Great night out.

A great night out with the show. We had to find our own way there but a coach got us back to nearly at our hotel on request from the tour guide..thanks.

Superb!! Excellence! Tres Magnifique!

OMG!!! Tres Magnifique!!! Superb!! Beautiful Show and the Acrobatics were Phenomenal! Wonderful tribute to WWII Veterans Go 1945! Loved the Funny, Farciful Antics of the dancers in Clown Costumes and the Marcel Marceau cone hats. The Showgirl feathers Red & Pink were a Spectacle especially when they lit up. Talented dancers All!! Make and female singers BRAVO .in the air singing and on the ground!!! Well put together Spectacular Stage Show and a loving tribute to The Historic Days of Moulin Rouge of Toulouse LaTrec Era. I was treated friendly, wonderful staffbespeciallty from bathroom personnel so professional and sweet, to Coat Check Ladies and lastly the tall very nice and accommodating Gift shop staff attended to Mt every need and I bought almost one of everything or two!!! KEEP THIS HISTORZiC Building and show And SHOW ALIVE Such a Fantastic once in a lifetime Dream come true ending to me and my sons First Trip to Paris..with hope of many more time come. J'adore PARIS! J'adore Moulin Rouge!!! 😘 💋

Viator sucked. And they could’ve made it right.

The moulin rouge was fantastic! However, I always book through viator and I will not again. Visitors customer service stunk. I thought we were meeting to go in the river tour on the seine and then the late show of moulin rouge and a ride home. Read the description. When we arrived at 8:45 the guide gave us tickets for the 9:00 show of moulin rouge and said that it was too late to do the river tour and we would not get a ride home. We did not have time to do river cruise so it was a waste of money. I emailed viator tour to get a partial refund and they refused. So just go to moulin rouge. And Book yourself. Viator sucks! They could’ve given me a partial refund. Monica and Mark Louelle could’ve made it right and they chose not tooooooo!

Nosebleed seats, shared table, incorrect information, felt scammed

Bought tickets for the 11pm show (the Viator link said to meet at 845pm for the tour then back at Moulin Rouge at 1030pm for show). We got there at 845pm only to find out the river cruise tickets we were to do on our own another day and they'd booked us for 9pm instead of 11pm. We were show to a crappy table at the back which was shared and blocked by other guests, had a terrible view. Instead of 2 bottles of champagne for our 4 tickets we were given 1 bottle and no service to request/check where the 2nd bottle was. Do not book through Viator, go directly through the theatre instead. Scam and waste of money

Moulin Rouge++

Moulin Rouge is totally worth seeing. Traditional cabaret plus a bit of Cirque du Soleil-style acrobatics made for an exciting show. The guides were always where I expected, communications was thorough, and I felt I received excellent guidance. The bus ride through Paris at dark was fun (although a bit long), and the Seine boat ride was very nice. I would do it again and recommend this tour company.

Expereince of a Lifetime

It was truly a dream come true, I wanted to see the show for years and it was a delightful show paired with an amazing cruise, delicious food and champagne never disappoints, I performers are exquisite and you cannot take your eyes off from them for a single second!!!

Just awesome. Definitely worth going through Viator

Everything about this experience and the booking process was excellent. Clear information about getting the tickets to both experiences. The Viator contact was there at the right time and place- Next time I would turn up earlier than stated as seats at the back. This did not take away the whole experience and the bottle of champagne helped. Moulin Rouge-Wow.. Would go and see again Seine trip-Expect queues and if you want to see the 21.00 and 22.00 light up of Eiffel Tower get the 21.00 boat and queue at 20.00 . Just magical😍

World class entertainment but disappointing logistics

The show in itself was impossible to fault.....absolutely world class entertainment as expected. From the quality of performance of musical numbers to the sets and costumes....phenomenal. Probably the standout was actually the 'cirque du soleil' type acts between the show pieces. The only disappointment of our experience was just how many people you jam into the theatre. We had very little room to move! We were frankly concerned about the health & safety of all your paying patrons if you did have to evacuate the theatre in an emergency. For the level of money one pays to attend, one expects better treatment than this.

Disappointed - Poor Tour Guide - Disorganized

Whilst the show & river tour (following day) itself was good, the operator was completely disorganized and we were left confused, misinformed, overwhelmed and not provided the opportunity to sit as a family. The bus trip to the show was to include a guided night tour-minimal guidance was provided with key monuments not pointed out. A QR code was provided to attendees resulting in multiple mobile devices being used concurrently on speaker in multiple languages-headphones were not provided and we were not advised to bring our own. We seemed to drive aimlessly around the city with no overview for over an hour with the driver verbally abusing members of the public passing by. We arrived at the venue with no minutes to spare, put in a corner separated from family and unable to enjoy the show together. Despite being provided with timing to be back on bus-15 mins after show-no time for photos or toilet (before or after), the bus left earlier than advised, leaving many attendees behind (after 1am) Overall we were disappointed with our ‘once in a lifetime’ experience particularly after spending over $1200.

Super Fun Night Out!

Loved this show! Definitely recommend it. The dancing, music & costumes were spectacular! Champagne was delicious! Unfortunately, ran out of time to do the Seine River cruise.

Enjoy the show very much colourfull entertaining on all levels a wondeful experience wonderful talented cast show stoppers with all diffrent acts. Only down side packed in tighly mabey 4 to table instead of 6 but enjoyable experience. River cruise was great also informative great cultural adventure to Paris thank you.

Amazing Show

Amazing. Best show ever ! The performers were great! Costumes, lighting, songs and acts were above and beyond my expectations!

Worst Viator experience ever ever ever

It was awful. The show was great from what I could see. We were literally with our backs to the wall at the last two seats of a table of 6 that could comfortably sit 3 to 4. We were asked to squeeze in the last two people in front of us. With no elevation we were either looking over 4 people’s heads or peeping between their heads as they were moving. We were told to be there at 8 but the guide didn’t come till 820. It was cold and rainy and there was really no shelter. We we offered a bus to one of three locations nowhere near our hotel. Do either walk cab or metro from the locations also it probably wouldn’t come till about a half hour after the show. Fortunately the metro was right there and we were home in 15 minutes. It was one of the worst organized tours I have ever been on. My wife and I have travelled extensively used Viator quite a bit but they come up short here. I’m going to dispute the charge unless Viator makes good to compensate me for the awful experience let’s see if they stand by its product

Great Show- Awful Boat Ride

Great show ! The River Cruise is horrible don’t waste your money on that. Top deck was closed.you go inside sit down and when boat leaves people go and stand outside on a small walkway around the boat. Those sitting inside can see nothing but rear ends. So rude I have never seen anything like it. I could not wait to get of the boat…it was awful..skip it…but go to the sho. W

Once in a Lifetime Experience!

The shows were phenomenal! Costumes and sets were extraordinary. The dancing beyond belief. Very pricey and crowded but worth all that. We were glad we splurged!

Mind blowing.

From start to finish, everything was absolutely fantastic, much better than we could ever imagine, the acrobatics on the skates to the pool of water emerging from the stage to the floating singers , the control of the massive hoops then the 5 acrobatic dancers (amazing) to all the dazzling costumes with the beautiful dancers just magnificent ❤️

Great show!

I took off one star because the Seine River cruise was a bust. Otherwise, the experience the night of Moulin Rouge was wonderful! The cruise ticket is to be used at your leisure but the line for it the next day was almost a 2 hour wait and the tour had to be modified due to flooding. So when booking the show experience, just do the show!

Unprofessional tour guide!

Our meetup was at 7:30PM on a corner with very cold rain, no protection was available. Our tour guide was a no show until 7:55PM He was warm and we suffered! We were told the boat cruise was cancelled. We were told that we would be driven to our hotel after the performance. That did not happen, at midnight I was dumped out in an area that I was not familiar. My only ask was to be dropped off at the Opera house or Galeries Lafyette. Instead I was dropped off in some place that I was not familiar. I walked for a long time then hailed a cab to take me to my hotel. Very unprofessional.

Great show, great ride there, no directions to bus at the end. Boat was great!

The ride to the performance went well with lots of good information about the show. However, when we came out of Moulin Rouge, we were disoriented and could not find our way to the bus which could not park nearby. A slip of paper with at least an address, and preferably directions at the time we exited the bus would have been very helpful as we had to Uber back to the hotel. Also, a pix of the corner where we were to meet would have also been reassuring. The assistant was great. Also, the boat ride was super as well!

Don’t be late.

To summarize it in one word, unresponsive. My husband and I were running late, while on our way to the spot I messaged the company via app to inform them that our ETA was going to be 5 mins past the 10pm set time for the meet up. No response. Once at the location, I spotted the sign. The company asks you to meet up at a very unostentatious location. So it took awhile to notice that there was a QR code to call and message on WhatsApp, no one answered our calls. No one answered the messages. After a few minutes of panic, I opted to try to meet them at the theater, luckily they had our tickets at the box office so we were able to watch the show. However, after the show we waited outside to see if we could spot the group so we could get the river cruises tickets and hopefully catch a ride back. There was no sign of the tour group in the slightest. So we grabbed a taxi and heading back to our hotel feeling quite defeated. To summarize show was awesome, tour experience was awful. Just don’t be late.

Huge disappointment due to customer service

Unfortunately I was not able to go on either the River Cruise or to the Moulin Rouge show bc the guide had misinformation on my ticket purchase. We arrived on time before the tour left, and she had not received our modification for 3 tickets (which I was charged for) instead of 2. So we rushed dinner from across town on our last night in Paris to meet the tour group only to have her not only be completely unhelpful (just yelled at us after making a phone call that she only had two tickets of ours, not 3) and did not even offer any options to get on the bus or remedy our situation. She literally ran across the street from us as I was speaking to her and got on the bus and had them close the doors to us. Attached are the photos of the bus and her scooting onto it. We called Paris Tours directly from a freezing street corner trying to get someone to assist us, since no one from Viator was responsive at this time (apparently it was outside their office hours, so not sure how they deal with issues in different time zones). I’ve never experienced anything like this and am shocked they would work with such a rude and unreliable company. I understand miscommunications happen between companies but I had a ticket confirmation via both email and tickets texted to me the day prior and saved in my apple wallet for 3 people, which she wouldn’t even look at. I have the charges pending on my credit card for the full 3 person amount. I have requested a full refund (which the tour people said they could not help with). All that said, be warned—this completely ruined our evening and we not only spent money on cabs to and from the Eiffel Tower for no reason, but ended up at a hotel bar getting drinks instead (since it was a Sunday night with little else to do). Very disappointing experience.

Moulin Rouge is a spectacular cabaret

The Moulin Rouge show is a spectacular cabaret in Paris. The performers are beautiful, and the performance is wonderful. The chilled French champagne goes down well with the exciting show. The show is very colorful, and the costumes are lovely. We loved our visit to the cabaret. By the way, Moulin Rouge can be translated from French as "Red Windmill."

Excellent service and experience

We got to the meeting place early and was met by a friendly helpful guide, we were given tickets to the show and our cruise which we could use at anytime during our trip. Everything was on time and we had great seats. An awesome night out

Moulin Rouge package

Tour guide a bit disorganized with instructions at meeting point! He also should have had a sign or something that would identify the tour group specially at night. Horrible seating at the Moulin Rouge. The package was misleading thinking the river cruise was also to be taken at night instead we were told to use the next day! Well that didn’t work for us as we left the country following day.

Splendour and well organized by Paris City Vision. The champagne was really good quality and the show is a must watch. Not just the history of Moulin Rouge but the skill and splendour of the performance bears mention.

An Experience

Great show and great service. We enjoyed the show and it was much different from our last visit. The costumes were great. Only issue was the tour of the Sienne River Cruise never happened and we were handed tickets that were dates 12/12/2023. Very disappointed otherwise the driver and host were nice.

We went on 22nd Feb to...

We went on 22nd Feb to the meeting point but a man was standing there the tour company and told us that today's Cruise is not going I'll change it for tomorrow, we told him that our flight tomorrow evening we can't be available tomorrow. He said ok I'll inform the company and you will get the refund back on the card which you paid. We left and when we applied refund Viator regretted the refund. So we don't recommend this website, because they charge money and provide nothing. So it's scammed we lost approximately 500 USD coupons we don't recommend for others.

I will not recommend the show

I was not impressed with the transportation piece . They asked you to be there 20 min earlier but the guide was not there and neither the bus. After the guide arrived it took more time for the driver to arrive while the customers are waiting under the rain and cold. The. When you go back they only give you 15 min to go back to the bus because if not they will leave with out you. We decided to just take a taxi and go directly instead to our hotel instead of feeling rushed . Honestly the show is ok but the place is just tooo crowded, you can’t even move because you are bumping into someone else’s seat , is horrible. They do not offer you any beverages between the show so if you do not buy something in the beggjnging you are pretty much done for the rest of the acróbatics were well performed and dancers had great customs. But is not that is that dances are hard to perform .

A must!

The show lived up to expectations! So much fun and great show! Staff was accommodating and not a bad seat in the theater!

Transport

We did not get the Seine River Cruise at all. I am asking to be compensated for this portion of the package. I was told that we could coke another day. As I told the staff, our schedule is booked for the next 3 days and then we return to the states. He did kit seem to care and was extremely rude throughout the entire tour, speaking to us aggressively and rude. The show itself was awesome but never would I ever go with the host/company that navigated it.

Great experience at Moulin Rouge

Great experience and good service from Viator. They sent me the vouchers in advance so everything was smooth. The cruise on seine was also good the next day. Would recommend it.

Just book the show

1) Transportation is not included really. There is a bus that can pick you up from the Eiffel Tower and take you back but they do not pick you up or drop you off. 2) The river cruise is separate which they do not communicate until the night of. To their credit they offered to refund the cruise portion because we were leaving the next morning so hopefully they do. 3) There is no tour. Yes you drive past some monuments on the way to the show but it’s just a silent bus ride. I would recommend just booking directly through the Moulin Rouge website if you can. Good luck!

Fabulous Cancan

The greatest cabaret of all time. The show was amazing. Food was good. Of course we had our champagne during the show and dining. It was spectacular. We did not expecting the show this colourful, full of talent, beautifully crafted and performed. Check out their menu selection upon your rsvp or via the website.

Must see!!! Elegant, beautiful and engaging.

Unforgettable, so Beautiful, elegant and breathtaking. Absolute Must see. Ladies are stunning. Sooo many costume changes. Could have happily seen some pecks from the fellas, also very beautiful. Inside the pre Queuing was a bit too crammed but then shown amazing seats, champagne corks popping and was in awe. Special Acts and even a “lady in the pool “ was special. It all Brought in my birthday at 12 perfectly. Very French. Taxis outside was easy and not expensive. No photos allowed.

Terrible

Terrible experience turned up on time to be told to come back in 30 minutes even though it was pouring down with rain. Eduardo your rep very rude and ignorant. Then told the cruise was cancelled then herded like sheep to moulin rouge Not happy

The summary of Paris City Tours should be clear regarding the Seine River Cruise

Thank God I read the reviews that wrote that the river cruise has to be done independently . Paris City Tours only gives you the coupons and you can do it at your own convenience. Its a good offer but they should make it very clear so people don't wait until the show to get the cruse tickets which they cant use if its the night show and they are leaving the next day. This should be made very clear in the tour summary. We actually got our tickets the day before and so were able to do the cruise .Otherwise everything was good Thanks

First time in Paris

Our experience was tremendous. The dancers and costumes were amazing. The only drawback is seating is very tight

Not for the weak

So despite best efforts,we missed the bus for the river cruise due to traffic.We had to take a separate taxi to the Moulin Rouge which was nice.If it’s your first time in Paris,I’d recommend a tour where they pick you up from your hotel.Anything else is kind of a waste of time since the meeting point was far

Big Letdown!

The show itself was awesome, but the company used to coordinate the event left a lot to be desired. Overall…poor communications, both tour guide and bus late on the front end, bus late on the back end, and the cruise that we were supposed to take was cancelled. We found this out when the late guide & bus finally arrived. Oh, I almost forgot, the so called reserve seats that we had were the worst in the showroom! We paid over $500 for this experience. We feel like we were ripped off. I would not recommend.

Get the items separately. Not a cohesive package.

This was a very disjointed package. The Seine River cruise was totally separate, which threw off the whole trip. the pickup for the show was near the Eiffel Tower, but our hotel was very close to the theater, so it really did not make sense to go to the pick up. the show was great!
