Shuttle Arrival Transfer from Paris Airport to Hotel/ Apartment

No ride given

The shuttle person was not at the airport site that was stated on the ticket. We did not get a ride and I lost the money paid. Would not recommend.

Make your travel Easy!

It doesn’t get easier. Our driver was there when we arrived, handled our luggage and drove in traffic for two hours to take us to our hotel. He was a very pleasant man and the vehicle was clean and nice. I would suggest he should have had some bottled water for us because we had flown ten hours and there was no place to purchase in baggage and customs. It would have been a nice gesture. At any rate I would definitely use this service again.

Exhausted!

Driver never showed up. Spent considerable time on the phone trying to locate driver. It took almost 2 hours to go from the airport to hotel. Should have taken 10 to 15 minutes. Drove us all over Paris. Even out to Disney.

Driver Identity

The driver had no company identification on him for validation. Although it is common to sub contract this shuttle to private drivers they should carry some identification to ensure the customer they are travelling with a legitimate and safe transport. Once validity had been established, the driver was very pleasant during our transfer, pointing out Paris landmarks and helping with our luggage into the hotel.

Find Another Shuttle !!

First of all.. was NOT english speaking driver as it said on booking page, Driver used WhatsApp to translate. She was late so she didn't pick us up inside, then said she had to clean car because someone vomitted in car (another excuse) . She said to meet one place, wrong place. When I called to find out where she is, She answered the phone yelling " I dont speak engish" 4 times in a row. When we eventually found her ( she was blowing up my phone )saying " Where are you?".. we finally found her, she was LEAVING !! Not an impressive start to France. TIP : LEVEL 1 in Europe is the second floor Level 0 is ground floor. Remember that !!

Excellent service

Our driver was Jesus. He was very attentive, contacted me the day before with meeting Instructions. Once our plane landed, he contacted me again and I kept him informed of our progress thru customs and retrieving our baggage. He was quick to enter the terminal once we had our bags. We had a very enjoyable ride to our hotel.

Terrible…transfer company never came

None terrible transfer company didn’t show up. Called said in area and never arrive. Terrible service.

Not worth it

She had too many reserved and people arriving at different times. On top of that, she told us to be at a location that was the wrong place.

Left without us. No driver found

This was awful. Driver left us or never came. No specifics for location were ever provided. We walked between gates 12 and 22 for over an hour. Talked other drivers, no luck. Email with Viator help. They finally said we were a no show. VERY VERY BAD. No more Viator transfers for me.

The driver came in a...

The driver came in a small Volvo sedan when it was I paid for a shuttle. We had 4 large suitcases and two medium sizes a total of 6. The driver had to stuff two in the trunk and it barely closed. The other two was in his front seat. And the other two were in the back with us in the middle seat which left us cramped. I paid $126 for a shuttle service not a Uber with no room as well the driver was on a call that he had on speaker at which I had to listen to him talking. Very unprofessional

Great experience!! They were professional, clean and very helpful. Our driver even made sure we got into our hotel

Shuttle didn't show.

The driver didn't show up. We were at the designated meet up point for that terminal, had airport staff assist us and verify since French isn't or first language. Tried to call the operator for pick up and they didn't answer. We then got a taxi which we had to pay for only to find out the shuttle cost would not be refunded. We booked 5 other things thru company on this trip that were all great but this was not. Very disappointed.

The driver met us at the arrival spot , helped with our luggage and brought us to the hotel …even to the front desk! It was a stress free arrival into Paris .

DIFFICULT

After getting off a 9-1/2 hour plane ride (USA to France) and not seeing your airport shuttle driver was such shock. Lost and confused and not sure what to do. After waiting for 30 minutes, we finally found a "night in shiny armor" who allowed us to use his France cell phone to call the company. Luckily, they were able to track down the driver and send him back to us. Never found out what happened, but relieved to get a ride to our hotel.

Driver attitude and willingness to help.. Driver stayed over an hour helping. He parked his vehicle and came in to help us find the correct baggage claim area.

Our driver was professional and friendly. She safely outmanouvered the emerging traffic congestion to avoid delays based on her keen knowledge of the neighborhoods and meandering streets.

We got to the hotel just fine. We were supposed to have an English speaking driver which would have been nice for questions.

No one showed up at the airport to pick us up. I tried to call and could not get through on the number in my ticket/voucher. Someone at the airport even tried to assist, and advised that the number was not working. I tried to contact them through the website with no response. Had to pay for a taxi and never got a contact by the tour company. So I paid for a service that I didn’t receive .

Do not recommend!!!!

confirmation details specified that the driver would meet at Arrivals with a name sign. I landed ontime and I walked between Orly arrivals 1-3 for 1hr, looking for my driver. In the interim, I called Viator Customer Service and was told that the driver was on-sight. He was not!!! I stayed on the phone for a total on 30mins, and the driver finally showed up. I also initially tried to contact the local vendor London Travel in Limited via email and phone and they never responded. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing as I was a Paris Orly, an airport I am very unfamiliar with and needed reliable pickup service. I do not recommend this transfer service to any traveler.

Superb!

Claudio was amazing! Plane delayed but he was understanding. Lots of traffic but he just kept talking to me and nothing was a problem. The car was beautiful- clean and comfortable. Good communication prior to pick-up. Very professional.

Viator pick up at airport

No one was holding a sign with our name at Arrival and we had to call the Viator customer account just to learn we needed to wait at the Brioche Cafe. These instructions are not provided on the website. Thus it was highly annoying and a miracle our phones actually worked for this connection to happen.

Viator driver saved our vacation

We landed quite weary and jet lagged. Later that day my granddaughter discovered her passport missing. We finally decided to call the driver who immediately checked and found it. He delivered it the next day. Disaster averted. It doesn’t get better, more professional or more reliable than this.

This was a shared than transfer from Orly into Paris. Everything worked smoothly. The driver was very friendly.

Not a good transfer experience

This was a shared transfer from Charles de Gaulle into Paris. We waited almost 1 1/2 hours for the driver, and he was very rude when he finally showed up

Pickup in Paris airport

The driver was not waiting for us when we arrived! We had to wait for him! He told us we had to wait for otters so we ordered food! Then he said we did not have to wait for tren anymore but we could not eat inside the car. We ate and drank our coffee in the parking lot before exiting the airport!!

Think twice

Pick up was late, required numerous calls to agent, had to walk a long way (we had someone in the group with walking difficulties) and then the driver got lost. Took an extra 20-30 minutes for the trip and she spoke little or no English. Would not recommend. Viator usually does much better in providing guides/drivers.

No driver was in arrivals with a name placard with our name on it. We looked all over the airport and finally paid for a taxi to take us to our hotel. We had paid in advance for this service, so we want a refund. Very disappointed.

Book Your Shuttle Ahead of Time

The Paris shuttle area was hard to find because my plane came in early. However, we were able to call and get the meeting information clearly. I thought I signed up for a shared van but it was a single car that came for us. I was a little nervous but the driver was nice, professional and helpful. I did have trouble arranging my return ride to the airport.

Unprofessional and frustrating experience

I expected a simple, problem-free transfer as Viator has never let me down. My ride was NOT waiting, as told. My driver never came into my arrival hall at CDG with a sign looking for me. I had to use WhatsApp to contact the tour operator, as the phone number provided was not being answered. After 10+ hours of travel and arriving in a new country, this was unacceptable to me. I chose this service for a reason and I’ll never use their shared ride service again!

Not the arrival we expected.

The stress of finding our driver and the barrage of calls and texts I received as we made our way through the airport. Our driver, once she arrived, was great. Admittedly, the strike created more chaos than usual, but the pressure to find the driver at a different location than originally planned was intense. I received phone calls, WhatsApp phone and text messages, regular texts — and all of these messages implied that the driver would leave without us if we didn’t arrive at the new pickup site soon. We had to make our way from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 at CDG, after waiting in a long line to clear Customs. In total, it was an unpleasant

Driver was prompt and very helpful in telling us where to exchange money. He told us about restaurants he preferred and how to get there. Very courteous; fluent in English and kind.

Horrible don’t recommend

Never showed up to pick us up from the airport. When I called them they said our flight was canceled. I said if our flight was cancel how would we be in Paris right now. The lady who answer the phone rude very rude told us there is nothing they can do for us to find another transportation to the hotel

Highway or Railway? Choose wisely based on travel day and.time

The service was personalized. However, had I taken the RER to Paris Est station, I would have gotten to my hotel an our earlier. Traffic was horrendous. The driver did his best to reroute and find an alternative way but it didn't make the trip.shorter. Not his fault of course.
