Excellent experience. Picked us up on time, car was appropriate, friendly driver, got us to our location in time. I would use this service again.

Prompt and friendly

Prompt, friendly driver, pointed out scenic attractions on the way to hotel. Managed crowded intersections in Paris with no problems.

Driver with an attitude

Driver was mad that we had the 3 bags of luggage. I asked if he would rather send someone else which he declined. He made snide remarks and made a face when we arrived at the hotel.

Not good

Driver not happy with traffic and yet very aggressive himself did not use gps to get to the right hotel.

Smooth transfer

Very easy and seamless transfer. The driver was waiting right outside of arrivals with a clear sign. The driver was safe and courteous. An easy drive to our hotel after a long flight and a late arrival.

Arrival

Our driver great. Met us outside of customs and was holding a sign which is always a relief. Very courteous and did a lot of explaining of sites on the way.

Don’t trust Viator for this service!

The driver never showed up! We paid extra for after hours pick up too. Waited an hour after the flight landed and driver was a no show. Took a taxi as we had no other choice. Tried calling, texting, emailing and no response, no attempt to reach us, absolute silence! Never again. Requesting refunds.

Terrible

Driver late and car dirty. No way worth the cost. Take Uber instead. Very disappointed with the service

Late Arrival

We arrived on time, with unclear directions as to where to meet our driver. After waiting 25min. We stopped a driver from the same company asking assistance. He was comedy, made a phone call and assured us our car was ten minutes away. He told us where to meet the driver. Thirty minutes later the driver had not arrived. We called three times and were disconnected each time. We spotted a second employee and asked for assistance. He made a call and told us the driver was near. Ten minutes later he came back and told us he was our driver. Just really disappointed to have gone through this panic and frustration on our trip to Paris.

No driver upon arrival.

Driver never showed up…..called upon arrival and they sent us a guy with a taxi. Very disappointing experience. Happy to say a full refund was promptly given to us.

EFFICIENT & HELPFUL

Very accommodating with delayed flights, quick response ; our driver was already waiting after we picked up our luggages. Removed the stress of figuring out local ride to hotel . Would highly recommend !

Great service

If you don’t want to deal with the metro when you land, especially if you have a lot of bags, definitely book this service. There was a bunch of traffic so we waited a bit for our driver. I’d recommend calling the company when you land if your person isn’t there already. They were super helpful when calling and our driver was fantastic.

No customer service in a crisis.

Due to events beyond my control, (flight canceled) I needed to book a flight for the next day. Carrier refused to rescheduled the transport, or to refund the cost.

No Driver.

The driver was not there to pick me up. So I had to find other transportation. I still don’t have an explanation.

Poor experience- will not use Viator again.

Waited an hour and a half to be picked up! Had to call support/help # two times! Everyone who arrived on our flight had a driver waiting! Flight arrived 10 am and arrived at hotel at 2:30. Cannot blame driver for Paris traffic but we should have been picked up promptly.

Unfortunately the driver was 30 minutes late and talked on the phone the entire trip to the hotel. He was very nice but my flight arrived on time and expected the service to be on time as well

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

We arrived from Hawaii after over 15 hours of flying. Our drivers were waiting outside of baggage with our names on the signs. It was such a relief and blessing to have them there to pick our family up. He was friendly and pleasant on our drive to Paris. Exceptional Service!

Great driver

Driver was excellent on drive and told about sights along the way, but had to call several times before someone answered to find out when driver would be there.

Initially, our flight was delayed 90 minutes so I contacted the car service to inform them, asking them to wait. The flight ended up three hours late, still, the driver was there, waiting. Thank you so much for the understanding.

Nice service and pickup CDG

The CDG airport is very busy. Our driver Richard was very nice and met us outside the baggage area. The traffic can be congested depending on the time of day. Please tip your driver. Viator appears to use WhatsApp. Make sure you know the method of notification and phone numbers.

An ideal transfer from CDG Airport into the heart of Paris

Fantastic service!

We were moving to Paris with 10 (!) large pieces of luggage. After a flight delay and a lengthy wait at customs, our driver met us right outside baggage claim and was extremely helpful. We were dropped right at our front door with zero issues and zero stress. I would highly recommend this service to anyone coming to Paris!

Driver was hard to find. Claimed he waited an hour. He was rude, unfriendly, no greeting, spoke not one word to us the entire trip. Might as well used a taxi. Never again.

Too much confusion

Our driver was very nice but we could not find him. It was very frustrating. While we were in line for a taxi we received a call from him. He met us where we were and everything was fine from that point on. He said his route had been changed. He had a different name on his sign.

Transfer from CDG to center Paris

I was concerned about this service because of other reviews but there were some good ones and the price was best. Luckily for me, it turned ok although a little confusing because I do have a delayed flight over what they say is their time limit where they cannot guarantee a pickup. These days that is not a great limiting factor because of all the flight delays. Once I learned of the delay, I sent a message advising them thru Viator. They did not respond but Viator ask to keep them informed. When I got to LHR, I called and advised a person who said call when I get to CDG if no driver there. I did and they contacted a driver dropping some off at airport and set up a meeting place at coffee shop right near me in the terminal. He was there in 10 minutes and Bob was excellent. I can see it is difficult as they have to park in garage at CDG and then lots of traffic to deal with.

Terrible service!! Will never use them again!!

Had prepaid a transfer Paris airport to our hotel in central city. No driver was there.l Waited over an hour and no driver. I called Viator and after a long wait was told some marginal alibi and that the driver would be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later and still no driver I again called Viator and placed on hold. 10 minutes later I hung up and headed towards a taxi stand when at last a driver appeared who was not the scheduled driver who very nice and took us to our hotel. Waiting 2 hours for a ride ruined our evening and we cancelled plans for a concert . We were very unhappy.

Great service

Driver was excellent. In time and waited for us to get off the plane and get our luggage. Put up with the traffic and got us to our hotel. Would definitely use them again.

Absolutely awful

That it was absolutely awful only gave 1 star because I had to.. Despite you saying that its a meet and greet at arrivals with driver holding name up ( my Grandson, s name as the car wss a surprise for him as out here to celebrate his 21st!!) there wsd no one there we waited 20 mins ( no reply from the number we were really confused as to what wss happening as what I paid for didnt happen) eventually a driver turned up with name on board grunted at us and we followef him to the car patk he opened the boot for us to put our luggsge in then didnt talk for rest of journey got to drop. Off he opened boot for us to tske out luggage still said nothing and even watched me struggle to get out of car I use a walking stick.. Disgusted with yjis service didnt get whst I paid for and spoilt the whole surprise

Professional and Effecient Transportation

Our plane was twenty minutes early and baggage and customs was fast and way. Driver arrived ten min later but ahead of our original expectation. Samson was very professional. Safe driver and knew the roads well as we met traffic and he made the ride efficient. Samson explained the cut as we drove through and assisted us with our luggage. All in all, I would call on this company again.

NO SHOW FOR PREPAID AIRPORT PICK-UP AT CDG.

Nobody Picked me Up??? I had to find my own taxi driver with much luggage in tow. I prepaid for this Pickup and Require full Payback to my Credit Card, ASAP. I have this same ordeal booked on the 19th of October and expect this pickup and drop at CDG to happen without any problems, as I also have items to be declared through VAT at the Airport before my flight. No one was there to pick us up, had to take a very expensive taxi into the city. I was hesitate about purchasing this ,

That I was not picked up. This year alone I have purchase many items nfrom Viator and have suggested it to others. Used the service for several years, first problem.

Never again

The car was 45 minutes late. It never showed up to the correct gate after we confirmed three times. Then parisshuttle arbitrarily decided to change the gate after 45 minutes without letting us know until we called for the fourth time to find out where the driver was. A taxi would have cost half of what we paid for this horrible service.
