The attention of the innkeeper, the service in general, the food and the place are excellent… It was one of the best choices while we were in Paris.

Wonderful cruise with great food!!

Wonderful trip that exceeded our expectations! Food was great -choice of veal or sea bass. We both had the fish and it was cooked perfectly. Beautiful day cruising down the Seine and our wonderful server Rodrigo pointing out the sights. Thanks Rodri!

Best value for us. Delicious duck and the photo opportunities on cruise fit the bill. Will do this again.

Wonderful dinner and lovely cruise

We didn’t realize that the dinner and cruise were not on the same boat; however everything else was fantastic. Dinner exceeded our expectations!

Excellent first night in Paris!

The instructions on where to find the restaurant and cruise were clear and easy to follow. I appreciated the flexibility to choose when we wanted to have dinner and the cruise so that it suited us. Both the meal and the service in the restaurant were excellent. The cruise included everything we wanted to see and, when the weather closed in, there was plenty of room undercover with good views.

Mediocre

Not sure I would do this again. The restaurant seemed to know nothing about this tour and we were running around trying to find someone who had a clue. Food was okay but not off the charts.

Had a blast!

Our family had a great time with dinner and the cruise afterwards. The food was very good and the ambiance was great! Good waiter service as well. I was so afraid our first excursion in Paris would not be good, but we had a great time! Highly recommend!

Eiffel Dinner

The location for dinner was great. And with dinner choices it was worth money. The tour was as expected.

Awesome tour, the people involved are helpful, nice & professional they are all happy in their work.

When they turned on the Eiffel tower’s lights & then the blinking lights also started. It was awesome and we were in the best spot on a river cruise, best time to see the Eiffel Tower at itnis best in the night this time. The tower glittered as one of the best wonders of the world it was picture perfect!!!

Best experience

The restaurant is so beautiful and we actually got to choose our dishes. We did the night tour ended with the sparkling Effiel Tower. Doesn't get any better

A Perfect Evening in Paris

Beautiful cafe on the Seine just below the Eiffel Tower. Delicious food! The river cruise afterwards was relaxing and enjoyable with views of many of Paris' gorgeous buildings.

A great time!

This tour provided a unique view of Paris from the famous River Seine. We learned a lot while taking in the city's beauty. The dinner was wonderful & right in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower! I highly recommend this attraction!

Great dining experience and sights!

Food was fantastic with some great options to choose from. We were served at a relaxed pace allowing us great time to enjoy the view, conversation , and food/drinks. We followed that with the cruise which offered a great opportunity to see the city.

Dining delight

The dinner was better than expected and the server was gracious, entertaining, and welcoming. The river cruise was disappointing due to not going past Notre Dame with a weak excuse (in my opinion).

First Timers in Paris.

We first thought we were having dinner on the cruise. It turns out dinner at the Bristo, then the seperate cruise. Wish the cruise were longer but did enjoy the food.

Not completely advertised as promoted

Viator's trip description is very misleading Said tours would start at 10/11 am. True, but you could not get the tour boat tickets until the restaurant opened at noon. Because of long lines, could not get on boat until after 1:00 pm. Food and restaurant service for follow up lunch vs dinner was very good.

Great food Fantastic views.

Le Bisrto Paisien is a lovely place. The food was remarkabley good. The service was OK. And the location Ideal. The instruction to transition from the resteraunt to the boat was a bit confusing and we were given 2 very different set of instructions but we had good seats and saw all there was to see. However once on the baot there was a sign to down load an app to hear commentary (I assume) as we were never were able to get the download without internet. There were multilingual announcesments 2 or three times during the cruise which were unintelligible. So if you know what you are supposed to be looking for you will do fine. The view as were FANTASTIC. We timed our trip to be at night with all of the lights.

Beautiful Dinner Cruise

It's worth it! Excellent food and enjoyable cruise! My husband and kids enjoyed it so much. Will do it again if given the chance to come back here. Highly recommended!

Lackluster and without flavor.

If interested in finding a 2nd dinner after not eating your 1st this is the place! Lackluster service, mediocre appetizers, bland main course (seriously, you can’t even season a hamburger?). The steak cost extra (so not all inclusive dining options) and was still bloody when we ordered it well. Misinformed waiters did not mention beer was an option for a drink (only talked about wine) and also told us there was a “skip the line” option for the cruise, but alas that was not the case. Cruise was supposed to leave every 20 minutes but it was not on time so we skipped it.

Enjoyed but got lost

Seeing Paris lit up at night was amazing, the food was very good, the service was subpar at best. The fast track ticket for the boat was nice. Make sure you are at the Seine dock when navigating for dinner. The address in google maps takes you the complete opposite way and it was not the easiest to find.

Don’t waste money here while there’s lot of other options

Food was mediocre to bad, cold fish served. Service was subpar, waiters were not responsive . For 6 pm arrival food served at 7:10 after an hour of wait and desert wasn’t even served as pre paid. I would not waste money on it while there are so many better options avaible

Magical evening

What an amazing evening we had. The meal was 5 stars Ali g with the manager and the waiter giving exemplary service. We were made to feel very special. The river cruise was magical showing the beautiful buildings along the Seine so well kept. What an amazing way to see Paris by night. Thank you all for a magical experience and we will definitely be returning xx

Great meal but choose your time for the cruise

The food at the restaurant was superb. Great choices on the menu. Really enjoyed the meal Was disappointed with the Seine cruise. I thought Paris was the City of Lights and that by going after dinner I would see the lights. Really the only lights are at the Eiffel Tower. The rest of the cruise was boring. Probably better during the day

Very good Siene river Cruise and a good dinner, worth it!

We have booked Seine River Sightseeing Cruise and Dinner. One of the best river cruise, at 6PM, so we had a good view of the major city landscapes from the river by dusk and at night. Viewing from the river is one of the best ways to view Paris. The dinner also was very good!

Mix of amazing food with a wonderful view of the Eifel tower.

Very good trip on the river seine. The restaurant was amazing with the last part of the boat made of "all glass" structure(I recommend to sit in yhis area) that you could see the eifel tower illuminated. The food was french cousine poetry, amazing starters, we had the mushrooms tartine and halibut with leeks, very well done and full of flavours. The main course was salmon on vegetables, again simple and fresh ingredients but with boosted flavours to another level. We've finished with a poached pear and a mascarpone cream. Can't spot anything wrong here. Flavour, ingredients authenticity and presentation. The service was very good, starting with the welcoming and everyone very attentive to our needs.

Nice meal, good cruise

Nice location at the base of the Eiffel Tower. Food was well prepared and there were several good choices. The river cruise was nice, and it was great that we could go at any time not at just a scheduled time.

Great experience

Food was amazing, the whole experience was better than what i expected when i booked the experience for my husband. And we was lucky the weather held out for the boat trip!

Restaurant not recommended

Boat trip was great however the meal was not so good. Asked for burgers to be well done but came medium rare and cold and had to wait nearly an hour for desert

Valentine day evening meal

This was an amazing experience with best and closest view of Eiffel Tower. A three course meal and the first drink free it represents great value for money. All the staff were kind and welcoming nothing was to much trouble.

Omg, this is a lovely restaurant. The staff were so attentive.The food was superb ad was the wine. Great value for money,included a hour down the river.Would highly recommend.

Fabulous 😍

Fantastic dinner and views. The cruise was perfect too. Set off on the hour and every half past the hour. Staff were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend this .

Book at your own risk!!!

My son and I arrived over an hour early, so we had to sight see before heading down for the 6p dinner. It was easy to find via GPS, however, was a bit confusing after arrival to the pier. The initial ticket Viator sent says "this is not your entry ticket" and I was supposed to get it validated. The ticket took forever to come through via the app. The ticket showed up about 5min before dinner time. The port is at the opposite end of the entrance, so it's a bit of a walk. There was no one else there, so we got in the wrong line because the dining looked closed for Port 2. After others showed up and we were redirected to the correct location, we showed our mobile ticket at the door and they gave us physical tickets (apparently there's different dining levels/types). We were seated and it took about 15min before we got a waiter to order our food. It was 3 courses. We ordered our food and drinks, but sat for another 10min for the drinks. With my ticket, I only was allowed 1 drink per person. We were brought bread to start. We waited over and hour for the starter to be served. We waited another 45-60min for the main course to be served. We were continuously "skipped over", yet the waiter we had kept flirting with the two girls at the table next to us. He brought them free champagne and continued to apologize for the wait. My son and I received no acknowledgement. He again would come around after the main course and apologize and flirt with the next table and bring more champagne. We waited again for another 30min roughly for the dessert. After the dessert was given, the gentleman then offered a glass of champagne for the wait. There were no directions given from the dinner, regarding the cruise, so I inquired and was then told to go next door (Port 3.1). We showed them our physical ticket from the restaurant and were granted entry. We were at the end of the line, so we didn't get the best seats. There's an app that's supposed to help you go along with the commentary, but I couldn't get mine to work for me to hear in English. There are listening devices for commentary in French , if you're fluent. The cruise was roughly an hour and it goes down the river and turns around. It was pretty dark and rainy, so it's hard to see some things. You can go outside on the balcony to take pictures. You'll come back to the port and get off. The starter felt like hors d'oeuvres. I ordered the mushroom tartlette, which was good. The main was decently sized. The dessert seemed sample sized, depending on your choice. I chose the pears and ice cream, which was enough for a toddler. My son got the cream puffs, which were decently sized, but had a type of spice to them. Once you're done, just hurry to the cruise boat, so you get a good seat. I'd advise a cruise with no dinner and an earlier time to better see everything.

Sit in front of the Eiffel Tower and enjoy a meal - then cruise

I was skeptical to be honest - the thoughts of eating on a cruise down the Seine was what I had in mind - but this is a dinner and then a cruise - and honestly, I am glad that is what it was! We had a table right in front of the Eiffel Tower - watching it sparkle - while dining. All items on the menu were included except the steak - an additional 10E50, which was fine. The food was good - not the best meal, but overall was above good. We were 4 for New Year’s Day - 2 with chicken, one with pasta, and one with steak. Very relaxing - took almost 2 hours for the meal from start to finish - typical for Paris though - a meal is to be enjoyed, not rushed - and that is how it was served. After dinner - skip the line and get first seating on a covered plus open top cruise (it rained so we stayed in) - audio tour included. Overall - winner with the family (adult children). Definite excellent memories made.

The river cruise and meal. Brilliant 3 course meal. Friendly staff. Lovely view of the Eiffel Tower as we dined.

Meh

Food was present nice, but nothing special. Waited waaaaaay too long for drinks and food. I’m from NYC. No comparison to be honest. But i dont visit NYC tourist traps to be fair.

Terrible experience

Unfortunately this was our worst experience dining and sight seeing in Paris. We well understood the concept of the ticket (dine then cruise), however the ticket does not give you express entry onto the cruise and you are expected to wait 30+ minutes to enter the cruise once finished your meal. When we entered for dining, we were seated immediately however we then watched as table after table were served, and we waited over 60 minutes to even get our water! We were able to order after asking several times over the first hour of being seated for someone to please take our order and to get water at the table. When we were served our main, our cutlery was not replaced until we asked for new knives and forks. We ultimately decided to skip the cruise as we didn’t feel like being jammed in like sardines after standing for 30 minutes in line even though we had the tickets pre booked with our meal, was a very disappointing experience and won’t be recommending to anyone. Also noticed that they split the restaurant into cruise booked seating and normal restaurant seating where anyone who had prepaid for the cruise and dinner was all but ignored. Lots of unhappy faces and gestures around, and had we not already pre paid we would have gladly left to go literally anywhere else.

Dinner and a cruise

The meal was great, service was good and a great view. However when it came to the cruise, the workers were telling different people different times and no one was around to get a clear answer. It was fine queueing but a bit of communication would have been nice so we didn’t stand for 2 hours being told it would be one time and then 40 minutes later still not on the cruise and not knowing why.

Not what was advertised

Not the most memorable service, directions to the place where wrong as it lead us too the second oart of the tour which ment we have to wait 35mins after the booking was set to start. Upon the booking no information was set out to explain that th3 first part was a walking tour as it was only imaged and titled as a gondula ride which in turn ment we were standing around for just under an hour in total as we arrived at the booking early. This was added with the run around in which members of the team gave differenr information in which to where we had to stand and wait for the next tour to come in.

Lovely river cruise but double check what is included in the meal/drink offers

The river cruise experience was excellent especially at night. The food was nice but we would recommend that you double check what your drink entitlement is. The waiter told our table that we could have cocktails if we paid a 4 euro supplement. Had we known that we would have to pay the full price we would have stuck with the wine or beer that we could have had within the package deal. When we queried the bill, the waiter argued that he'd not said anything about the 4 euro supplement. Also we asked for a 2nd bottle of tap water & were not told that there was a charge for the 2nd bottle of tap water.

Nice meal disappointed we couldn’t do the cruise!

The information provided didn’t match the actual experience. The information regarding the cruise was totally wrong and we had to miss the cruise as we needed to catch a connections later in the evening. Also every time we asked a question we received different answers. The information stated the cruise was an hour, actually one hour 20 minutes. Not all day you could only go after your meal and we were told every half an hour but this wasn’t the case.

A must do in paris

The offer is exactly what it says but we were surprised to see how nice the restaurant location is. You're basically sitting under the Eiffel tower. The food options were great but may not be the best for picky eaters. As for the cruise, it was a lovely and informative trip up and down with many languages for the audio guide available. Would very much recommend but keep in mind, the time you book is the time for the restaurant, from there they will give you the cruise ticket which you can use at any point till closing that day.

It was all very good food with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and the river. The service was very good and the ambiance is very chill and chic.

Slightly underwhelming. The food was mediocre and felt very rushed. We were hoping for something memorable and sadly this wasn't.

Far Better than it had to be

Just an exceptional experience. The food and ambiance were far better than they had to. The wait staff was very positive as well. Regarding the cruise: it was lovely. The gentleman who provided info was knowledgeable and very accomplished in multiple languages.
