Well arranged and managed

Aida was a great guide. The tour was well arranged and made the entry to Eiffel very easy. Viewing the Eiffel tower with all the lights was an excellent experience and would recommend this tour operator.

Just as promised

Provided exactly what was promised. Skip the line, brief intro to the Eiffel Tower, pleasant contact. They did run a bit late in arriving at the meeting point, but still in plenty of time for the tour.

Fast pass to the tower.

Our host, Diana was very friendly and knowledgeable. We met at the arranged meeting point at the correct time. She was interested in where we had come from and spoke very good English. We still had to go through the security checks. Diana helped us get through the queues, escorted us to the 2nd floor by elevator and left. A very good experience.

Scalping but worth it and guide was excellent

Our guide Laura was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, kind and informative. However, aside from her escorting us from a cafe to the second floor of the tower with some information along the way, this was a $70/pp ticket and she handed us $18/pp passes to the second floor. Those tickets were sold out because of “services” like this. France should prevent the resale of Eiffel Tower tickets to stop this scalping.

Great to visit the tower - You don’t need a ticket to go through the security checks to get the view from underneath - Only buy a ticket if you want to go up - otherwise go through security for free and wander underneath …

Worth skipping the lines

Booked this tour as was unable to secure tickets through the Eiffel Tower site. Meeting point was easy to find and the information given to us useful. We were taken to the Tower and skipped the lines so process was easy. We got up the Tower an hour before sunset so were able to see the view in daylight then when it got dark

Easy spot to locate tour guide. Quick and easy entry. Once you have tour ticket and you are inside you can spend as much time as you like up there, admiring the view.

Amazing eiffel tower experience

The guide was very nice and informative and the views were amazing! Skip the lines us the way to go. Get there before you're time to visit the grass area infront of the tower to take it in then meet you're guide

Worth it

Amazing views of Paris city center and the Arc de Triomphe! Venus (our guide) to the entry point and ticket gate was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower

Loved skipping the line!!

While it cost a good deal more than a regular ticket to the Eiffel Tower, the crowds there are so large that it was nice to skip the line and go right into the tower. Worth the extra $.

We had a good experience ,very crowded and due to the painting project part of the observation deck was closed .

Avoid Global Tours and Tickets - very inflexible

My husband injured his knee a few days before our scheduled tour and could not walk. The operator, Global Tours and Tickets, would not help us at all. No help with a wheelchair, and refused to allow us to cancel and get a refund. We could not go. I will not use them again.

Amazed at the Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower was absolutely beautiful up close and personal. The panoramic views were insane. This was our first experience and we loved it.

Ok but could have been better

I thought there would be less queuing at Eiffel Tower, it was difficult to locate the meeting point for tour guide and I couldn’t hear the guide commentary (which was interesting but very hard to hear). Champs de Mars metro closed so I had to go to Bir-Hakeim and find my way round. This was a little stressful and a map or metro travel news might have helped here.

Eiffel Tower-Skip the Line

Gerry was our guide, she was fabulous. We met at the meeting point, which was a little hard to find, outside a restaurant. She walked us over to the Eiffel Tower, gave us some history, took pictures and walked us right up to the elevator. There was no wait. Worth it, and she was a joy!

Que skip!

First thing you need to realise, this is literally just an entry ticket to the 1st/2nd floor (As stated). But it's hard to know what to expect before you actually go there. Basically buying this same option on site is about €29 cheaper per person. All you get for buying this, is to skip the normal ticket que, which when we were there probably saved about 45 minutes (we were glad about this as it was 32 degree's that day!). I wouldn't say much of the tour part, the lady told us a few quick details, probably no more than 5 minutes worth. But she was mainly there to get us pass the que. When we got up top, we did our own thing, and actually sneaked a listen in on some of the more informative tours anyway. So basically, this is an entry ticket. If you can justify paying a lot more momry to skip a line, then this is ideal. If you want a proper tour, with lots of information, then this is not for you.

Disappointed

Waste of money. Just go early in the morning to avoid crowd. The skip the line only gets you into the park under Eiffel Tower, not into the tower line. Plus the 3rd floor was not included, which at this price, a meal, 3rd floor, and more should be included. Our tour guide was very kind and did provide some interesting facts about the Eiffel Tower. But $221 is unnecessary and over-priced for what we received. We probably would have spent less than $40 for the same thing had we just arrived and paid at the door.

A Pais Must

This tour made it super easy to skip the lines and head right into the elevator to the second level. The Eiffel Tower was amazing experience what amazing views.

Satisfied!

At first I was skeptical after review all the comments from the previous travelers regarding their dissatified experience with this tour. However it turns out that it's beyond expectation. I received email and reminder message from TripAdvisor and also the tour company regarding the tour one day before the tour. There is also an App you can install as well. We met at the meeting point early half an hour. It's just outside the Le Champs de mars Cafe . There are a few people also waiting with us. Our guide MonicaTomas came on time and briefly informed us regarding the security checking. We skipped theline (as advertised).She brought us through the security gate (but cannot skip this one-this is compulsory) but its only took about 5 - 10 minutes. We had short information about the history of the tower. We were guided to the elevator and make our own way up to the tower. Overall, personally I would recommend this tour company. But if you are the type of person who can come early (before 8am) to the tower. You are strongly suggested to buy your own tickets at the tour counter as it is much cheaper and to avoid long queue. However if you like 'light and easy' you can count on this tour company. We enjoyed the tour, the view from the 2nd floor is very outstanding.

Your Tour Guide Might Lose You and Couldn't Care Less

Our tour guide, Monica, lost us! We were in line for security WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF OUR TOUR and Monica went ahead and left us. She had no idea how many people were in her tour and she never did anything to ensure we all got through the process. Once inside the Eiffel Tower grounds, we ended up standing in three different lines trying to find Monica and the other members of our tour, whilst searching for a phone number to call the office and get help. It took over 15 minutes for us to get reunited with Monica and that was NOT because she was looking for us, but because WE HAD TO SEEK HER OUT. When I asked her why she left us behind, the response was that there had been over 70 people signed up for the tour and the numbers were not manageable. If this company can't handle the volume, then they need to either increase their staff or limit the number of people on the tour. Losing your tourists and expecting them to find you is not appropriate or acceptable.

Sous le ciel de Paris

I can never get enough of Paris, so beautiful and so romantic. Paris will always be my favorite city. With that being said, trying to take a pic I front of the tower by the cafe is like trying to meet Beyoncé. Everyone wants a pic there, if you can snap one real quick go for it. I prefer the tower at night .

Eiffel Tower - skip the Line

When we arrived to the adresse - we where told that our booking didn’t exist - and all the trickets for the Eiffel Tower where sold out. So NO Eiffel Tower for my famile and me 😡

It was a very nice trip. The tower is huge and very impressive from the base when you look up to watch it.

Eiffel Tower was still closed during our scheduled visit. We have not yet heard back regarding a refund since the tower was closed.

Excellent Tour

The tour guide was friendly and the tour was very smooth. They took us to the entrance where we got to skip the queue and then we could stay for as long as we wanted to. Easy and fun experience.

A Must See!

The Eiffel Tower was a must for our visit and skipping the line made it really smooth and quick to do. I would definitely recommend this option for those who want to save time and see lots of stuff. The directions for getting your tickets are a little confusing at first but just relax. The location given is for you to meet a rep who will take you straight to the correct line, get you through security and in the oft. The meet up location is just a central location to rally everyone. Don’t worry if it’s a closed restaurant or something like that. We showed about 15 minutes early and thought we were in the wrong place. The phone number provided for customer service went straight trough and all was fine. Overall, this was a great option for seeing the tower. Once you get up, there are food and beverage options plus some gift shops. You can stay as long as you like but we did about an hour.

Nooit meer.

Wij hebben via internet geboekt. En niet goed opgelet, hoe U mensen kunt oplichten. Nog eens goed bekeken, prijzen vanaf, €19,00 tot de 2e verdieping. Maar er wordt niet bijverteld wat er voor de meerprijs in zou moeten zitten. Wij hebben geinformeerd bij de mensen van de Eifeltoren (met naam en toenaam) en die gaven ons te kennen om er werk van te maken, dit is pure oplichterij. Aan de toren zelf kosten de tickets €22,40 wij hebben €69,90 betaald.

pros and cons

I missed the usefulness of the guide, who limited himself to accompanying us beyond the ticket office. The tickets could be sent via email but obviously at that point they had to cost even less! Too expensive (more than double) compared to the official cost of tickets. In any case, climbing the Eiffel Tower is an experience worth having!

Great view and good guide!

A wonderful experience with the family. The guide was friendly and helpful. Thanks to him, we got through the queue quicker than if we had just bought the tickets on site. The price for 4 people was steep. But the memory of the experience makes up for the expense. We would do it again and it is absolutely recommended. However, you don't have to stop at the meeting point café beforehand (like we did). It was delicious, but a complete rip-off! Café Champs du Mars...

Avventura quasi disastrosa per fortuna finita bene!

Abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora in un bar (per non stare sulla strada con incrocio). Eravamo circa 50 persone, ci hanno accompagnato due guide. Parlavano solo inglese e francese. Arrivati all'ascensore, credo in ritardo, i nostri biglietti sono stati 'sospesi' non potevamo salire. La maggior parte delle persone è salita con le scale, ma noi avendo problemi di cuore non potevamo. Dopo due ore sono stati riattivati e siamo riusciti a fare la nosra visita. Le guide ci hanno lasciati senza ulteriori informazioni.

Der Eifelturm ist...

Der Eifelturm ist fantastisch! Die Organisation war chaotisch! Die Leistung schnell an der Lane vorbei zum Aufzug zu kommen wurde nicht erbracht. Für diese Karten viel mehr zu bezahlen ist unnötig gewesen 😤 ein Flop!
