Enjoyed it but could be improved. Seemed a bit disorganized, but overall the host was friendly and we got to take home what we made.

Wonderful Baking Experience

She was very welcoming. I had a great time and learned a lot of history about the origins of the pastries, how to stretch and roll croissants and shape a boule. Did you know that croissants are originally from Austria, who knew! But the French made them better….I highly recommend this class.

Excellent experience!

Jess was our instructor and she was so friendly, fun and informative. She demonstrated how to shape dough, taught us how to brown butter as well as use a pastry bag correctly. The samples provided while waiting for the class to start were delicious. It’s a fun class of looking for something to do for an hour. Highly recommend Jess!

This course is a blast!

With a rainy day in Paris we booked this croissant and baguette class. What a blast. Joanna T was the perfect chef and guide, absolutely charming. We learned some pretty cool history of the breads of Paris. We made 4 different types of breads, croissants, baguettes, small Madeline type sweet bread and more. We left with a huge bag of fresh baked bread. The course is fantastic and even more so with Joanna T. Thanks again, highly recommend!
