Great Experience

Food was excellent. Staff was great. A very nice introduction to Paris. One of our party was vegetarian and they had great options for them as well.

Poor Experience

I was excited about going on this cruise after reading all the great reviews on Tripadvisor. Unfortunately, we ended up disappointed with our experience. On the positive side, the boat is very clean, and the staff were all professionally dressed. Unfortunately, the food was very bland and did not live up to our expectations. The salmon appetizer was not good, and my wife could not even eat her sea bass entree. We did ask to speak with a manager and pointed out the issues with my wife's entree. He didn't seem to care much about our experience and mumbled that he would share our comments with upper management. Finally, the duration of the cruise was 55 minutes, not the advertised 75 minutes. Bottom line, there are a number of other tour companies that offer dinner cruises on the Seine, and I would suggest you go with one of them.

Great way to see the sights of Paris

From start to finish the dinner cruise was a professionally run and well coordinated event. We chose to purchase the device with the window seat and we’re very happy with our decision. The view was unparalleled. The food was beautiful, well presented and very tasty. The service was professional and unobtrusive which is is lovely for a couples experience. Although the cruise is only 75 minutes, the staff ensure that you receive your meals and drinks in a timely manner. Very satisfied with this experience and would recommend.

Fun experience

Highly recommend especially for people who are visiting Paris for the first time. We did this our first night there and it was such a fun way to see some sights and get introduced to the city without having to do any planning/walking around on our part! The food was good, and as a vegetarian I was especially impressed with my options as some places can let their veg options fall to the wayside compared to their meat/fish options. Service was great, everyone was welcoming and attentive.

Don’t spoil your time and money!

The service was less than average, there was robotic waiters, only we had smiles when they were selling the photos. The quality of food was awful, we could not eat! Even the dessert! Never will recommend.

Early dinner cruise was just long enough for families with children.

Our multigenerational family of nine enjoyed the early dinner cruise (5:45pm-7:15pm) along the Seine. It was just long enough to have a delightful three course dinner with wine and champagne for the adults. The sights along the Seine kept the children entertained, and the adults were grateful for a peaceful interlude to a busy day. Service was outstanding, but the air conditioning was a bit weak, so dress cool in warmer months. Our only suggestion is to offer a children’s menu, along with the children’s pricing for the adult menu.

Unforgettable Anniversary

20 year anniversary celebration with our kids and our parents! It was absolutely lovely. Great service, delicious dinner and wine and fantastic dessert. Add the wonderful views like no other cruising up and down the Seine River, and it made for an unforgettable anniversary celebration!

A lovely evening a very delicious gourmet dinner surprisingly more than I had thought it would be including wine. I only wish that the boat ride could have lasted longer.

This was a lovely experience from start to finish there is no scale back of quality of food, drink or service, from start to end you are treated like a VIP. We opted for the privelege package and we were very priveleged, attentive waiters, lots of wine and its drink what you like, bubbly, the food was exceptional, there was even a photographer no obligation. It was romantic for us and the waiter was very knowledgeable. Its right by the eiffel tower. Theres nothing not to like about this very very good value for money. When i come back to paris I will do the later evening one

This was absolutely wonderful. I will try to find a dinner cruise for each country that we visit since it is such a magical way to see the sights.

relaxing

Our family of 6 all over 21 years of age, would not recommend for children the food may too fancy. The view along the river is beautiful. I was so amazed by these big beautiful historic structures. You will also see some homeless tents, graffiti and trash seem Paris is not a clean city. they do however have an exceptional amount of history and wonderful Artistry The People were very Friendly and helpful would recommend

Relaxing atmosphere. OK experience. Make sure to request window seating at the time of check in. Also make sure you are not seated under the red lights if you want to take few pictures yourself. Do not ask your waitress what buildings you are seeing. Our waitress confidently labeled Conciergerie as Louvre. Food is mediocre, do not expect to be impressed!

Great couple’s experience

Very good tour, food was delicious, however, bread was a little hard. Phenomenal view of the Eiffel Tower. Definitely recommended.

Disappointment

Very disappointed. The meal nothing to complain about, but the rest very disappointing. We ate very quickly. 6 p.m. aperitif, 6:10 p.m. starter, and barely finished before the dishes arrived, so at 7:10 p.m. we had coffee. 7:20 p.m. we got off the boat. I asked for a table on the side of the boat. I was told that they were all taken. And finally there was almost no one there and plenty of free tables. On the reservation it was written that you had to dress properly, no shorts or sneakers. The people who booked at the same time as us had shorts and sneakers. Why write it then. Very very disappointed

Romantic dinner cruise.

A nice little cruise/dinner to appreciate the Parisian monuments and buildings along the Seine. A great time for two, as a couple.

Great experience

Good, very pleasant experience and very good dinner, to do again, however we were surprised to turn around at Châtelet and not at the Île de la Cité?!… Otherwise everything was perfect.

Premier dinner menu at 8:30pm

Premier menu with cruise starting at 8:30pm is fantastic, a unique experience, everything perfectly timed and planned. But I already knew it would be, I spent weeks researching, the best cruise, the most complete and the most beautiful. I will be returning with my family next month.

Dîner croisière du 31/12/2022 annulé sans avoir été prévenue

Compagnie pas sérieuse. J'ai acheté 2 billets via la FNAC pour offrir un dîner croisière le 31 décembre 2022 et finalement la croisière n'a pas eu lieu sans en avoir été informée au préalable. Non seulement les personnes auxquelles j'ai offert ces billets se sont présentées sur le quai pour rien mais le comble c'est qu'après avoir enfin pu contacter le service client (non sans difficultés) je n'arrive pas à obtenir des informations concernant les modalités de remboursement. Cette compagnie vend ses billets via des intermédiaires tels que la FNAC et se retranche derrière eux pour ne pas assurer le dédommagement prétextant que la croisière a été vendue par erreur ! Quoi qu'il en soit, ce n'est pas au client de subir les dysfonctionnements entre cette compagnie et ses intermédiaires. Je ne recommande pas et espère bien parvenir à mes fins quelques soient les recours....

Super expérience. La balade sur la Seine est magnifique. Le menu proposé est de qualité, service soigné et rapide . Nous avons passé une belle soirée à bord des bateaux parisiens

Jolie soirée. Une organisation disponible et réactive qui a su s'adapter au dernier moment. Bon repas, équipage attentionné, ambiance musicale de qualité et pas trop envahissante . Une vraie soirée de fête dans un cadre féerique. Un macon Village un peu pâle, bof, mais de bons champagnes et un bon Pessac Léognan. Amuses bouche sympa, Bon foie gras, saumon qui manquait peut être d'un petit truc en plus, Bar au coulis de crustacés au dessus de tout reproche, chaource très gouteux pâtisserie d'une maison réputée. Café un peu pâle, tant mieux vue l'heure avancée, un macaron des fois que... Le tout servi avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. Nom de Dieu, il n'est pas interdit de laisser des pourboires !

Vraiment déçus

Vraiment le terme gastronomique n’est pas adapté ! Ce n’était absolument pas bon! Je n’ai pas mangé mon plat , le serveur n’a pas cherché de solution. Mon mari non plus. Même le pain était sec. Complètement déçus
