Parisiens. Nous avons déjeuné au Bistrot parisien où nous avons été très bien accueillis, le personnel est aimable et disponible. La formule proposée est satisfaisante. Concernant la croisière, dans un premier temps déçus d'avoir attendu 45min pour ne pas pouvoir entrer et devoir attendre le prochain départ... Puis très agréablement surpris par la proposition de Claire, fort aimable et bienveillante, qui nous a proposé de manger plus tôt et de nous faire passer sans attendre lorsque nous déciderons de faire la croisière. Elle a respecté son engagement, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, et ce qui nous a facilité notre organisation. Un grand merci à Claire. Nous recommandons cette formule très intéressante.

croisière fade

Le concept d'avant la crise Covid était génial: un live musical, un descriptif des ponts, des serveurs agréables qui ne manquaient pas de glisser une petite annecdote sur les monuments de Paris. Voilà ce que l'on venait chercher mais tout cela est bien loin... Aujourd'hui, on n'apprend plus rien sur les ponts de Paris, l'animation musicale a disparu et la qualité du service a nettement baissé avec une très mauvaise ambiance en salle entre les membres du personnel (on vient pour se détendre...) On comprend que le prix du déjeuner ait augmenté de 10 euros entre l'avant et l'après covid car la capacité d'accueil est divisée par deux, mais SVP, remettez les animations musicales et le guide vocal. C'est vraiment dommage, nous espérons que la prestation redeviendra bientôt telle que nous l'avions connue et appréciée.

Accueil sympathique et personnels souriants. Service à table particulièrement agréable et efficace.. Repas simple mais de bonne qualité Vins à volonté bien choisis avec eau plate et gazeuse. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Ben... pas terrible!

Nous étions un groupe. Notre repas était très moyen avec en entrée une soupe de potimarron sans gout et quasi froide, par contre la polenta était très agréable. Le dessert n'a quant à lui pas relevé la note. Ensuite nous devions prendre le bateau dans la foulée à l'issue de notre déjeuner mais le restaurant n'a pas fait le relais pour prévenir de notre arrivée et réserver des places pour la croisière alors que nous étions prioritaires puisque clients du Bistro. La journée était froide et pluvieuse et nous avons du attendre 1 H dehors alors qu'ils nous avaient proposé de patienter à l'intérieur du bateau à quai. Enfin à bord, l'audio guide fonctionnait péniblement, uniquement en haut parleur ce qui faisait très plaisir à mes voisins japonnais. Résultat au bout de 5 minutes plus personnes n'en n'avaient l'usage.
