Great Tour

Sofía was a wonderful guide. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience. You did have to climb to the second floor via stairs with a detailed and informative stop on level one.

Great experience !

Our tour was fantastic! Our guide Ana was the reason, she was So kind and knowledgeable. Even my teenagers were engaged the entire time! Our tour was early, which I would recommend in order to attempt to beat the crowds. Everything went very smoothly, lines were minimal as we were some of the first people in the tower that morning. Overall a great experience!

Eiffel Tower to summit

Our guide Kritika was very informative and humorous, if you can request her, do it! The tour was great and we enjoyed our visit!

Great Eiffel Tower Experience

Adebayo did a great job providing our tour of the Eiffel Tower. In a very congenial manner presented the history, structure, and current state of the tour. Great energy. Even gave a singing performance (amazing value)! Highly recommend but note there is significant climbing on this tour so be prepared to climb ~688 stairs but there is an elevator after that point to the summit and then back down to the ground level.

Fun stair climbing workout

The Eiffel Tower is a must do in Paris. This tour gives you an added benefit of a workout too! The stairs really aren’t too bad and you can take your time. The guide portion is was interesting to hear more of the history and to learn more about Paris. Our guide was helpful for planning the rest of our time as well!

An excellent tour with an enthusiastic guide

How do you make the climbing Eiffel Tower tour interesting? How do you keep all participants in a group through the whole 2 hours tour engaged with little fun facts of the Iron Lady? Our guide Ana did all the above and more. She guides the tour with her enthusiasm and knowledge all about the Eiffel Tower and Paris. She is passionate about her craft and did research into the history of Eiffel Tower and even gave us a quiz at end of tour. Hubby answered questions correctly and was delighted to receive little Eiffel Tower keychain as a souvenir gift. How lovely and thoughtful of her to keep us all so happy at the summit. Definitely will recommend City Wonders and their unique experiences tours in Europe.

Disappointed

The place was mobbed. The top was closed. Now we have to fight for a refund. Views are great. Our guide was good.

Tour of the Eiffel Tower

Ana was a great tour guide. She explained a lot about the history of the Eiffel Tower. Would recommend her as a guide. Besides the 698 steps we enjoyed our trip.

Great time at the Eiffel Tower

Ana was a very knowledgeable tour guide. She not only knew a lot about the tower itself, but about Paris and was able to easily help us identify landmarks throughout the city and give us recommendations on where to go next.

Amira was our guide. Having traveled extensively for business and pleasure, I can honestly say that Amira was the most informative, interesting and funny guide I have encountered in 20+ years. She is to be credited for her knowledge and the wealth of information conveyed during the Eiffel Tower tour today.

Great tour choice!

Great views, great vibes. Daniel was very funny. The steps was less intimidating than expected, shorter than you may think.

Climbing

Daniel gave such a fun narrative and lots of history as we climbed all the steps to the summit! Some a little cheesy but he was fun.

Great to go up toer but long queues still

Great to get right to the top of the famous tower! Enjoyed the walk up. But 'skip the line' was not true. Two long lines for security clearance and no fast track for groups. The top was closed when we arrived (not the fault of the tour operator) bur we did finally get up there. But not really much information. As far as I can see, the main benefit of this tour was to get a ticket to the top when it's otherwise booked out days ahead.

Our Tour guide was amazing and reaching the top of the tower was priceless!!! Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. The walk to the 2nd floor was hard but worth it!

Breathtaking view from the summit!

This tour offered good information about the tower and the city and saved us time from queuing to buy tickets from the counter ourselves. It was worth the money. Our guide was fun and knowledgable. The view up the summit is breathtaking and i will recommend this tour to family and friends.

We had an excellent tour guide named Katrina. She gave us history and fun stories. Good views at the top. Katrina made it good and personal.

our tour guide Ami, took us on a climb to the first and the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. he gave us loads of information on the structure and history of the Eiffel Tower and took us to the top to see the best views of paris. Ami is fun and confident and full of knowledge.. The best tour guide!!!!

Pre-buying our own tickets to walk to the second floor and elevator to the summit proved challenging – even when booking ahead!!This was a great alternative and allowed us to hear the history as well. Masha was very fun and informative - a wonderful experience!

Fantastic guided tour.

Our guide Ana was absolutely brilliant, never felt rushed and waited for people to catch up on the climb, her knowledge of the Eiffel Tower and Paris in general was fantastic, explaining the history of the Tower, the views and what we were looking at, was happy to take photos and was able to answer any questions that were asked.

Eiffel Tower climb to the third floor

Our tour to the Eiffel Tower was amazing! Ami our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny! We still had to go on line but it didn’t take too long. We went at 915am. Be on time!! Unfortunately due to strong winds we did not get to climb to the third floor. We did climb the stairs up to the second floor, great experience! Such incredible views of the Paris! Then you have as much time as you need to explore on your own. Definitely recommend this at least once on your visit to Paris!

Complete waste of money, poorly organized, and unprofessional.

The CA$275.00 paid to Viator was a complete waste of money. We arrived , on time, at what we thought was the designated meeting point where we met up with a tour group gathering to tour the Eiffel Tower. We asked if this was a 'Viator' group and were told yes. The tour group representative reviewed our email and Viator ticket information. They took a cellphone photo of the information displayed and directed us to join up with a group being guided by a fellow named Charles, who would be escorting the group to the tower. We walked with group to the tower site and through the security check / main gate and on to the line for tickets to access the tower. While standing in this line waiting for tickets we were approached by a third representative (Edmund?) who asked to see our reservation email (as received from Viator) again, at which time he advised us we were with the wrong tour group. Our reservation was with "City Wonders", and his company was "Discover...something or other". Although they were also a 'Viator' tour operator, they were not the operator our tickets were arranged though and therefore we could not access the tower with his group. He could not explain why he or either of his colleagues could not have advised us that there was an error, 1.1/2 ~ 2 hrs previously, which would have allowed us an opportunity to find the correct tour operator. He offered no option, no alternate contact...nothing. We reached out to 'City Wonders' and their representative could not offer any assistance or options. So - the only option available to us we to purchase our own tickets and proceed to explore the Eiffel Tower on our own. Perhaps Viator could present the meeting and coordination instructions in more clear, concise manner, and with operators who are better organized and have a greater focus on customer service? Perhaps the operators could better identify themselves, wearing matching hats, shirts, vests...anything that would make it obvious which operator was which? I'd love to expand on explaining our experience and clarifying all that transpired by I was not able to connect with anyone a Viator. I would highly discourage anyone considering booking a tour through the Viator system to look elsewhere.

Family vacation

Meet up spot was easy - look for the big red MEETING POINT sign. Hendricks was awesome!! He did great and gave us plenty of info! He was fun. Got us thru the lines quickly. Would highly recommend.

Worth the money.

First of all: punctual. The team were there to meet us at bang on half an hour before the tour began. Second, the ques were awful but Joanna T our guide was amazing. She engaged with all of the children on the tour, not just mine. She was so easy to talk to and ask questions to. Joanna was an experienced guide, you could tell by how easy she made it seem. As someone who has to lead groups, making it look easy only comes from experience and passion about what it is your are trying to show. Joanna had and did both. We really enjoyed our Eiffel Tower tour thanks to Joanna our guide. Worth the money. It made Paris and the Tower much more interesting. Wish we had done it on day 1 not at the end of our visit. Oh well.

The booking was for a different time than I was originally informed. I discussed this with customer service the day before but it could not be changed and no refund was possible.

10 Thousand tons of iron presented by Nataliia we're a pure delight. She Tour was well organised, our guide Nataliia was well informed, always some nice word of encouragement to get us up the stairs to the 2nd floor and and she had all the interesting information for us Form passt ans present of the stunning Tour Eiffel. Gustave Eiffel sure did a great job for Paris. Thumbs up for sight and Tour. Highly recommend. Thx Gustave and Nataliia!

Eiffel Tower climb w/Natalie

Natalie was amazing! While we waited for the Eiffel Tower to open she kept everyone entertained by explaining the history and gave us tips on other places to explore. 10/10!
