Perfect for our last night in Paris!

We did our river cruise on our last night in Paris. It did not disappoint. The staff, entertainment, food, views and atmosphere were the best!!! My family and I truly enjoyed this excursion.

Perfect evening

From walking onto the boat to the live singer and views, we couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was good, I could have skipped the cheese plate. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend

Amazing way to end a trip

Absolutely worth it. This was on my bucket list after a few visits to paris. Food was excellent, service very good and the lady singing onboard was realy good.

Best Dinner Cruise Ever

This was the best dinner cruise ever! I highly recommend this cruise. The food was amazing and delicious. The staff was outstanding and the live singer was magnificent!! Her voice is blessed. She sang for the whole two plus hours. We traveled with two other couples and we had such a great time celebrating our friends 50th wedding anniversary. The night views were spectacular! I kid you not, you will not regret this cruise! It's one of the best we've ever had. Being from America, you don't know what to expect but this exceeded our expectations. The whole process was seamless. The singer even sang a song just for those from America. How sweet was that! We were all so pleased. If you're in Paris, take this cruise.

Not to Miss Experience !!

This experience exceeded our expectations! Everything about it - the ambience, the sights and in particular the waiters were wonderful . They were so efficient , friendly and great sense of humor. We loved every minute and would do again!!

This was one of the highlights of our trip ! I highly recommend splurging on window seats. Momo took amazing care of us! We enjoyed every minute!

A Perfect Birthday Celebration

A perfect Seine Experience! Of course the views are spectacular, but the food, service and music made it a perfect birthday experience. I would highly recommend the Bateaux dinner cruise. Some other dinner cruises seemed dinner would be rushed, and others seemed too expensive. This was just right amount of time, and the dinner was fabulous with many choices. The music was a roving woman with a great voice, which added to ambiance and still allowed us to have good dinner conversation.

We would do it again

We had a great time! Traffic was bad on the way in so several folks we walking across the bridge to make it in time. All staff was friendly and professional. If you can select your table, be on the lower level so you aren’t where everyone wants to walk to the outside deck. The female singer has an amazing voice, the food was very nice and the views were exactly what you pay for.

Amazing

For our 32nd anniversary celebration this was amazing. Viewing the lights of Paris, was great. Upon arriving at the boat we were treated like royalty, the food was delicious, well presented, the wine flowing. When we got back to the dock, below the Eiffel Tower, it lit up, like fireworks.

Wonderful dinner cruise down the Seine

Wonderful dinner cruise down the Seine. The drinks and dinner was excellent, and was at a nice relaxing pace that lasted the entire cruise. The staff was super attentive and that made the experience special. A great way to spend a night in Paris.

Exquisite affair

Best experience in Paris by far! Magnificent views over the canal and the best view of the Eiffel Tower around Paris by a country mile, would do it over and over again coz the food and hospitality on the boat was quite pleasing and quite world standard as I’ve seen in my many years travelling around the globe 5 continents now

Very nice dinner cruise

Everything was above average except the temperature in the dining area was uncomfortably warm especially at the beginning of the trip. The sights and food were excellent. The service was good, but serving the number of guests efficiently precluded a more personal experience. It is definitely a splurge experience, but worthwhile and memorable.

Perfect last night in Paris

The cruise was amazing! The service was wonderful! The food was delicious! The entertainment was very delightful. This was the perfect last night in Paris!

Paris Through a Unique Lens

This was a wonderful experience. You get to experience Paris from a different lens, seeing the main monuments such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, with unobstructed views (both inside the boat while eating a delicious meal or outside on deck). Our waiter, Rodrigue (I hope I got that right), was terrific. Very helpful, attentive, pointed out sights a lot ng the way and didn't mind taking photos of us a lot ng the way. It was a great addition to our Paris experience!

Slow beginning magnificent ending

The check in process could use work. The directions to pontoon 5 or 7 were vague and we got delayed by a huge group that had the bateaux wrong After that disappointing performance we loved the cruise! The food was great the service impeccable and the views un matched. Would recommend highly

Bad Customer Service

The picture is the dock we were instructed to go to. As you can see it is dark and has panels stating "ferme". We were late arriving and I sent two texts to the provided contact with no response. I called the listed phone number which connected to their ticketing and stated they were closed. Providers should have a legitimate contact for ticket holders to contact. We missed the trip and were very disappointed with their customer service.

A fun night out in Paris

Views were great. Beautiful views and smooth sailing. Attentive service and good food and wine. Would recommend to anyone for a different experience when in Paris.

Fantastic dinner cruise!

Had a seat by the window, which was an upgrade. Totally worth it! Four courses, wine, live music, and a cruise down the Seine. 30 year anniversary celebration and it could not have been better! Starts and ends at the Eiffel Tower, so what more could you want? Totally recommend.

An ok experience, but not value for money

Booked as an anniversary trip. Total cost £350. I glass of champagne and a 3 course meal. In all honesty, the food was average, and the main course was cold. However, it was well presented. The wine they served with the meal was cheap tasting. I side the boat you could clearly see, but it was well used and worn. It wasn't atsmpheric inside at all. They had a singer, who was good. Total time spent on the cruise was 3 hours. You sail 1.5 one way, then 1.5 on return, going back the way you cane, and seeing what you have just seen. It's an ok experience, but far too pricy fir what you actually get in term of value for money.

Missed the boat

Unfortunately President Biden was in town causing streets being blocked and traffic jams. Left 90 min early and still missed the boat. So disappointed. 3 miles took 3 hours.😩

Only comment I would make is your advice on dress code was way out We dressed as advised But people came with shorts jeans sport shoes any type of shirts We felt overdressed

Cruise down the Seine! So Paris.

Cruise was lovely. Full course meal including champagne and wine. View at night was beautiful seeing the tower lite up and sparkling. Live music was a special touch but would have been nice if they announced/talked about monuments and a small story. Our waiter pointed out Notre Dame and everyone looked and appreciated.

Good views, okay food.

The views and live music were amazing! My husband and I weren’t a huge fan of the food. We aren’t picky eaters. It would’ve been nice if there was a more neutral option such as chicken or pasta (without seafood).

Absolutely incredible. Perfect experience. Look for the name of the boat bc the GPS is a little off when you’re trying to find it.

Wonderful cruise

The food, music and scenery were wonderful. The service was very friendly and helpful. They waited 2minutes for us when we got lost and were late. So glad it worked because the experience is one to always remember. Thank you all!

Great experience! Saw the Sparkle

Great experience! Great service and food was outstanding. We exited the boat quickly and saw the Eiffel Tower sparkle which it only does 1 time a day at 11:05 pm.

Memorable

The views from the boat were beautiful especially the Eiffel Tower in the evening. The food was also very good and the entertainer was great. If it’s your first time in Paris it’s a great way to get started!

Excellent way to see all the sights along the Siene with good food, wine and entertainment

Great evening excellent value for money. Food was good, wine flowing and great entertainment. Staff very friendly and constantly up date you on the different sights along the Seine. Great atmosphere and perfect timing back to the Eiffel Tower for the flashing lights. Highly recommend and a great way to end our 4 day stay in Paris.

We had an amazing evening on the Seine River. The food, wine, and ambiance were all exceptional. The boarding process was seamless, and finding the location was very easy. Overall, it was a smooth process and a fantastic experience.

First trip on the Seine

Etoile was a fabulous waiter. We loved the food, the table, the Kir and the views. The ship was beautifully decorated and had access to an outdoor patio The singer was lovely!

The Best of Paris

A most memmorible wine and dine cruse, The meal was excellent, the ambience was amazing, soft backgoud live music, excellent waiters attending your every request and the night view of paris was breath taking.

Best way to end our time in Paris

Definitely a fantastic experience! You don’t need the most expensive seat to have great views. The food was okay, nothing crazy but not a dealbreaker. At the very end of the cruise, our waitress escorted my wife and I outside in the back so we could catch the last Eiffel Tower light show of the night. Would recommend

I was a little skeptical about booking this tour because I felt like it was a tourist trap. My opinion has changed! The food was delicious, the waiters were very friendly and attentive, the music was pleasant and the the view was beautiful! Highly recommend!

Enjoying the full Paris experience

It was a great experience. Service was very good, food was very nice and the views priceless. The 2 and a half hours passed very quickly and we all enjoyed it very much. In our group we had friends that have been in Paris multiple times through out multiple decades and this was their first experience and was very precious for all of us.
