Accessible disaster

Art was fabulous but getting around was terrible, especially with a wheelchair that we were using. Waited in line for hour because all the restrooms were out of service. When we were finished in museum we could not find the way out, Elevator we needed was blocked off and we did not find out for some time until we found out it was blocked off to keep non accessible people from using it. Had difficulty finding the cruise dock and ran out of time and did not take the cruise. Receive several emails with QR code on them that I assumed was my tickets and I did not notice the one that came in day before that had access to my actual tickets. If signage was better it would not be so hard to get around. Tried the headset system but for us older non computer generation, that was no help to navigate the museum.

Wasted day with Viator

Horrible stay away from aviator. I booked trip for me and friend, we waited on voucher tickets for our 2:30 tour that never arrived to my email, I called tour operator numerous times with. No Reaponse I even emailed and nothing. That was 108.00 thrown away and Viator didn’t want to refund my money. We had to purchase another set of tickets from the museum directly Stay away from Viator. The day was ruined 😡

Disappointing experience

We booked through Viator as it seems to indicated that we could skip the line and no need to wait. (See high light from the photo) this was not the case as we still needed to queue up and just that the line was shorter. After waiting to our turn to enter, the guard said that our tickets (with QR code) was not the right ticket. I purposed asked the tour operator in advancement if I needed to go to the office to redeem the voucher and the response was no (see photo). It appears that she forgot to send me the ticket via email so we had to go there last minutes and lost in total almost 1 hour included the waiting time. Another surprise was when we got the ticket, the operator said it was not an audio tour but just ordinary ticket. So I was misled again (see photo) as I paid €10 more euro for each ticket (together with the cruise) for no added value. We would better off bought our ticket online ourselves.

Terrible company--took our money without providing necessary information

This was a terrible experience. Viator did not send us clear information about where to pick up our tickets, so, when we arrived at the Louvre, we had to pay out of pocket. I subsequently called Viator, explained the situation, and attempted to get a refund. I was repeatedly placed on hold and forced to speak to a series of unhelpful people. When Management finally got back to me, they refused to refund me. I would not recommend Viator under ANY circumstances.

Worst company, will never use again.

Please be warned. They did not send through the tickets they did not respond to me. Was a complete waste of money. Travelling across the world I wanted to be prepared with my family but they just ruined my time and I managed to get tickets on the spot thankfully but will never use this service again and will make sure no one i know also doesn't use this!

Visiting Louvre Meseum is just not recommended.

I think the service itself was just OK because it is the same as an individual ticket. However, I choose to enter at 14:00 and there was really long line to go through the security at the entrance. It took me more than one hour! It was the worst experience in Paris.

Don’t use Viator to...

Don’t use Viator to purchase your tickets for the Louvre!!! They make you go to their office to pick them up and finding this is not easy!

Wow at the Louvre

On an intensely crowded day in Paris and especially at the Louvre, we were able to easily enter and enjoy the museum. This was a very worthwhile ticket! Wow.

Great package

It was a great package with great flexibility. We walked right into the museum without waiting in line. The cruise was open until 10:00 pm and the tickets were flexible on which day you went. There was a long line for the cruise and we waited almost an hour. I would recommend this package

Happy Customer!

The process to pick up the tickets was easy. Don't arrive more than 30 min before your time slot. We didn't have to wait in long lines. Access to the museum was very fast.

Good alternative when tickets direct through museum are sold out.

We enjoyed our visit to the museum. There's SO much to see, you will need more than one day to do the museum justice. However, you can see some key at pieces with this ticket and with proper planning. The Seine cruise was enjoyable. Just know that you have to present the ticket for the cruise at the cruise terminal near the Eiffel tower, somewhat distant from the museum. And there can be long lines for the boat - we had to wait in line for an hour before we could get on it. Well worth the wait, however! And you do not have to use the cruise ticket on the same day as the museum visit. One other thing... Plan enough time to collect your museum entry and cruise tickets before your entry slot. When we went to the pick up location, it was understaffed and we ended up being late for our entry time at the Louvre. Because of the holiday rush, we could enter late, but good to plan ahead.

I had a wonderful time at the Louve. It was a great experience with the family. We didn’t have to wait in line.

Heat and smoke

The Louvre entry process was fantastic, quick and easy. The museum itself is so gigantic what can you say. We saw many marvelous, beautiful and amazing things. It was very warm in the museum, uncomfortable for me. The way out was long, convoluted and unnecessarily so. The river cruise was very relaxing, quite enjoyable. I don’t understand why the let people smoke on board with no smoking signs everywhere.

Viator false advetises! Constantly!

Viator is soo ridiculous to deal with I cannot even express it however you are forced to use the 3rd parties in order to get tickets bc they sell out of things soo fast or you dont want to wait in line. They lied about times and other things. They wasted a lot of my time with telling me my ticket was at 12 30 but I couldn't go into the louvre until 1pm. They dont care about customer service and I highly recommend you dont use this company for any sightseeing!

There is still a long line!

This did not allow you to skip any line as far as I can tell except the line to buy tickets. You had to go out to the office to collect them, and then get in line for over an hour, which is the same line you could just buy tickets from the museum in advance

This was great but the...

This was great but the side emterance didn’t have a bag check and as travellers we had to carry our bags the entire time. Would have been nice to know before hand. Also a heads up about seating on the Seine would have been appreciated.

Great experience

We got lost, couldn't find the place to redeem our voucher, missed our tour of the Louvre. Finally figured out where the voucher redemption place was and they totally took care of us and got us on our way. Easy peasy!

Paris - finally at the Louvre

Seeing the Mona Lisa up close. Avoiding the long lines. The beautiful art work and sculptures. The cruise was very informative.

Vale la pena pero es caro

The ticket is way more expensive but you save a lot of time at the entrance by entering on the Lions gate. If you have the money I think is worth it.

We really enjoyed getting into the louvre early and having flexible time to take the ferry tour on the swine tour.

This really helped us to bypass the crowds, so it saved a lot of time and was good when travelling wit children. Our guide was fabulous and very helpful and pointed several wonderful pieces of art out along the way to the Mona Lisa. Be prepared. The crowds were enormous so even though you get priority to the Mona Lisa, there are still large numbers of people you need to navigate to see it.

Museum Boat

Enjoyed getting into Louvre when it was otherwise sold out. The river cruise was unexpectedly enjoyable.

The Louvre is a place that need time to visit, so if you have little time like 2 or 3 hours you probably would like to go to another place

The Louvre and Seine cruise.

We loved the architecture and the gardens. We spent about six hours inside The Louvre and still didn't see everything. It was a fantastic experience and very thought provoking. The food was also of a very high quality. All the staff were very helpful. We found it quite tricky to navigate the map. Although we didn't do it, a guided tour would be recommended. We also enjoyed our cruise on the Seine later that evening. It was very relaxing and a great way to see some of the landmarks from a different perspective.

Enjoyable experience

Had some issues finding ticket office to redeem voucher and almost missed the timed entry to the Louvre -was not at location stated. Enjoyed visit to Louvre and river cruise.

It was very crowded but our guide was good to keep the group together and made sure everyone accounted . It was very nice to skip the long long entrance line with the tour

It was great getting right into the museum without having to wait in the extremely long lines that others who did not use Viator waited in. This was our first time using Viator, and we would recommend it to everyone. The museum itself is quite something to see, but one would need multiple days to see the whole thing. We loved it! Wow! Bucket List ✅!

Money well spent

I was so glad that we pre purchased our tickets, the queue was huge. With our tickets we got in on time with only a short wait. The cruise was magical and well worth it.

Mixed - Louvre disappointing, Cruise great

Louvre - we were advised they'd be no queuing, priority entrance. This was untrue and queued over an hour despite timed ticket. Louvre let too many people in and its impossible to see artworks. Disappointing Cruise - great trip, 1hr, easy to find and great city views

Does not skip the line

It does not skip the line. It skips the ticket line. We got there 10 minutes early and they made a big deal about giving us the tickets early They point you to the Pyramid entrance like it’s a big deal and we joined the short line only to be moved to the long line. We loved the Museum and the cruise but not the line

False entry time

I was supposed to gain special entrance at dedicated time,but did not had to wait on line for over an hour or so

A fantastic experience

The only thing I can say about Paris City Vision is.... You are perfect. Excellent attention, everthing very easy with them and helping us even with bus lines the day after our visit. I want to repeatwith them. Very easy access to the museum, and fantastic the trip in the Sena boat. Thank you very much, specially to Ivette.

Great experience, clear instructions & flexible boat tour

Very easy instructions to follow when we reached the voucher kiosk. I liked that we got to spend as much time as we wanted in the Louvre. Very nice boat tour as well and extremely helpful for the times to be so flexible.

Below average experience and super expensive

Not a good buy

Ad says shorter line - about half the length of a regular line. They tell you to come to their shop a half hour early, we did and waited a half hour. You have to walk to the Louvre from there. Ad claims to include tour guide app for your phone - people at the shop had no idea what that was. You can pay 5 euros for one at the museum. Includes boat ride on Seine - line too long to be worth it and it's a very long walk.

SCAM, THEY GIVE YOU A PRINTED TICKET THEN CHANGE THE DATE AND RESELL IT TO ANOTHER VICTIM AS YOU WALK TO THE MUSEUM

My parents were in town for their 50th anniversary and we paid $140 for three admissions to the Louve valued at $17 at the museum because they were sold out online. We went the tour operator and they had our name and gave us a printed ticket, pictured here. After waiting in line for over an hour at the museum we were detained by the ticket agent who informed us that the tour operated had changed the date for the ticket they had sold us and sold it to another person. The said this was a common scam. We were devastated and had to leave Paris on a flight without seeing the museum. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! I Hope no one else has to go through the agony we went through. What's worse is Viator enables this scam and REFUSED US A REFUND! Take your business elsewhere.

We didn’t have enough time to see everything. We’re only staying for 2 days and that’s okt2nd day. Nice tour on the river cruise.

System Errors - has been changed to Louvre Museum Entry fast passed without notice

I booked Louvre Museum Entry and Seine Cruise tickets, When we took the tickets the travel agency told me I just booked Louvre Museum Entry fast pass to Monalisa hall. I guess there should be a system error. Finally i need to called customer hotline during Louvre Museum tour ask them to send an Email confirmation, and I need to rush from the museum to the travel agency to get the seine cruise tickets. It's really bad experience. Please fix the system error.

Louvre & River Cruise

Great package to get admission to the Louvre and take a river cruise. Bought earlier the same day and avoided standing in long lines outside in the rain to gain access to the museum. There's still a shorter line inside for these reserved tickets. But, it's a much shorter wait. We haven't used the river cruise ticket yet. But, that one is an "anytime" during your stay ticket.

Excelent! Easy to book. No lines. Few people. Enough time to visit what you want. Just a little time extra to manage the app to download the tickets

Misleading and confusing

The Louvre ticket did get us in through a side door without waiting inline. But the trip description contains too many misleading information. In the what to expect section, it contains language: your audio guide will take you…. But once we got in, there is no audio guide. Somewhere else, it says audio guide is not included. This is extremely confusing. We spent 2 hours inside to buy our own audio guide. The museum guide also contains language indicating a tour bus is waiting. But there is no bus. You walk to that address, they gave you two tickets for Louvre and two tickets for the cruise, and a map on where to go. That is it. That experience was terrible. Still we got to visit the Louvre without advance planning. The river cruise is well worth it.

Viator needs new entry map

Ticketing office provided map and instructions to enty which turned out NOT to be the entry. Louvre employees manning stations around the complex did not want to assist in directing us to the correct place or directed us to further incorrect places. We missed our timed entry by 25 minutes attempting to find the way in.

Delivers exactly what is advertised

Did exactly what I wanted - got us into the Louvre immediately without waiting in line for hours. The boat tour was unexpectedly good. Take your phone and headphones, use the audio guide app, and sit on the top floor of the boat. The sights are great but you can’t really hear anything said over the PA system.

Cruise NOT Included

Cruise tickets were not included. Entry to the museum was quick and easy. We were able to see the Mona Lisa right away. This was not guided but assisted in making the skip the line entry quick and easy. However, very disappointed when trying to figure out where to go for the boat tour. Our guide stated it was not included and only a way to get people to buy more tickets. We would have bought different tickets if we would have known this.
