Big Bus Paris Hop-on Hop-off and River Cruise

Was nervous about the experience since I had read some bad reviews but over all it was a good experience. There was some stops they didn't make or had to take alternative routes because of the Olympics construction. If a bus was full there was usually one right afterwards. I enjoyed having the earbuds that they give you so you can listen and hear more information on the site we were passing by. Saw parts of Paris I wouldn't have otherwise seen if I had taken the metro to.

Love the hop on hop off experience!

We had gotten the 24 hour bus pass and used it over two days. We always love getting a hop on hop off experience when we have limited time in a city so that we can take full advantage of learning as much as we can. This company provided earbuds for everyone and had recorded narration in multiple languages so you could choose your language of choice. The stops were plentiful, the timing was good and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Terrible bus tour don’t book

Worst bus tour I have ever went on. I accept that the traffic and diversions Is not the company’s fault but the alternative routes mean you cannot plan where you are going. They do not communicate where to get on or off the bus leaving us running for a bus that had stopped. Was advised they finished at 8 pm but then other information was it finished earlier approx 530 pm be helpful if all staff were versed on same info. Advertised Wi-Fi we had a 2 day pass and not once did I have Wi-Fi. I asked person that works there and response was someone else complained. I would recommend the toot buses routes seems much more varied bigger buses and generally look better . Do not book the red bus.

Bug Bus

Seeing the sites. Very Poor audio. Driver did not speak English. Need more lines please to cover Sacre Coeur Montmatre. Etc.

Frustrated

We purchased a hop on hop off and a river boat cruise. Bus driver never gave us the river boat tickets. The QR code should inform the bus driver to print the tickets for river cruise

Slow tour

First bus was hit so we had to transfer to a different bus. Second bus was very old. Back door wouldn’t shut.

Okay Orientation Tour

Good overview for first time visitors. The tour has a limited number of stops and are spread apart. Only recommend the one day pass. Audio reception was spotty. Friendly staff.

Family of 3 trip

This bus was amazing. It gave us access to some of the most popular attractions Paris has to offer. It was easy to use and we were able to move easily around the city. Highly recommend!

Big bus tour was good when bus arrived

The tour it’s self was great but none of the blue buses arrived for at least 40 minutes. It didn’t seem very organised at all. When we got on the bus it seemed a bit better but the wait was terrible.

So so experience but useful to get around the city.

The river Seine caused a problem 2 days running. We were unable to do the cruises. Very disappointed.

Great sights of Paris with a good guide.

Lots of information pointing out the places of interest and the driving was safe. My friend and I had a great tour.

Ok

Tour was ok. Time between buses is more like 30-40 minutes rather than the 7 - 15 as advertised. There is no free wifi despite this being advised so make sure you have some data. Bus stops are a long way apart so you need to walk a distance at times to see things. More information about sights would be good as you are stuck in traffic a lot. There is a lot to see and some commentary about what you are seeing would be better.

Very informative! Very enjoyable! Comprehensive, to gain an overview of the city and its history!

I enjoyed very much being able to see the city during the day, which is so different from the night! It is great! It is great to go around once, for an overview, and then return to the places that one wishes to explore more in-depth! Highly recommended! The audio is great, with choices of language! Can be picked up at good locations! Very convenient that one can get the tickets on the bus proper, it is not necessary to go to the bus line office. Great to be able to get the tickets for the cruise, from the bus driver, also!

A DIY Tour of the City of Light

Be clear - the hop on/off bus is basically a shuttle around town. There are plenty of buses but there is no narrative to any of the travel, no friendly guide pointing out highlights. And the River Cruise is a continuation of a large people movement. Good staff, quite well organized if you don't mind the crowds. The evening "cruse" had worthwhile narration and the night lights were worth seeing.

Pick Another Company

Very hard to find the actual stops. The bus was fine but the commentary was hard to follow on the shoddy devices.

Paris and London adventure

We went to Eiffle tower and take elevator to the top and see the Tower bridge in London. We also ride with the London eye

Highly recommend it. Good value for money. Bought 24 hour bus and cruise tickets. We managed to do the loop twice! Loved it! Staff could be a little friendlier though. Apart from that they get an A star from me :)

Best way to see a city! Don’t hesitate…

The best way to see Paris! I would highly recommend this tour. I bought the 24 hour hop on/off, 2 hour night tour, and Seine River cruise. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I had less than 24 hour in the city of Paris and I truly felt like I saw everything by going with this company. The drivers were safe, the audio was good and the stops were amazing. The only thing I would change is to operate for longer. Their hours are 10-5:30, which is not ideal for tourists eager to explore! However, they offer the night cruise at 9:15-11:00 and I really enjoyed seeing the city at night. Thanks for a very memorable experience on your bus. I would highly recommend the BIG BUS in PARIS!!

Good service

We have taken the service with my family for two days, good service-cost ratio. It allowed us to access all the places of interest. I would hire him again.

Terrible service

We had a problem with the ticket, we went to the company's central office to try to resolve it. A very rude lady did not answer and refused to try to help. All the services I received in Paris were a 10. This lady's was a zero. How can someone hire someone so unprepared? The worst, another employee said in Spanish that there was no way to resolve it, we understood what he said, we told him and he stopped talking. Terrible service from this company

Bad experience

Problems with WiFi, not all buses have very old, damaged transports and one stayed in the middle of the route, we changed buses

Very unfriendly and uneducated staff in managing customers after purchasing the ticket… There are other companies with better service like toot

I would not repeat the experience with this company

They should extend the hours in the afternoon. And make more stops, too much distance between stops. Some drivers should be more polite.
