Family trip to Paris

My family of 4 used this service for our recent trip to Paris. The communication from the company was great! The driver was at the airport waiting for us directly outside of baggage claim. He helped with all of our baggage. And then for our trip back to leave, the driver arrived at our hotel a little earlier than planned, but texted me not to rush. In both cases, it was a Mercedes van that fit the 4 of us each with big suitcases and carryons perfectly. Clean vehicles. Neither driver was very talkative, but that doesn’t make it or break it for me. Punctuality was great! Communication was great! So nice to not have to worry about transportation to and from. Will definitely use again.

Horrible experience

Our flight Landed around 8:10-8:15 am then we went through customs and grabbed our luggage and went to the meeting room area where everybody is with Signs. We waited over 20 minutes. We both went and looked for the person. We also asked someone there that worked there to help us. No one could find the guy with our sign. They however, insist that they were there right on time and waited for me and that is an outright lie. I will never recommend them and I am going to post my review on social media sites to let them know that this is unacceptable. All they were willing to do is to refund me 10% of the total price which was a little over $200. Are you kidding!!!

Nice ride home

It was very nice and very helpful and friendly went out of way to help us when Picking us up helped with all luggage and even check the car for anything we left behind

On time and very easy to locate our driver. Very professional and attentive and polite. Super clean vehicle with water placed throughout that we appreciated and used as we came off a long and delayed flight. Already booked their service for another destination.

Mr. Hocine is an excellent driver and is very friendly. He was very patient, having to wait for us as our flight was delayed by over an hour. He helped us with our luggage from just outside customs, all the way to our hotel reception desk. His car is spacious and very comfortable. Overall, this was an excellent experience.

Seamless travel

Our airport transfer worked out perfectly! The driver arrived on time to the chosen departure location. The van was clean, modern and easily held the luggage of 5 people. We arrived at the airport in good time , without any worries of metro stops and carrying luggage’ Thank you!

Effortless transfer to CDG from central Paris

It was wonderful to have the clean, well-equipped van arrive on time for our journey from central Paris to the Charles de Gaulle airport - traveling with a group has enough challenges to handle just by itself, so having a quality ride available to the airport was a real bonus. Our driver was courteous and efficient and got us to our goal on time.

A calm arrival experience

It was such a pleasure to be met inside the airport and not have to navigate the terminals, public transportation and directions. Our driver was very helpful and nice!

Nightmare

STAY AWAY!! Flight into Paris delayed, customs machines down and airline lost my bag, in the middle of my nightmare and whole filing a missing bag claim received an irate call from Profidriver stating we needed to pay extra now, in cash, or driver would leave. Very helpful while dealing with baggage services in a foreign country. Both airport pickup and return airport trip booked, paid for and confirmed weeks in advance. Morning of return to airport pick up driver was late. No answer on customer service numbers in US or France, sent email and 20 minutes after pickup time received an email driver was in traffic and they cancelled our booking!!! I’m stuck and held for ransom basically, they get stuck, no notification, no call, no answer when called and basically left our family of 4 high and dry to get to the airport on our own. I will be disputing my charges with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor, DON’T BOOK WITH THEM! VIATOR, you should remove this complyintelianle service from your app!!!

Left stranded at the airport

Our driver cancelled on us while we were in the air, leaving us with zero alternatives. As a result, we spent nearly two hours on a cramped and hot plane trying to get to our hotel.

Nightmare last minute cancellation

My family (including 2 young kids) had 2 delays by the airline that were out of our control. I kept the company informed promptly and was told no problem, they would find a driver on our new arrival time. But unfortunately then during the flight (I had no wifi) they cancelled and blamed me for the delay. Customer service was both rude and dishonest and I would not book with this company again. Shame on them to strand a family at the airport with very poor communication.

Saved our lives!

Our flight was canceled close to midnight for an afternoon flight the next day. I had to scurry to schedule an early morning flight that was available to get us home. This required contact in the middle of the night to arrange transportation to the airport at 5:00 AM. We were already stressed about the change in flights and multiple concerns about travel chaos at the airports around the world, so the ease of scheduling on line was a delight and a breath of fresh air! We still had some trepidations….”would this all come together in such a short timeline “? It did!!!! The driver was right on time with a wonderful vehicle that was the right size and very clean. What a great driver! Many, many thanks to all at your company who make it work so well every day for your customers ❤️

Having coordinated this before we even came on our trip relieved me of having to find transportation on the spot so early in the morning or late at night when we arrived. I emailed viator several...

I emailed viator several times to tell them about the problems during my trip and they told me to keep them updated and when I called with the last update, the driver told me that they did not receive any emails and I that I was a no show and they just took my money. Not good business when I had the proof that I contacted you and showed you the proof. Poor customer service.
