Great experience!

Very interesting little tour! Meeting up with the guide to getting up the Eiffel Tower was seamless with little waiting time. Very knowledgeable guide who took the time to answer any questions we had without feeling rushed.

The views were fabulous...

The views were fabulous in spite of tremendous crowds and a long wait. It was easy to locate the guide and she was knowledgeable about the tower.

We booked for 9am our...

We booked for 9am our booking came back 9pm we were unable to attend at that time. We weren’t able to change or cancel our tour because your site would not allow. We will not use your service again.

Terrible- Viator concern about business not the tourist.

I arrived late to the meeting point even so I called Viator to notify I was arriving 7 minutes late due to the Marsthon in Paris. The tour person couldn't wait for us and they couldn't confirm a tour at 1230. Viator will not credit my account or reschedule my tour. Viator only concern about the business not the tourist-customer service.

The guide was sweet and helpful. We got caught in the rain and fog. But besides that is was nice to see the tower

Worst Experience

This company ripped us off!! Three couples paid for a tour of Eiffel Tower and the guide named Ilan told us to Meet him on the second level of the tower and then he never went up to meet us. When we called the next day he lied and said that he looked for us for 20 minutes, so the tour company Mon Petit Paris is refusing to refund our money. Six of us looked for him on the second level for 30 minutes and he was not there. Do not book a tour with this company!!!!

Very dissapointed

We bought these tour because it was a reserved access. In fact, it was not. We were queing for an hour to entry and no reserved access at all. It said that the tour was operated by Europe Tourisme, but at the day, the tour guide said he was from Monpetitparis. The tour guide was young and his name was Garrice. Then we were very disappointed with these service and both operators.

Claire was a friendly and very informative tour guide. We went with a lovely group to the Eiffel Tower and would def recommend.

Not as advertised. A bust.

This experience was disappointing. Our "tour guide" was with us for about 10 minutes, basically to walk us to the tower from the meeting point less than a block away and to give us our tickets. The "skip the line" feature... there was no line skipping. We waited for at least 40 minutes. The observation deck was amazing once we got up to it. But this tour was not as advertised. I would not recommend this, it's a huge waste of time.

We were supposed to have a guided tour but no one showed up, all we got was a lift up to level two for €75 per person.....disappointing value!

Speaking with the guide who then showed us where some of the sights were located. It was also great not having To stand in THe lonG lines!

Access, but little information

There really was no actual “tour”, but we did receive access to the elevators for the Eiffel Tower, which was wonderful. Our tour guide was very soft-spoken and was much more comfortable talking to the people immediately next to her than to the entire group she was “leading”. Her partner, leading the tour behind us, was much more informational and projected her voice amd was more proficient in English so that people could hear her.

Good but not great

The tour was okay but a little short. It seemed like there could have been a lot more information included. Other tour groups we heard appeared to be getting more information.

Do not recommend

Guide left before the meeting time and we didn’t get the experience. I am still waiting for the refund request to be processed.

You all canceled our tour...

You all canceled our tour three days before arrival. Said some event. We walked over at the time of our appointment to see "the event" and people were all walking up stairs etc. Did our guide just not want to go? Very very disappointed. This was our one and only to Paris.

Transportation

Our driver was very pleasant and he was a little early for our pick up time , that was great! Great service! I recommend this transportation company.

Turned up to be told wasn’t booked on tour

We based our whole trip around this tour, got there and the tour guide informed us we were not on the list and it was Viators mistake. I have used Viator for over 10 years and never had any issue. He said would have to wait and see if someone didn’t turn up and we could have their tickets which thankfully happened. But it was a very stressful time and could have ruined our trip. I’m not sure who was at fault but like I say I’ve never had this with Viator previously.

Eiffel Tower Second Level

In addition to the Eiffel Tower itself, our guide Claire was the best. Clair was very knowledgeable and personable which made the tour an enjoyable experience. For those of you that choose to not partake in Clair’s presentation on the Second Level, you missed some very enlightening information.

Very unsatisfied!

We were unable to take the tour as the tour guide did not show up. The tour guide company said no tour was scheduled and Viator made a mistake when they changed dates because they did not check with them to see if that change was ok.

Great Experience!

Anna was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable. Everything went as expected. We will definitely use Viator for tours in the future.

Very poor organization

It wasn't memorable. I bought a package with the possibility of going to the top of the tower and the ticket provided did not offer that possibility. And when I arrived to exchange the voucher, the guide didn't have our name on the list. It was very boring

Very disappointed

The experience cost 150 euros, when we arrived the tickets were only 18 euros at the gate. We lined up with everyone else and waited, no priority at all. (Not to mention we walked around for nearly 40 mins trying to find the meeting point) which was across the street down the road ) Then we had a short talk at each of the four views … others who weren’t with our group just stood nearby and listened. After that the guide wished us the best and left. Very over priced for very little ‘extra’ Not worth it at all

Disappointed, would re-consider before booking

I booked this tour for my client and her family of 14. When they met at the Eiffel Tour prior to their tour commencing, they were told that there was no booking under their name. I'm extremely disappointed that they weren't able to fix the issue there and then. My clients daughter had passed away 3 years ago and going on top of the Eiffel Tour was her dream, so to the family, this moment was a special one. The tour company proceeded to say there wasn't any availability until Saturday, however my clients leave to return home in two day. Meanwhile, the full payment has definitely been deducted from my work credit card and tour was confirmed months ago. Very disappointed with this outcome.

Great tour of the 2nd level of the tower.

This option for touring the Tower was worth every penny. We breezed through rather lengthy lines to get to the elevators and went directly to the second level in no time. The guide was really fantastic and gave some fun narratives to the various views. I've been to the tower a few times but learned a few new things this time. It helped that it was an absolutely gorgeous day and our tour was at 5 pm so it wasn't too hot.

Viator Never again.

This is a hit on the Viator not the touring company. Refunded our tickets, making us think that our tickets had been canceled, and then charged us almost 3 weeks later, after we got home from our trip $900 Wass the total, and we purchased additional tickets! because we thought we had no tickets, and refused to refund us. Charging us for a tour we never received, even work with us for a credit of any kind definitely will not be using Vitor again I'd rather go direct.

Rain Rain Go Away

We had been traveling through Europe for several weeks when we arrived to meet our guide for our tour of the Eiffel Towel. Alix was very knowledgeable and shared several stories that entertained the group, one or two at the expense of us American's. The only downside was as we arrived at the 2nd level, the rain started and unfortunately did not end the rest of the tour let alone the day, so we spent the majority of the time under cover with limited views of the city.

Loved our tour of the Eiffel Tower

Our guide was amazing! He was friendly, cheerful and had great stories about the area we were viewing. He was especially helpful to my friend who has a guide dog and limited vision. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was not good at all. Just gave us the bare minimum. Very disappointed. This is not really a guided tour but someone just walking with you to the tower

Eiffel Tower Tour

All around great experience! The meeting place was easily found and the tour representatives were on hand to let us know when we would depart for the short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Our tour guide was excellent. Charming and very well-spoken (she told us she was from Greece but her English was perfect), she gave us the interesting history of the structure and pointed out many city landmarks visible as we admired the amazing view from the second level. Well worth the price to be able to "skip the lines" and get an informative presentation!

A must do of the Eiffel Tower

Best views from the second level A must do and our guide gave us so much information. We have done several tours of Paris and this was the best one because of our guide Katerina!

Great tour

Tour guide was great. Very knowledgeable about the city sights from the tower. Pick up was easy, and just a short walk to the tower.

Great Eiffel Tower tour in August.

Pasqual was a great guide. He was funny and gave us a lot of interesting information and history on the Eiffel Tower and Paris. When we asked, he also recommended some great museums in Paris.

Feel cheated

We feel a little bit cheated since the only queue we skipped was the one for the ticket itself. Though we had to queue for both security checks so it took us more than an hour to enter the lift to the second flor. Ticket without this company costs only about 18€.

Glad we booked.

When booking I was a little concerned about meeting the guide in an obscure spot away from the tower but it was easy to find. Our guide was delightful, knowledgeable, and fluent in at least three languages. The view from the tower at sunset was beautiful. We ended up staying long after dark. So glad we booked this tour. It will be a very memorable part of our trip.

FIVE STARS

Our guide “Matteu” (I apologize if I misspelled it) was wonderful. He was well organized, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional. He organized us and expedited us through security and then to the second deck. He also gave an excellent history or the Effiel Tower as well as the beautiful and majestic landmarks we can see from the tower. Definitely a FIVE star experience. Thank You!

Horrible Viator experience with Eiffel tower

We had the most horrible experience. We received the redeemable voucher from Viator, met the tour operator as requested 20 minutes prior to the start and was told that we were not on their list. Apparently Viator had forgotten to inform the tour operator about us. So, my, my wife and our 15-year old granddaughter who was in Paris for the first time beat torrential rain to be told that we could go back to our hotel and try to get a refund!!! So, our granddaughter never got up in the Eiffel Tower due to utter incompetence if Viator. Back in the hotel, I called Viator. Apart from being apologetic, they stated that they would need to ‘launch an investigation’ as to what went wrong and then decide whether I was eligible for a refund. Absolutely horrible and I will never use Viator again, just incompetent people

Outstanding!

I am all about skipping lines, so purchasing this tour was definitely the way to go. Our tour guide did a great job. She not only led us to the tower itself, she gave a brief history of it and the city of Paris as well. That alone was worth it. Plus, when she's done, you have time to explore on your own. Book early!

Great experience!

This tour was great, description of place to meet good, guide was good and explained clearly. Wait to ride elevator was ok but once we got to 2nd level the views great and guide very good.

Paris is beautiful even under the rain

we had a good time despite the rain. Max was knowledgeable about the topic. the view was still breathtaking despite not being able to see very far. we had a few minutes thankfully as the rain stopped to see more of paris skyline

Great tour, worth the extra cost

Worth the extra cost to get a timed access ticket as well as a guide to tell you all about the Eiffel Tower.

The meeting place was in front of a souvenir store and a crowded sidewalk. We purchased a "no line wait" and we STILL waited on a long line. However our guide was great.
