Easy and no issues

The driver was at airport when we got through customs. He helped with bags. He was friendly. On return to airport driver was in hotel lobby early. He helped with bags. He even purchased my family croissants for the ride. I recommend this service.

Reliable Service, Cash Only if You Rebook

Very prompt to pick up when we arrived in Paris. Unfortunately, our flight home was cancelled, and we were rebooked on the same flight the following day. We had to pay again for the next day, which I understand since it was only 24 hours notice. However, the driver did not accept credit cards. Being the day people are leaving the country, expecting cash only is not the best practice. I had to use the airport atm to withdraw cash and pay an exorbitant fee/currency conversion. Every driver we used throughout Paris accepted credit cards- I am not sure why this driver could not. Ended our trip on a sour note.

Hassle-free transportation

Driver was waiting at the airport when we arrived, and the driver was there to pick us up for the return to the airport. Everything was as expected, and the company communicated with us prior to both scheduled dates to confirm the times. Really good experience!

Poor Communication with driver

Our flight was cancelled... as were all flights in France that day... consequently we did not require a pickup.

Steve was excellent at keeping prepickup communications by text. Made trip to hotel enlightening to Paris sights and history. Was courteous and very personable.

Good drivers, vehicle not so good

Drivers were good. The van we were picked up from the airport in had a backwards facing 2nd row. Three of the seven of us had to sit on this 2nd row facing backwards for 45 minutes and it was not good!!! We were very motion sick by the time we got to our hotel. Never would have booked this transportation knowing we were going to be sitting backwards.

Paris 2024

Driver could not speak English but thru a translation app still managed to communicate. As tired as we were he still made us laugh as he pointed out several landmarks.

Voila! An easy and seamless transport!

After a long red eye flight, going through customs and collecting our bags we were so pleased to be received by our driver with our name on a placard. He helped us wheel our bags as we walked to his car, which was very comfortable. He navigated the streets of Paris expertly and informed us of timing and traffic. We arrived at our Hotel after an hour or so. The experience was great!

We used Viator for airport transportation to and from CDG. Drivers were courteous and helpful. Great communication via the app to adjust to changing flight times and to ensure a good experience.

Unreliable pickup and had to carry my own luggage to meet the driver in another section of the airport. Not worth the price I paid.

Terrible

I use Viator frequency & this was the worst experience ever. The driver was an hour late. Spoke not even a few words of English, didn’t help with the bags & his car smelled & was dirty. If this had been my first experience I would never use again!

Thought this was round trip - only one way

Driver was excellent and helpful. But I thought this was a round trip deal (for $240) and it turns out it was one way. I have to now book and pay for the return to the airport.

Kind skilled driver

Our son got carsick on the way, our driver pulled over safely and let us tend to him, and then delivered us all to our hotel in horrible traffic. Would definitely recommend and we will use this company again

Incomplete

Review is incomplete because we still have the return trip to CDG Airport on May 7. Pick up at CDG on May 4 was a bit difficult but with our Normandy tourguide’s help we were able to meet our driver Allie in the terminal. He was great. Now, if the final ride to CDG goes well a higher rating will be in order.

The driver was wonderful....

The driver was wonderful. He was polite and very sweet. Have a little tour/history lesson along the way to our hotel. Pointed out things in Paris that he antes us to know. Made the ride very interesting and enjoyable. Loved that he used an app to help with the language barrier. Overall great ride.

Great Transfer!

Varden was wonderful. He provided so wonderful trips while we drove. It also took us a bit to get through customs at the airport, he was very patient and very helpful.

Besides the wonderful talks, he was very kind to my son who had motion sickness. Very thoughtful! The driver was from the part of Paris are hotel was near and gave us insights on what he loved.

I would not use this company again, but hopefully I just had one bad experience and they learned from it.

I arrived safely to my destinations, and my drivers were on time. My return driver did a good job and spoke some English. He was a nice man, and I was happy with his service. Conversely, I hope that my pick up from the airport service was unusual for this company because it did not meet the description on the website at all. I was unsure if the man who came to pick me up even worked for the chauffeur service. We had to call the company because the driver spoke no English and he and I didn't know at all what the other was saying. He walked very slowly and seemed to be enjoying some inside joke. This company should train well, hire at least partially bi-lingual drivers, and the drivers should make their clients feel at ease. I won't go into the details of why I didn't feel that way because I mean no harm to my original driver, but suffice it to say, it was not what the website described. I paid hundreds of dollars to reduce stress and have a professional experienced driver, and I could have just gotten a random taxi for my first experience with this company. I am still giving them a decent star review because the woman on the phone tried to make up for it, and I hope they learned from my situation that they need to improve; otherwise their advertising is grossly exaggerated. I would not use this company again.

Well worth the money

We were very nervous landing in Paris but as soon as we got out of the airport we were meet by our driver with a sign with my name on it. The driver contacted us the day before going home to let us know what time he would be picking us and he arrived right on time.

Great car service from Charles de Gaulle airport to Paris. We came out of customs and our driver was waiting right outside with a sign to alert who he was. He was very courteous, helped us with our baggage and proceeded to take us to the vehicle. The vehicle was perfect for our party of five adults. He drove us into Paris in a nice large van.

Excellent ride choice!

We were very pleased with this service! At the airport our driver was waiting for us to take us to the apartment we had rented in Paris. On our return to the airport, our driver, Vardan Gasparyan, was just the best! He arrived early and communicated the exact time. He kept us entertained on the ride and because we were leaving from different terminals, he escorted us individually to our check-in counters. This was so very much appreciated and we thank him for going above and beyond his responsibilities.

Value of this is having dedicated pick up. On arrival had a few challenges connecting with driver as our flight was early but all worked out. On departure driver was waiting for us at hotel as planned and had communicated plan when we booked so that was great. Van for four people was very comfortable. Tour was $320 and probably a $200-$225 cost to Uber or cab each way in case considering the value of the service.
