Eiffel Tower second floor visit

At times I found Angela a little difficult to understand. She spoke quite quickly. She was a wealth of information & very informative. She tried to make it fun by asking questions & having us guess the answers. She is very pleasant & has a great personality for a guide.

Great tour with Angela

Angela was extremely knowledgeable and engaging, it was definitely worth it to go up in the tower and to learn some of the extraordinary history through the guided tour.

Beautiful views! Definitely recommend going to the summit.

We went in the evening and were at the summit at sunset. Beautiful views from the top! Our guide was entertaining and knowledgeable, but this was not a “Skip the line”excursion so we stood in line for tickets with everyone else. I’m not sure it was worth the extra cost for a guided tour than just buying tickets and going to the summit on our own.

Waste of Time and Money!

We did NOT enjoy our time at all. Our tour guide was telling us we had to wait to go up because the summit level only allows certain people. However she had no idea how long the wait would be. After 40 mins she decided it was a good time. We waited then in line to buy tickets. But she decided we needed to wait more and let 20 people pass us. Only to change her find and then try to cut the people she let passed. It was honestly the worst tour I've ever taken.

We were not able to go up...

We were not able to go up at all. Not any story. We waited for over 45 minutes and did not move in line. The guide was nice but said she didn't know why it was taking so long.

Super fun! Our tour guide Bayo was super funny and created a great atmosphere for the tour while providing cool/interesting information about the Eiffel Tower. The view was so pretty and it was awesome that there were good places to take pictures as a family while we were still up there.

Bayo is the best guide

We had a great experience! Our guide, Bayo was funny, engaging, handsome, and he serenaded us with Adele songs. Also, a great way to get tickets to the top when they are otherwise sold out.

Great Eiffel Tower visit

Our guide was James and he was very kind and helpful. We were able to start our tour right away and there wasn’t a long wait to get in. He made sure everything went smoothly. We were concerned when we entered because we purchased Summit tickets and they had closed the summit due to overcrowding. James took care of sharing information while we waited and then they opened the summit again. We were so pleased with our day at the Eiffel Tower.

Best tour of the Eiffel tour!

Bayo was the best tour guide ever! Responsible, prompt and educated. He was so funny and made the tour so fun! I would highly recommend. Loved all that we learned during the tour.

No tour of Eiffel Tower was given to our group

We bought 4 tickets to "2nd level with elevator" but the rest of our group had tickets to the summit. We asked our tour guide James if we could leave a few minutes early to make our restaurant reservation (the restaurant was 3 minutes away) and he said yes. When we were underneath the Eiffel Tower he separated us 4 from the group and took us thru the ticket line. He then gave us our tickets and pointed us to the elevator line and said he had to go back to the other group who were going to the summit. We complained that if he was at the summit how could he also be with us! He said because we asked to leave a few minutes early he had to send us with no tour. I think someone made a mistake in putting us with the summit group because the guide could not give tours on the 2nd level and the summit AT THE SAME TIME. We paid about $57/person x 4 people but we did not get any info or tour at all. We could have bought our tickets in person so why should we pay for anything more than the tickets. James said it was our fault because we asked to leave early but he could not have been both places at the same time. We expect a refund of the money we paid minus the tickets.

An amazing tour experience through all levels of Eiffel Tower.

This is the first time we (2 children and 2 children under 10) booked a guided tour and I have to say that we had an amazing experience and it could not be better. Natalia our lovely guide exceeded our expectations not only by covering a lot of history of the Paris great attraction and other facts, but through her personality sense of humor, engaging conversations, real examples and practical updated information brought us in time and left our mind fulfilled with essential knowledge. Natalia exposed us to a personalised tour by using her passion for what she does pleaseantly and created a memorable momentum. Thank you Natalia.

2nd Floor Summit Review

I had a tour with Carmelle and she was wonderful! Despite the 3rd floor closing and us being unable to go up there unexpectedly, Carmelle kept the energy going and maintained a positive attitude. I enjoyed her story behind the history of the tower and taking good care of the group. She was very apologetic about the top summit closing but it was obviously not her fault.

Eiffel Tower skip the line

The tour guide (Martia) was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and a great story teller! Her English was impeccable, and she was very easy to understand. The company upgraded us due to an issue with hanging of the Olympic circles which delayed opening. We appreciate all they did. Highly recommend them!

Great tour

We did the guided Eiffel Tower tour to the summit with Masha. Masha was knowledgeable and kind and had great information I had never heard. She answered questions and provided us with enough time at each level to really take in the views. Everyone I have come in contact with from Eckletours has been superb. 10/10 recommend!

Eiffel Tower 3rd floor summit!

Natalia was a wonderful tour guide! So knowledgeable and had a very good sense of humor. We enjoyed every part of this tour. We did have the 3rd floor summit which was fun to go that high but we enjoyed the views from the 2nd floor and the cafe and shops on the 1st level the most!

A must see in Paris - engaging tour guide

James was a great tour guide - funny, interactive, engaging and informative. He really just walked with us in line and got us to the 2nd floor then we had all the free time we wanted.

Worth Going To The Top

Definitely worth going to the top of the tower and this tour does that. The line is a bi if a long wait, but he tour guide kept us busy with stories and a few riddles about the tower. Overall a great experience. If you can go closer to evening time, they light up the tower with sparkling lights around 11pm and regular lights for a while at night as well. You will get some very good pictures from the top of the tower. It can be a bit cold and windy at the top, so you might want to bring a jacket. When you’re ready to go down, there is quite a wait at the elevators and there is not a restroom at the top! Walking down is not the hardest thing to do, but it does take some time. Anyone who has trouble walking or who is elderly might not want to walk down so you need to plan on waiting for probably 30 minutes to catch the elevator down.

Our guide Natalia was amazing the tower and views were fantastic pity they closed the third floor but it is what it is a life long bucket list item fulfilment even the weather was good

Top notch tour

Our guide was very knowledgable and engaging. She took great care to ensure that everyone in our group was looked after and had opportunities to enjoy each phase of the tour. While the views from the tower were a highlight, hearing some of the history and background relating to why the tower was built, how it was built as well as how it is maintained and managed today added a great deal to our tour. Highly recommended way to see this iconic structure!
