WARNING! Please be careful with this provider. We paid a lot of money, but they did not deliver.No refund. We lost a lot of money and wasted 2 hours waiting. For nothing! At the end we did not get the access. The staff was not Professional, especially the supervisor. Her name was Males** I do not recommend the provider at all. Just book the ticket directly from the museum before you lose your money with this provider.

Louvre Museum Tour

We had the best guide ever Monty. He was very joyful, funny and made a really good and quick recap of historical information. If you ever join a group to make the Louvre tour, I strongly suggest to ask for Monty!

Monty was great! He was very knowledgeable of the museum. He made sure to point out must see spots we could explore once the tour was over.

Fantastic tour

The meeting point and instructions were perfect. The team were excellent and were taken straight to the Mona Lisa as per the trip description. Awesome visit, we did get some photos of the Mona Lisa and were really pleased. We spent a few hours walking on our own afterward, fantastic place and a great experience.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this tour was extremely negative that I feel compelled to share my thoughts and prevent others from making the same mistake. I strongly advise against booking this tour, and if I could turn back time, I would never have chosen it. Exploring the Louvre for the first time through this tour was incredibly disheartening. Despite reading numerous negative reviews beforehand, I naively believed my experience might be different. Unfortunately, it was even worse than my expectations. You know those passionate and knowledgeable guides who can captivate you and leave you in awe within a short period of time? Well, this tour is the complete opposite. The guide simply pointed at statues, occasionally mentioning their names, and hurriedly instructed us to look up while walking, mentioning some pretty paintings along the way. The guide rushed us through the line to see the Mona Lisa, but did so in such a poor manner that it completely stripped away any sense of wonder that art usually evokes. This tour was the most disappointing and disheartening one I have ever attended. If the guide had been transparent from the beginning, explaining that her knowledge was limited and her goal was to guide us to the Mona Lisa while sharing a few memorized facts, it would have helped manage our expectations. However, this lack of transparency and preparation only added to the overall disappointment of the tour. While I could go on about my specific grievances with the guide, after reading other reviews, it became clear that they are poorly trained and the company has a low standard for providing a satisfactory experience. Ultimately, whether you’re an art enthusiast or not, I strongly advise against taking this tour. It will only further diminish your appreciation for art and leave you feeling let down.

The louvre is a massive...

The louvre is a massive museum. Having a guide can be very helpful. when we arrived at the Museum we got lost but managed to catch up eventually. We were late for our tour but the whole team was very helpful and they let us go with the next available tour. The guide was excellent. He explained in details about how to navigate through the museum. I would recommend this tour as skip the line option can save a lot of time and energy especially if you have kids.

Very bad guide unpleasant and rude

The worst experience ever I had my family (6 members and I) with the rudest guide I ever met in my life. Unpleasant tour. He turned what supposed to be a memorable moment into a very bad experience where we left with heavy heart please don’t pick this person (3h30 group on July 2nd)

Terrible tour. Would not recommend to anyone. We spent the tour running after our guide. Was not worth the 'Skip the Line' money.

Ditched by the tour guide in less than 15 minutes...

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! This tour was one of two booked for us with Paris City Vision through the hotel concierge, and both experiences were AWFUL. I couldn't tell you our guides name because he said it once as he bolted for the stairway entry to the Louvre. Once inside, our group went through the security lines and speed walked to catch up with our guide. When he finally stopped in the museum, we'd missed the opportunity to get museum maps (yes, we wandered blindly through the huge museum for the rest of the visit) and he promptly informed us that the tour consisted of him taking us to the Mona Lisa room and then we were on our own. With that, he turned and headed up the stairs through the crowd to floor 1. My daughter and I, along with 2 other couples, lost him and never saw him again. We made our way to the Mona Lisa, stood in line to see the painting and enjoyed the rest of our visit. This "skip the line" experience was the second complete waste of money spent with Paris City Vision as the guide was too busy trying to dump his clients as quickly as possible to provide the service we paid for.

Expensive trick to skip the waiting line.

In the end it took too much time waiting in the sun outside and too much time before we ended near the Mona Lisa. The Nice guide had to count all 20 people more than 20 times. And we didn’t get An entry ticket so we had to be very carefull NOT to accidentally pass the gates … it was far too much money for What we got.

Buy your ticket at the Louve….. this experience is a play on words…..

Ignore the Eiffel Tower and Seine ticket, this part has nothing for do with the purchase and the provider can’t even confirm for me what this was on the day (the main office is right by the Louve) or even after the ‘experience’ regarding the Louve. You’d be a lot better off attending the Louve and just fast tracking this way, there is absolutely no benefit in attend thing this experience :) the guide really only escorts you to the Mona Lisa which is heavily sign posted regardless. I did follow up with the provider a number of times in emails also, got one response that didn’t even attempt to respond on the items I’ve first mentioned. Save your money, but definitely visit the Louve! Enjoy :)

Great for the (mostly) independent tourist!

While this tour is listed as fast access to the Mona Lisa, it fails to mention that you view several highlights and 'must sees' on the way! Though the Sphinx was closed, we walked past it and saw it (behind gates). We also saw the Venus de Milo, Nike, and the Sleeping Hermaphroditus. I felt that this was a great balance of a guided tour as well as independent exploration. Monty was a wonderful tour guide. We were there quite early, however, as expected, the museum was quickly filling up. Monty did a great job of ensuring that the entire group stayed together and heard what he had to say, despite being in a crowd of people! His patience and his willingness to repeat himself was definitely appreciated. This tour is a great option if you would like to be led to a few major works of art and then hand-select the pieces you want to see after a short guided tour. It's the perfect balance if you're an art history nerd, like myself and my partner 😌.

Eiffel Tower Skip the Line Mona Lisa

This was great! We entered through the group line and passed long lines of people waiting to get tickets. We were on a time crunch so getting led straight to the Mona Lisa was fantastic for us. Would highly recommend. The guide doesn’t stay with you after leading you to the Mona Lisa or provide a lot of commentary so not recommended for those wanting a true art tour.

Horrible experience

Pariscityvision or whatever horrible group is pathetic. Absolute trash. No headphones, no briefing nothing. The guides are just in a rush to finish one tour and get bk to the gates again. Our guide was hopeless. She knows nothing and was just racing around. Horrible horrible horrible. Again Viator has to check their 3rd party sources. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 👎🏻

Meeting point was east to find. Fast entrance much easier than fighting the crowd. Having the guide it the way to go to see the Mona Lisa.

All in all you should visit the Louvre museum once you are in Paris

It was worth buying skip the line ticket, our guide was nice he explained some of the history of specific painting and guided us immediately to the most important part of the museum.

I haven't found the place to collect the ticket

I arrived at the Louvre half an hour in advance. I spent 2 hours to find the place to collect the ticket. I asked four different staff members, and they told me four different answers. Finally, I spent 15 euros on the spot and bought the ticket again. I wasted 35 dollars of tickets and 2 hours of time. It was cold outside and I felt helpless. Maybe many people have met my situation. I don't want to buy tickets to the Louvre in this way. 我只能写中文： 我是上午10:30的门票，我10点就来到了卢浮宫，然后一直都在寻找取票的地方，我问过不同的工作人员，也问了问询处的工作人员，他们告诉我的地方，一直都找不到，卢浮宫很大，我花费了2个小时，我走了1.8英里的路程，一直没有找到取票的地方。我最后重新购买了门票，这是我最烦恼的一次经历。

Nice

Was nice to skip the line for to see the Gioconda … but was not to many people but we arrived in the Mona Lisa’s room was a very long quewe from see the Gioconda in front … and we spent more then 1 hour for to be there …

Staff very helpful and they do everything as described but not great value as this is effectively only a skip the line ticket, maybe better to spend a bit more and get a proper guided tour.

Good and professional service

It was a pleasure to have the company of the guide Rosa, attending to us at all times and with professionalism. From the beginning of the excursion to the end, he accompanied us explaining and describing the different rooms and museum works of the Louvre.

No dieron solución y no pudimos entrar

Llegamos 8 min tarde después de la cita , y ya no hubo opción de nada , no nos dieron nuestros tickets para entrar por nuestra cuenta al museo , solo nos mencionaron que ya no se podía hacer nada y ya . Llamamos a la agencia de viajes y no nos dieron solución .

Alles super. Leider haben wir aber keine Tickets erhalten. Der Zutritt zu den anderen Teilen war leider nicht möglich.
