Driver was standing right in front of us with a sign as we came into the Arrival Hall at CDG. Took us directly to his closely parked vehicle & got us to our apartment near the Eiffel Tower safely & quickly. He was impeccably dressed, spoke perfect English & was personable & upbeat. We'd definitely use this service again!

Worth the Money!

I don't speak French at all, and I was very concerned that I would have trouble navigating the city. I wanted to get off on the right foot, so I booked this hotel transfer. The driver was waiting for us just beyond the luggage pickup, and he had a sign with my name on it. He was very pleasant and spoke English. His car was parked very close to the exit, so we didn't have to walk far. You get exactly what you pay for here. It was worth the money, and I would do it again.

Great Transfer

As we walked out of customs our driver was there with our name. A seamless transfer from the airport to our hotel. So grateful we didnt have navigate CDG airport after a long flight. Not the easiest place to get around.

Food tour of Bordeaux

Charismatic young man lead us on a two hour plus tour of Bordeaux with stops for wine, lunch, dessert and chocolate, along with a history of his beautiful town. I highly recommend this tour.

Car advertised as Premium/Business Mercedes. Was old, run down Ford van. Driver, however, was great.

Easy and convenient!

Our driver, Soren, was communicative and on time to meet us at the baggage claim. He texted me to let me know where he was at and offered to carry our bags. Very nice driver! We were a little disappointed because the reservation stated Mercedes e-class car or similar so I thought we would have a luxury sedan for our transport, however we were taken in a VW van. It was not bad just wasn’t expecting it. Our driver took us directly to our hotel door which made the whole arrival very easy for us! Overall would recommend!

First trip to Paris. Our plane was delayed 5 hours- talk about being stressed! Our driver and the company communicated through WhatsApp/email and it went smoothly. We were picked up a few minutes after we gathered our luggage. Atilio, our driver, spoke English and took us to see the Eiffel Tower which was lit up (and such a sight to behold in person), as well as taking us around the Arc de Triomphe before dropping us at our hotel. We were so impressed by the service that we booked a return ride to CDG a few days later. Highly recommend!

Never him again.

He was not friendly and didn’t meet our expectations. His attire was inappropriate. I would not recommend him. The automobile was adequate.

Driver Never Showed Up

Driver was supposed to meet us at arrivals with a sign with our name on it . He never showed up and also gave us a phone number that was incorrect. I’m seeking a full refund

Incredible service by our driver

Our driver not only picked us up and did all the expected "stuff" but he walked us to our Boutique hotel, which was a bit hidden, to ensure we were satisfied with his service but also because he wanted to make sure we got to our final destination safely. This last bit of kindness was above and beyond. I wish I knew his name as both the company but especially this driver were exemplary.

Better load WHATSAPP!!!

Unfortunately, our driver experienced traffic congestion making him one hour delayed. We didn’t check bags so exiting the plane and immigration was quick. We were unaware that our driver was trying to communicate with us through WhatsApp. We were fortunate to have another driver call our driver. Upon his arrival, Our driver faced the people coming to the exit with our name on an iPad, which being through already, didn’t allow us to read. All in all, he was kind and apologetic. Load WHATSAPP ON your phone!

Prompt and Reliable Transfer from CDG to Our Paris Apartment

Prompt, reliable, safe transfer from CDG to our apartment in the 2nd. Our driver Erik contacted me via WhatsApp as the flight was landing. We passed through security, got our bags, and he met us inside the terminal. He walked us out to our van (we had a group of 7 people total). He was excellent at navigating congested Paris streets... and dropped us off directly in front of our apartment building. Would happily recommend this service, 10 out of 10.

Driver wasn’t there when we left baggage claim

The driver wasn’t waiting for us when we came out of arrivals. No apology. For the price of this service, they should be on time and where they said they would be. Good driving though.

Excellent Transfer from Charles de Gaulle

Our driver communicated with us in advance of our arrival in Paris and upon arrival. He texted the location that we would meet and he was there as planned. His driving was comfortable and he provided local knowledge to answer our questions. It was so helpful to know that we had transportation waiting for us in Paris. It is such a large airport. Later in our stay, we had a taxi service and I can tell you the taxi drivers are crazy! They drive fast, don't speak English, yell at other drivers and then say they don't take credit cards. This transport is well worth the money and I'll book it again on my next trip.

Relaxing Commute into Paris from CDG

The car and driver were waiting for us when we finally got through customs/ immigration at CDG. The car was clean and well-maintained. The driver was very professional. No issues getting into town to the train station as requested. I will say that CDG was a nightmare trying to find our driver. Even with us talking to him on the phone, it was difficult to find each other. There are too many drivers with placards and too many entrances. Be very specific when conversing with your driver. After we actually met, everything was very smooth.

We had to re-arrange our booking due to delayed flights and the transport company was very understanding and helped us all the way.

Always good to see my name on a sign after I come through customs. It really takes the stress off navigating thru the airport. Our driver was not very helpful. We introduced ourselves but he didn’t respond and as we got into the car he didn’t speak and only answered questions with one word answers
