Enjoyed a Boat curse along the Seine river. It was all planned well and was nice and relaxing and not rushed. Food was great and perfect to see all the culture that Paris has to offer.

Obviously seeing the Effiel Tower all lit up at night was fantastic. The meal was very yummy. Unfortunately the terrible instructions on how to get to the boat are are as bad as other people have said. Maybe a good idea to just tell people to follow the flags advertising the event plus have a staff member at the main road entrance. I was extremely grateful when a crew member spoke to me to give me assistance - I had been walking around for about 30mins.

Paris 2024 Friends Vacation

Ok for the price.

Average. The Italian food was basic, not memorable. The boat is very clean and served were very friendly. Small glass of average wine was $10. Somewhat hard to find. The travel along the river was very good.

Amazing dinner at Sena

Very nice ride. Awesome food and service. The view was fantastic, got to see all of Paris near the river and catch a glimpse of their everyday lives. The service was very good. I would return for sure.

poor directions.

The directions were very poor. we were dropped off at the address and no one was there. we couldnt find the supposed "Tunnel" and missed our cruise. Apparently this happens alot. we took another cruise on another line.

Paris holuday

Great value for the price. Food was adequate, and service was timely and very friendly. The views were spectacular and they positioned you directly in front of the Eiffel Tower for “sparkle time” for exceptional photo opportunities.

Pleasant experience in Paris

Enjoyable afternoon cruise with dinner. We were given a choice of entrees which was nice. Meal was served quickly and was tasty. Staff provided great service during the 2 hour cruise.

Nice views, bad food

The views were amazing, upstairs rooftop is a must do - but the food was not good. With this, you are paying for the view not the food.

AMAZING!!!

Great experience!! Asked the guy what he recommended and he told me to pick whatever and if I don’t like it I can exchange it for whatever. He proceeded to give me extra sauce for my pasta because he knew I liked the sauce. It was also our friends 22nd birthday and he put a song and candles and made it a very enjoyable night for us! I highly recommend!!

Seine dinner cruise with family

Nice meal. Large glass window view with fresh air . Upper deck for photos 2hr length perfect. I would recommend it.

Highlight of my trip

I booked this river cruise on the Seine last minute for myself and my two daughters 18 & 20, and very happy I did! I was hesitant at the thought as we get motion sickness very easily but this cruise was smooth and relaxing. This is a smaller boat and not crowded. We went at 6pm and enjoyed seeing the beauty of Paris. The food was very delicious! Alcohol can add up at $15 euros each. We sat by the windows and went past the Eiffel Tower twice. The rooftop has lounging seats and feels lovely with the breeze. Great service and was actually the highlight of my trip.

Took our money but got nothing back

This is a cheat! Paid for$180 for vip cruise and dinner. We showed up for the meeting point at the right time and asked twice that this is the right place. We waited for one hour and no one came to pick us up. So we missed everything. Now no one is answering my messages and have’t got anything back after two weeks.

Nice views, relaxing and enjoyable dinner

My daughter and I enjoyed this cruise on our recent trip to Paris. When we first saw the boat, we were a little concerned about it but once inside we were comfortable and enjoyed our time. the staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish they would have given and orientation to how the night would proceed and where everything was on the boat. We did go up to the roof and get some great pictures and interact with the other guests. We had originally scheduled for 6:30 and changed it to the later time. The tour operators were flexible and helpful. We had better communication via phone then through the site. It rained some that night, but we still had an enjoyable time. The windows would fog up and obstruct some of the views not sure how that could be prevented. The drinks were extra but good. The food was okay for me, but my daughter enjoyed it. They played a birthday song and brought dessert to the individuals who were celebrating their birthday. They started the same song for each individual. I think it would be more special if they had a few choices of songs. I would go on this tour again and recommend it.

So-so sail on the Seine

Before this sad looking vessel set sail we knew we were in for a memorable evening. First, we had to navigate treacherous rush hour traffic and broken medians (never meant for pedestrians) to get to the poorly marked slip. A crew member looked at us quizzically as I explained we had a reservation, Once aboard I understood why: this was a dinner cruise not used to cruising or customers. Tables-for-two sat largely empty. Servers grudgingly broke away from their phones to take orders. Menus offered predictable meals that tasted as-advertised. But, hey - amazing architecture and tales along this historic river. And the boat didn’t sink!

Unreachable!

The elevator broke down in my hotel and we were stuck in the hotel on our high floor … I have a bad knee so I could not walk down. I tried every way that I could to get your phone number to try to move the reservations . It was absolutely impossible to reach a live person at your company. So we couldn’t go and we couldn’t get a refund.

Happy we went

We booked this for the 9:30 pm dinner cruise. The boat was older, but charming. The food was excellent. My husband’s lasagna and my pasta dish were both wonderful. It’s the last pasta dish listed on the menu. The views were beautiful. I am so glad we went on this trip. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because it was difficult to find and you had to cross a busy road to get to the ship. In the dark, it was dangerous.

Amazing experience and great service

Super kind and very good food! We had an issue with the booking but the owner was really accomodating and saved our day, especially as our daughter was really excited at the idea of this experience

The boat ride was smooth...

The boat ride was smooth and servers were great. The food quality only adequate. The salad was not crispy, lasagna was a little over done.

Fun way to see the sights of the city.

Fun ride, highly recommended, great food, ambiance, and views from the top deck. Pro tip book the early supper so that you can see all of the views very clearly. Merci à l'équipe💕

RipOff - stay away

To keep it simply - stay away! The boas is a mess, dirty all over, an old boat with a lot of issues. A total rip off. The food Starter was ok Lasagne - ok Tiramisu for dessert. Food that you normally Get at IKEA, Sorry guys - people working there - not smiling, not Friendly and just fit perfect in to this rip off.

Lovely evening with friends on the Seine

They’re very accommodating and easy to deal with. The dinner was delicious and good choices for main course

It wasn’t worth the price.

The food was decent but took too long to arrive and didn’t even include a soda. The directions to the boat took us through a dark, smelly tunnel. There was no music or guided explanation to announce points of interest.

Too pricey

Food was good but not enough. For $179. Should’ve had a second plate. Plus we paid extra for wine, seltzer water and a coffee even. Also was very inconvenient to get there. Seemed a little shady at first, but a least the boat had a decent set up.

Wonderful evening on the Seine!

We loved the early evening cruise- smallish boat was not a crowded mob scene- all had great view and rooftop deck is so nice. Great view of Eiffel Tower and more! Great photos, very good food and staff, and a good value!

Perfect for kids

Early dinner that’s relaxing with wonderful views of Paris and a delicious and simple meal! Even my 5 year old loved it! Highly recommend this cruise!

A great dinner cruise.

The cruise was fabulous. Very happy with our choice of cruise. The food was delicious. The portion sizes were very generous. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We took some fabulous photos from the rooftop of the boat. Highly recommend.

SCAM!!! Do not book!!!!!!

TOTAL SCAM!!! Boat in pictures and names in the documents is not the same boat used. The pictures show a beautiful boat with a second story with a second story. The actual boat was one story and the tables were so crammed together that the people in the window seats could not even sit across from each other. One person sat looking out the window and one sat with their side to the window. Everyone on the boat complained and we were all told this was the “same boat”. The $16 pp boat was nicer than this one. Save your money and book elsewhere!!! We’re disputing this with Viator and our credit card company because we got swindled with this experience.

The best evening

I was a bit skeptical about booking this trip with some of the reviews but I'm so glad we did. The views were absolutely incredible and the open rooftop was perfect. There were 5 of us in the group and we all the thought the food was incredible . I have no idea why anyone has complained about it at all. It was by far the best meal that we had whilst we were visiting Paris. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about a dinner cruise.

Wonderful experience !

Wonderful food staff drinks and views ! Only very minor complaint is I wish they would tell us what we are looking as we boat by otherwise it was fantastic ! Would do it again in A heartbeat !

Book another rude

Couldn't find the boat. Called 3 times to ask where boat was located and the man was rude would not give directions.

Underwhelming

Small boat, with departure/ returning point slightly out of the way, somewhat unnerving at night for anyone vulnerable or women alone. We had window seat offering good view, unfortunately no commentary to tell you where you were or what to look our for. For disappointing, small portions, average quality. Personally, don't waste your money paying for a meal here, book on one of the larger tour boats ,with commentary, and have a meal in a restaurant or the street food cente by the Tower, which is both better value and quality to eat.

I need to talk to someone...

I need to talk to someone as we tried calling for directions and could not get through to anyone and could not find the boat as I was told it was across from Eiffel Tower so we missed our dinner and boat tour. Was so very disappointed. Can I get a refund as phone # would not work snd could not get ahold of anyone!

Very romantic experience

The boat is designed for you to view from any place at the dining room... the top roof is very romantic and cozy... the views of the city were amazing. Food was good.

Save it for a sunny day

It’s not the fault of the company that it rained but they need to figure out how to de-fog the windows when it does. Other boats we passed didn’t have the same problem. I thought the food was fine but my two not-usually-picky-family members weren’t keen on it. Plan your route to the boat carefully and follow the instructions given because it’s further than you think and can be tricky to find. From Musee D’Orsay it took us about 30 minutes by metro.

Enjoyable dinner cruise

We attended the 6:00pm dinner cruise and found the food and staff to be wonderful. Although the weather was a bit cold we did spend some time above sipping wine and watching the beautiful sites of Paris as we floated by. Wonderful night.

Great experience

The cruise was good, the food was good. Only issue was the tunnel to the boat dock. It was hard to find at first and very dark as the lights were not turned on in the tunnel.

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend . The sights along the Seine were absolutely beautiful especially since we had a clear night and Paris was lit up.

Fabulous dinner cruise

This was a highlight of our time in Paris! Upgrade to VIP so you get a window seat. Food was good, staff was attentive, covered eating area, and cozy upper deck. Such a great way to view Paris’ sites. The tunnel to the docking area is totally sketchy, but it’s short and you’ll be through quickly!

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time at the dinner cruise last night. We were able to see the Effiel Tower sparkle twice, which is what my daughter really wanted to see. The food was wonderful, as well as the atmosphere! Being able to go on top and take pictures, made it even better. If we ever come back to Paris, we will do this again!

Good cruise experience

Food is good. VIP seating has good view of Eiffel Tower. They made sure cruise is near Eiffel Tower at 10 and 11 pm when it sparkles.

Evening at evening Paris on river

Read instruction how to find the place. Actually there are signs already and at the evening tunnel is lighted by LED-bar. We found it very easy. Atmosphere was great, food really Italian but I would expect pasta to be al-dente. Otherwise great. Service on high level, we’ve seen Eiffel tower sparkling and nicest bridges on Seina. Our tour started 21:30 and I can recommend this time to get real enjoyment.

Worthwhile experience with a few reserves

The boat leaves from a part of Paris which is difficult to reach by public transport. When you do get there you have to find a rather insalubrious tunnel to get to the windswept quay. However, there was a friendly welcome from the helpful crew and we were seated at a table by the window with a good view. The food was tastefully Italian and well-served, the wine nice, though pretty expensive. There was gentle musical accompaniment and no commentary, so we were able to converse at ease (it was a family reunion). The major disappointment was that, apparently - I don’t remember it being announced - the state of the Seine current prevented us from going past Notre Dame up to Bercy. Beyond the control of the crew I suppose but they could have been more up front about it as the cruise fizzled out after barely 2 hours.!!

Not quite as advertised

We did the cruise on Saturday night, 2 of us with VIP so had a window seat. Tables are very close together! Good points Food was ok a set menu so limited choices Boat was easy to find with good instructions Poor points Advertised as 2.5 hours, it wasn’t, it was 2 Advertised as 5 choices for mains, there wasn’t, there was 4 Advertised as passing by the Notre Dam, it didn’t and. O explanation as to why
