A wonderful way to enjoy Paris

We were delighted to have the opportunity to join this cruise on short notice. The boat was ideal for sightseeing with its all-glass front and the table arrangements were nicely done. The food was just delicious and artfully presented. There was even a chocolate surprise at the end of the meal. The music started out mellow and become more festive towards the end, which was a great touch. The only thing we didn't like was the dirty bathrooms. Otherwise, the staff were lovely and we would definitely recommend the cruise to anyone.

Wouldn’t bother again

The food wasn’t great very expensive and so were the drinks the trip was not explained very poor service.

The experience was cancelled by the company right before it was supposed to start.

We were waiting near the river for our cruise and only found out it had been cancelled when I sent a message. This was very disappointing. We adjusted our day to be there.

Romantic Cruise Lunch

The service was amazing perfect Lunch cruise. This was a romantic cruise Birthday for my wife. The only issue was the beef was very "tough" I recommend a different cut of beef or prep. The crew credited the meal with no question.

Great way to enjoy the sights while getting a good meal.

What a great way to see the beauty lining the river while giving your feet a rest. The food was good; the scallop appetizer was the best. The service was good. Being that it was January and cold outside it was nice to be enclosed. We would definitely recommend it. As tourists who hustling to see as much as possible we didnt do many sit down meals so this was a great way to sit and eat a good meal while enjoying the sights. Things to consider: -The boat departs promptly on time. We watched a family running towards but the boat had already left. So give yourself plenty of time to get there and not be rushed. -The chocolate Eiffel Tower was ok but the caramel desert was far better -The only thing we were not fond of is the photographers taking pictures were done taking pics before we reached the Eiffel Tower. Had the boat paused for a couple minutes there they could have sold a lot more photos. Because of that we did not buy the photo package; the photos did not highlight where we were.

Great experience with awesome French lunch cuisine and breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower on the cruise. A tour not to be missed by anyone who visit Paris for the first time like myself.

New Years Day Delight

We were fortunate to book this for Jan. 1, 2024 and lucky the weather cooperated. Even some nice sunshine during a mostly gray trip to Paris. The food was terrific. The cruise was smooth. The staff very nice. Only the music was so so. It was loud then soft, some songs seemed abbreviated. But all in all a very delightful experience. Well worth the time and ticket price.

Most romantic Seine trip ever!

This trip serves a great 360 degree experience which serves all your senses… The music is coordinated with the sightseeing, the timing is done great for each song. Also when you pass the Eiffel tower, you are served the Eiffel desert. The ambiance, food, drinks, all great! Will do it again!

Don’t choose this one!

I have to say the ride itself was lovely, a very steady boat and the city views were great. But….with this company you’re definitely fleeced for everything. We arrived to find out that the charge an extra €15pp to have a window seat, otherwise you’re sat in the middle with limited views. There was no table water I had to pay €9 for a bottle. My daughter was 16 on the day so asked if the could put a candle in the cake the serve for sweet but the said they could only do this for €12!! The dinner was okay but don’t expect gourmet, the waiter was friendly but again he was asking me for a tip before he’d even finished clearing the table. There’s a singer that comes around during the whole trip is a little overbearing and definitely targets the American tourists (to be fair I think they’re the best tippers!). Anyway I’d recommend the trip BUT not with this company

Do not waste your time or money on this. The staff is rude and provided terrible service. I’ve gone on other Seine River boats in past trips to Paris that are far better.

A nice way to spend a couple of hours in Paris at a price.

We had no issues finding the boat and there were no queues. The staff welcome was very pleasant and they were quite attentive throughout the journey. Spacing between the tables is a bit cramped but not a major issue for us. Unfortunately our main course was forgotten about so came very late. Staff were apologetic and offered an extra glass of champagne to say sorry. The food was of good quality though charging extra for the beef main course when the initial cost of the ticket was already pretty high was a bit cheeky. As expected drinks were overpriced and the request for a tip (for all the staff!) was also a bit over pressurised. Overall you probably get what is expected from a boat trip with lunch and it is a bit of a special treat though quite expensive.

Overall good, but a few disappointing glitches

We received a notice a couple days before the trip saying that our QR code was coded incorrectly and to notify the staff when we arrived so it could be redone correctly. We and another couple we over heard had the same issue. No one knew anything about it, and didn't seem to even try to look into the issue. We paid extra for what I thought was a glass of champagne and a glass of wine. We instead got rose petals and a glass of champagne. I got nowhere trying to say that that wasn't quite what we ordered. I will say the food was surprisingly good for a short river tour. We didn't get to choose the dessert we wanted. They said we had to share a chocolate cake (which sas good), but we really wanted to order the creme brulee or the tower chocolate dessert as the others around us got. We had read that they would have a written brochure that explained a bit of what we would pass, but that was not given to us even when we asked. Be aware that you will not know what you are riding past as there is no oral or written explanation given. Overall, it was nice and the food was very good. I do wish they would at least announce the most important sites we passed by, but they do say up front that no overhead announcements would be given.

Rainey Day Seine River Cruise

We had a great time on this cruise. It was about 1 1/2 hours. Something to do on a very rainy day. The table was inside so you still was able to see the sites. We paid extra for the window table with two glasses of champagne. Our waiter was very nice and spoke excellent English. Food was good for a boat cruise.. Fish was good. I would definitely recommend this on a clear day if you are in Paris.

Find another company to book with! There are better ones out there!

Absolute disappointment made even worse by rude staff and equally rude passengers! I booked the trip as part of my daughters birthday. We arrived at 12.28 having struggled to get across the city due to traffic. One of our guests is pregnant and unable to run, so I shouted to the crew member who was at the boats side, from the top of the steps as we were making our way down. He completely ignored me, then as we arrived at the boats side he shouted “time is time” then proceeded to shut the doors in preparation to set off. At this point it was 12.30, the time stated for the trip to start. Would it have harmed him to let us onboard? It would have taken no time at all. We were stood right there. One table of passengers then proceeded to wave at us whilst pretending to cry. Completely uncalled for! Rude, unhelpful and disgusting attitude! Other people witnessed this whole performance and were equally as disgusted as us, also not understanding why they had refused us to board. Let’s hope they spread the word also. We most definitely will be!

Champaign and French Food on the Seine

A very peaceful, relaxing river cruise experience. Great food, excellent service, and loved how music was used to enhance the sites you were seeing instead of chatter.

Seine Cruise with lunch

The food, the view! It was lovely. The only complaint we had was it was hot at the front of the boat. Air conditioning from the back wasn’t getting to us. Would do again & would request seating further back.

Combine a yummy lunch with beautiful river views of Paris!!!

Good service, yummy food and magnificent river views of Paris!!! You should definitely do this!!! My advice: 1. Arrive early!!! Taxis are sometimes hard to get in Paris and always lots of traffic. 2. Boat left exactly on time at 12:30. Give yourself time to walk down. 3. The boat is enclosed in glass. It’s like a greenhouse. On a sunny day it gets hot! Wear layers so you can strip down. Bring sunglasses and hat.

What a fantastic time in Paris

Brilliant experience before going to St de France to watch Ireland beat South Africa. The meal was excellent and the service second to none. Could not fault it! Highly recommend.

Great way to see some of the major landmarks of Paris while enjoying a great lunch with excellent service. Wine on board was pretty good at a reasonable price. I wasn't aware that I had ordered the "romantic" petals on the table option, but they were soon moved aside. The champagne on arrival was very good. Menu choices good and the food was high quality.

A nice champagne gourmet lunch cruise to start your Paris vacation!

A delightful gourmet lunch cruise on the River Seine! I had mentioned, when I first booked this tour, that we were celebrating our 36th Anniversary......so we had fresh rose petals on our table for 2! We were all greeted with a glass of Champagne, but because it was so hot, I ended up ordering an Aperol Spritz as well! Lol The Foie Gras was delish (my first time eating it), and my choice of chicken was more than enough....definitely a large portion! We (of course) chose the Creme Brûlée for dessert which was rich and delicious! It was a lovely cruise with wonderful views of the Eiffel, (the original) Statue of Liberty, Notre Dame, and other beautiful points of interest. I especially loved all the bridges in Paris, each with it's own character! A beautiful way to start a Paris vacation! Highly Recommend, for a calm, relaxing few hours. The staff was amazing, and catered to all our needs. 5*!!

Great Experience. The views were amazing. It was at an even pace and we had enough time to enjoy everything. The food was good as it was a good intro to French food.

Not worth it.

We were seated in the front on a warm day and there was no ventilation or A/C where we were what so ever. Our server knew we were uncomfortably hot and didn't offer to move us further back and then when we moved ourselves, she only came back to give us the bill. We were given the wrong dessert but no one came to check on us. The service was poor and the food was unremarkable for the cost. Would only recommend the cruise for the views.

Smooth sailing

The only problem we had was finding the correct dock, several people and the phone app got us there in time, however bigger or better signs would help. So better to leave in good time. The boat and staff were great, wonderful smooth ride past many wonderful places ( yes a few words to explain where might be nice ….but this is difficult with many languages spoken on board so understand and it was peaceful as it was…..now the food, we all felt it was excellent and well presented. The photo guy was very nice and not pushy…good job all round.

Delicious food, shame about no commentary, overpriced drinks package and no air-con

Just did this cruise with my best friend. If I could rate it as 'good' that would be more accurate than either average or very good. The tables were not dressed as you'd see in the pics, our table had red rose petals on it, and the photographer assumed we were a couple (despite explaining we were not). Their assumption that this was a 'romantic' booking was completely wrong, but no harm done. We booked a 'with drinks' package and in reality, this meant that we were charged over £19 each for 1 flute of champagne - I would suggest you book a none-drinks package and just order a bottle of wine when you get on board as it will be much cheaper. We sat near the front of the boat which was a big mistake as it was a hot day - there was no air con and we all felt like we were sitting in a greenhouse. Windows didn't open...we were melting! The food was delicious, shame there was no audio commentary as we didn't know what we were seeing up/down the river and this would have been an easy fix.

Wonderful lunch cruise

This lunch cruise was absolutely wonderful! We upgraded to window seating + a glass of champagne and had an amazing view during the cruise and romantic roses laid out at the table setting. The champagne as well as the food was absolutely delicious and the serving was friendly, although not very fluent in English. Highest recommendations, we would definitely go again!

Recommend you do this once in your life.

Lunch pleasant and the trip fun and more extensive than we thought. Enjoyed everything except the noisy behavior of groups of tourists who marred the trip for me.

Be vigilant

The scenary and food was lovely. This was a Prepaid trip including meals. However, we were purposefully not told that 1 meal option came at an additional cost (9 Euros each) and we had to pay in. We were also forced to quickly choose our options so that we did not pick up the additional cost. When the bill came, we were first asked to pay the full price - I then spoke to the manager who corrected the additional cost you pay. Please be vigilant and aware of these acts.

SCAM

Provided wrong pick up address, traffic was crazy but we were able to make it on time… then we had to look for the correct place for pick up, which made us late. Tried working with them to schedule a later trip, they refused and said “no refunds”. A total SCAM. You can get way cheaper tickets if you go to the ticket counter by the river.

Awesome Experience

Views were amazing, food was delicious, service was top notch! We had such a wonderful time viewing the sights from the boat and interacting with others. Definitely a must-do while in Paris.

Disgusted and annoying

Booked online. Paid my money. When I arrived at the boat we were told we weren’t on the list and to contact viator as they took my money but boat was already full. Disgusting and disgraceful

Didn’t travel far,...

Didn’t travel far, limited narration (only from waiter), good food, and nice staff. The boat was clean and the food presentation was very nice. We had a window seat which was nice.

Enjoyable way to enjoy the magnificent Parisian sights

We thought it was a lovely, relaxed way to see the sights in Paris without having to walk so far .... it was a hot day. Added bonus was being able to enjoy a meal and a glass of champagne. If I had to make one negative comment it would be that the background music was far too loud .. in fact it often distracted us from enjoying the views.

Ok but not fabulous

It was a nice boat ride and a decent meal but I would say that it might be better to get a tour with a guide providing audio. It is a bit difficult to see sights on this trip and the meal is not a big enough draw for the cost.

Poor relations with the cruise office

My Uber got caught in traffic and we missed our cruise. Spoke to two agents at the launch. No refund was possible and I would have to pay full fair again to rebook. Not customer friendly at all

Very fun experience with easy way to sightsee Paris!

I thought it would be a boring cruise tour but the food was satisfied enough and the staffs were very very friendly and a lot of fun! I think I will definitely take the cruise tour once again, when I go to Paris again!

A view from the water

Excellent service but very hot and needed doors open for cross breeze. Lovely views and food. I would recommend as a great way to see Paris from the water.

Great trip

Great trip, lovely food, excellent service. Well worth the money! We sat at the front of the boat where there is no cover and it got very warm. It was a pity there was no opening window.

Worth the price

Nice food , received a warm welcome and not too crowded .. the choice of food is acceptable .. manage to get a good view of eiffel tower..
