Excellent Personable Service

From my pick up managed by Richard to my drivers pick up and drop off I was treated well and they were very informative as well.

It was a pretty Small car...

It was a pretty Small car no bigger than a taxi, and more expensive than a taxi or Uber by 40 dollars at least.

Not worth the it.

Driver was not on time, not very friendly, and seemed to be put off by the traffic. We could have gotten a larger car if we would have called our own.

We had a great experience with Paris Shuttle. We ordered a pick up from the airport as well as a pick from our hotel back to the airport on our last day in Paris. The drivers were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend using this service.

Terrific Airport Transfer - Great Driver!

Lack of customer service

Driver talked on the phone nearly the entire time and barely spoke to us. The 2nd star was because of timeliness.

Awful customer service

They would not confirm my booking and emailed less than 24 hours from my flight then did not respond to my additional questions until the following day and I already had to find another transfer to the airport

Best Ride - less money

Driver was there early but waited. He was very friendly, the vehicle was very clean and the ride was smooth and easy. The driver took my luggage into the terminal and walked with me all the way to the ticket counter. It was cheaper than taking a taxi.

Perfect

What an absolutely lovely driver first thing he did was apologise for being late ( it wasnt his fault it was due to traffic /an accident), then he loaded our luggage refusing any assistance from us and assisted us into the car. Lovely smooth journey with nice music to travel to.. We arrived at the airport he assisted us out of the car, unloaded our luggage and wished us a safe flight. He couldnt have been any more perfect. This booking was in complete contrast to the driver we had on way from airport to the apartment 3 days before. He was 20 minutes late with no explanation, d8dnt speak to us at all, didnt assist with our luggage either end and franky was plain rude. So when we had this driver it was so lovely that he was such a contrast. Thank you so much Mr Driver keep being you.. Much appreciated

NO - SHOW AT AIRPORT

My Transfer to CDG Airport for Departure was great. My Arrival Transfer was unexceptable. It was a NO-SHOW. I then ended up waiting around and when I could not find my driver, I had to pay for a Taxi to take me into the City. I reported this to Viator but have not recieved payback for this hugh inconvenience.

disappointing service

We hired this company for our arrival and for our departure. They charged us the same rate both times but the service was totally different, upon arrival they picked us up in a big car; where the 4 of us were comfortable and our luggage fit perfectly. The return disappointed us, they sent us a regular taxi, in a car that was small, where the 4 of us did not fit comfortably. It seems a scam to me that they charge me the same for two such different cars.

Last minute booking for pickup from hotel the next morning to catch an early flight

Late afternoon, I booked a chauffeured car, which I needed for the next morning, to take me to airport for a very early flight! Driver came 10 minutes before time agreed and was very helpful and courteous. Sterling service!

Late on Pick Up

My party was supposed to be picked up at 11:30 a.m. At 11:40, I was told that our driver would arrive in 10 minutes. We were picked up at 12:20.

Terrible transfer

The company lied to me. They said I could change my booking. All I had to do was have an email sent from viatour. Then they said that I could not reschedule they also did not give me a refund after they said they would. I would never use this again or suggested to anyone. they made me repay another $110.

I travelled with a group of 5. It was great to have this set up ahead of time. The driver was friendly, professional and on time.

Do not use Paris Shuttle. They are awful.

Unfortunately, I couldn't choose zero stars. Our flight was scheduled to leave at 11:40 a.m. Paris time. We were scheduled to be picked up at 7:30 a.m. Before we went to sleep, we checked our flight and there were no changes. We also signed up to receive text message alerts from United Airlines if anything changed. At 4:30 a.m. my wife's phone received a call from the Paris Shuttle driver saying that he was five minutes away and our flight changed to 7:30 a.m. We checked our phone and there were no changes. We checked the United Airlines website and our flight had not changed. I went downstairs and the driver showed me flight information that was not ours. He kept insisting that our flight changed. Meanwhile, the hotel's night attendant also called and checked online to confirm with the driver that our flight did not change. The driver was awful and said he would not come back if we were not downstairs in 30 minutes. He was very hostile, and so I told him to leave. We ended up paying for a taxi to take us to the airport later that morning. Travelocity would not refund our cost. We won’t book anything through Travelocity again. More importantly, do not use Paris Shuttle. Call ahead for a taxi or wait in the queue at the airport. This is a terrible company.

Private car to airport

They have excellent phone support in English and French. Drivers were polite and helpful. My driver came early and knew exactly were my check-in counter was at the airport.

SCAM / DO NOT BOOK

DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. They showed up 30 minutes early with no notice; then parked at the end of the street where we could not see them. Then they canceled our ride because they said we weren’t there at the prescribed time; but they still charged us. Then they want 190 euros (on top of the 140 Euros we paid in advance that they stole) to drive us to the airport.

Reliable

Driver arrived to what I thought was early but it was three hours earlier than my flight time (930 flight 530 arrival) this was fine because we had planned for 6. The driver check with hotel desk and waiting 15 minutes for us to come down. He got us there with more than enough time. It was with the savings of $80 to us this service vs the hotel’s car service Since I had many bags a taxi would not have been an option for my family.

Reliable, great service

So thankful to be able to book this in advance! I didn’t know how we were going to get our family of 4, with 4 very big suitcases, to the CDG airport from central Paris in the early morning hours otherwise. Many cabs won’t even accept 4 people at a time, let alone 4 with big suitcases. Will definitely pre-arrange car service through Viator in the future!

Yes! Yes! Yes!

We were ecstatic to see our driver, Oliver, at the pick up spot ahead of time. Everything was very professional (something sorely missing in a lot of businesses these days.) We used this service on arrival also. Both times the cars were very clean. This is now our "go to" transfer service.

Excellent Transport Service By Paris Shuttle

Excellent service provided by Paris Shuttle and their driver! Driver is very friendly, patient, helpful and careful in driving. Luckily he came early to fetch us to the airport as we were stuck in a traffic jam due to a car accident. We had many heavy luggages and he didn’t mind it at all.

Car service no show, they had the wrong pick up time

I scheduled pick up service at 7:00 am in Paris. They didn’t show up, when I called they had my pick up time at 3:00pm which was the time I was landing in the US!

Excellent service on Parishuttle transfer to CDG airport, booked through Viator.The driver was super helpful and knew a great shortcut to get us to the right terminal in terrible traffic. He helped us with our bags and walked us into the terminal to make sure we knew where we were going. Also spoke good English and very friendly guy. Arrived right on time. I recommend!

Great driver

Nothing much to say but our driver was on time but he really didn’t know where to drop us off at the airport

TERRIBLE.

There was a lot of fine print given AFTER you make the purchase (which is nonrefundable) regarding bags and timing that added so much stress, when the whole reason we booked a car versus taking public transit was to reduce stress before our international and very early flight. We originally wanted to be picked up at 7:30am for our 10:40 flight, which would still give us plenty of time at the airport, and let us sleep a bit after flying in late the night before. But after we purchased the car, they told us that the drive would pick us up 4 HOURS before our flight no matter what, and that we would be charged for each addition bag past a carry on. So we had to make sure our checked bags went to our final destination (which eventually got lost) so we didn’t get charged. And then our driver showed up 45 minutes BEFORE the scheduled 4 hour departure and made us rush down, and then made us feel like we did something wrong by not being ready when he got there. He was also talking on the phone and looking at his phone the whole 30 minute drive, while also speeding and leaving his blinker on. I will NEVER be using Viator for their car service ever again.

No show...

If I could go negative stars I would. It started bad at pick up at the Paris airport. We were told someone would be there with a sign with our name on it. We got off the plane and no sign. We waited for 30 mins then called their office. They told us the driver was 5 minutes away. An hour and a half later a guy showed up and was dropping off another family and I was the "Parishuttle" sign on his car so I approached him. He didn't have any idea what I was talking about, so I showed him our travel voucher and he agreed to take us to the hotel (which we already paid for). Then after having a sketchy experience at pick up, we decided to call and confirm our return ride the evening before. No one would pick up the phone and there was no way to leave a message. We had no choice but to be hopeful and wait in the lobby at 4:00 am, which was our predesignated pick up time. No one showed up. We tried calling the office again and no one would pick up the phone and no message service. We ended up having to get an Uber to get back to the airport for $90 Euro. This place is absolutely awful and I would never use them again. If you have a reservation, I would strongly suggest you cancel and go with a more reputable company.

Not only did I not get my payd ride, but I also was not reimbursed for it!

I booked a Paris private arrival and departure from and to Charles de Gaulle (CDG) They picked me up at arrival on time but they cancelled the departure without good reason (they calimed the cancellation was out of their control) a few days before dparture not iving me enough time to get a good ride. Then they claimed they were unable to reimburse me because my credit card was expired which is biuled because any credit expired or not will accept a reimbursement. They have not reimbursed me one month later. Not only can you not be sure that they will pick you up as contractually agreed upon, but they are thieves as well claiming not being to reimburse you when it is absolutely not true.

Never showed up or called

I had an 11 am requested pickup. They never came. Had to rush to get an UBER. I called the number provided. It went straight to voicemail.

I used Viator in Italy...

I used Viator in Italy and it was great. Don’t know what happened here but I requested a refund as driver never showed!

Stranded

After speaking with the driver, informing the driver that I am going upstairs to get my family, and we will need 5 minutes. The driver drove off as we exited the hotel lobby; customer service rep Salah was not helpful and said the best he could do was nothing. We were stranded and had to spend 70 euros on a taxi. Paris was AMAZING; Paris Shuttle is HORRIBLE for tourists.

Terrible!

We booked a private transfer for party of 4 to CDG. The car that came to pick us up was a Prius. Only 2 passengers and driver barely fitted in the vehicle with luggage. Had to get an Uber for the other 2 passengers. The cost of the transfer was 4 times more than the cost of an Uber. Terrible

Horrible, no show, bad communication

Driver never showed up. I had to book an Uber and wasted around $90 on this transfer. Impossible to get ahold of Parisshuttle; they don’t answer their phone.

Great Viator Transfer From the Heart of Paris to CDG Airport

Our driver arrived a few minutes early and loaded all of our many pieces of luggage into his SUV. He drove very efficiently and safely, maneuvering rush hour traffic like a pro! We were thrilled to get to the airport much early than we envisioned, and our driver unloaded all of the luggage for us to put on airport carts. We wholeheartedly recommend Viator airport transfers based on our experience with him and with the first driver who met us at the airport a week earlier and transported us into Paris.

Driver no show

Driver no show. International flight that we barely made because we had to call Uber. I confirmed day before and still no show. Still waiting on that refund. Hoping this was an anomaly for this business.

My driver came up 6 flights of stairs and helped me with my super heavy bags. He was friendly and fun, and we had a nice, light conversation. At the airport, he loaded the bags on the cart for me and made sure everything was well. Very positive experience! Thank you!

We used the aviator/Paris...

We used the aviator/Paris Shuttle for airport transfers. The service was reliable, responsive and clean! The 8-passenger van had plenty of room for one big luggage per 8 persons and 1-2 carry ons per person as well. We definitely will use them again.

We almost missed out flight

On the platform, it only asked for where to pick up in Paris to go to Orly and the flight carrier (in my case it was Easy Jet) and when the flight departure time was. No mention nor option to specify the pick up time from the hotel. I had to initiate a communication with the vendor (i.e. Paris Shuttle) about location and time of pick up. And the driver was late for 30 minutes and we almost missed out flight. We had to run like crazy to the check in to beat the gate closure, only by 5 minutes. Would never recommend it to anyone else nor use it again.

The driver showed up early, helped with luggage, drove safely, got us to the airport in plenty of time. What else could you ask for?
