Expertise and Patience!

We had a fantastic experience with Mathew. He was very accommodating as we were traveling with our parents who are in their 80's. He showed us the highlights of the Louvre and kept the pace slow enough for them. We greatly appreciated his expertise and patience!!

Great option for Louvre visitors

Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and did a great job of moving us through the museum. I learned lots of niche facts that made it quite enjoyable. The tour moves very quickly, so be prepared to walk fast. I am not normally big into tours, but it was worth it to skip the lines and navigate through the museum amidst the massive crowds.

Awesome experience

Our guide Aurelia was great, very knowledgable, friendly and makes us felt very welcome since the beginning with her warm smile. Even though our tour was booked in English she made the effort to bring back her Spanish for the benefit of the non English family speakers.

This was a great experience if you’re short on time but want to see as much of Paris as possible. You skip the long lines which was a definite plus. The tour was short and sweet but still very informative. Annais was a great tour guide and knowledgeable of the artwork. You are allowed to stay in the museum after the tour is over. Overall, great experience if you’re short on time or with people that might get bored quickly.

Louvre with friends

Astrid led Us through the Louvre museum like a pro. She took us through all of the major exhibits and paintings, etc. We loved the Roman and Greek section. She had so much information about the Mona Lisa. She kept a nice piece and asked us at the end if there was anything specific that we wanted to see that she did not cover. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Finding the tour group was a bit difficult- look for orange hat that says “Memories France”. Had a semi private tour with Antoine which I would highly recommend! A smaller group and more intimate experience. We were swept away by his poignant delivery, wealth of knowledge, and passion. The Louvre itself was even more incredible than I could imagine thanks to his tour. Skipping the line was a huge plus

A guide is necessary!

Perrine was a great guide! First we bypassed all the lines and got directly into the Louvre. She gave us a history lesson, hit all the high points of the collection of antiquities then on to paintings. The Mona Lisa of course and Liberty, Hugo’s inspiration for Les Mis. Well worth the trip. Would have been better if the pickup point included “Orange Hat” greeter. Many groups meeting in same place.

Loved seeing and learning so much in a very brief time. The museum can be overwhelming and the tour allowed us to see all the highlights with much more ease and spend the rest of the day exploring Paris. Would recommend

Great tour guide! Our guide was very sweet and informative. He had great fun facts in each room we saw and was historically accurate. Very efficient tour to see some of the Greek highlights as well as Mona Lisa. Once to tour ends with Mona you’re free to go about the museum which is a nice perk. Skipping the lines is crucial. Lots of walking & the Louvre gets very warm heads up :)

100% recommend guided tour

A great way to visit the Louvre. Rather than just wandering around looking at everything (you can’t look at everything though!) the guided took us to the most interesting & famous parts & explained what the meaning was behind the piece. You can then explore the rest of it at your leisure. Learnt so much in the 2 hour tour- well worth the extra money- 100% recommend

Our guide, Wendy spoke beautiful English with a charming French accent- could have listened to her all day. She was knowledgeable and passionate about the Louvre and its treasures. The one earbud transmitter worked perfectly.

Worth the money to be taken to front of the line!

Wendy was fabulous. She was very good at educating us about the development of sculpture and art. Nice to be escorted thru the museum.

Not worth it all. Second time I’ve booked w this company and regrets again.

The guide was nice and they called to make sure we made it to the group meeting place. The price of $200 USD was definitely not worth what we got - to give us the highlights of the museum is one thing, but to rush us through and not being able to keep up or even see or hear the guide was another. It was so loud in there coupled with cheap muffled headset was so not worth it. Most of the group members said they couldn’t make out what’s she was saying. Some of us got left behind when a security guard stopped us from moving ahead and it didn’t seem like Emily even noticed. She had no flag and barely raised her hand for us to see where she was. Trying to keep up with her and do r to not having a flag was so difficult. It was actually boring and a waste of money.

Brain melting greatness

Imad was an exceptional tour guide, hitting the greatest works of the Louvre with his expertise was one of the top ten days in my life. Can’t recommend the tour enough.

Good experience

The experience was good overall. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and punctual. The one and a half hours withe tour are not really enough to cover all the important exhibits. Way too many people in Louvre. The Mona Lisa painting display area was mobbed and very crazy.

Perfectly Described

From start to finish this was perfectly coordinated. Yes you only see a few highlights but our guide Marion gave us a lot of information. Having skip the line tickets is the only way to go. If you want to spend more time in the museum you can afterwards. I would suggest downloading a museum map or maybe even getting an additional audio tour. Highly recommend.

Our guide was outstanding and gave such in depth insight into the art and history of the Louvre. We had a wonderful time. We went at a great time as the crowds thinned out due to the lateness of the day.

Very confusing instructions. Bad experience.

Very confusing instructions! Instructions said meet the guide under the guy on the horse across the Triumphal Arc. Went to the triumphal arc but there another Triumphal Arc. Okay my mistake. Took taxi to the correct triumphal arc. Operator called me asked me where i am and how long away. I said 9 minutes away at 11:07am. Operator said the guide will be waiting at the statue of a guy on a horse across from the Louvre enterance and they cant wait any more so i have to be there at 11:17am or 11:20am. I was there at that time waiting. Then the operator calls me and says where am I? I am at the guy on the horse statue. THEN the operator reveals that it's not that statue across from the Louvre, it's the OTHER STATUE where there is construction. But when I get there it's not a guy on a horse - it is a guy on a CHARIOT WITH 4 HORSES! BIG DIFFERENCE! So yes I was late but I was there when they told me to be at the latest! Nobody mentioned chariot and that it's under construction! The instructions weren't clear! Very disappointing for a couple that is on their honeymoon. Asked for refund.

Very helpful to hit the highlights of the Louvre and skip the line! Would have been very overwhelming for us without a guide and our guide was great!

All the highlights

This was a great tour for our family as we were only in Paris for 36 hours. It included all the highlights and the guide was very knowledgeable. Booking the tour also insured less time waiting in the long lines outside security. We liked the audio packs so we could clearly hear and follow our guide, even in a very crowded place. After the tour you are able to continue to explore on your own, which was nice. The meetup was a bit confusing as there was a sign for viator meetup points that was incorrect, and when we saw the guides in orange across the plaza and showed our ticket, they said we were not in their group at first. I insisted they check because the name of the tour company via Viator matched her tote bag, and she then realized that we were. That was the only part that was a bit stressful. Overall recommend, especially if your time in Paris is limited.

Wonderful tour of the Louvre!

Our guide, Sophie, was amazing! After overhearing many tour guides during our museum visits in Paris, we were so relieved and grateful to have her. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful and really made it a memorable experience for us.

The Louvre is the world's largest artistic museum; it holds most of the globe's masterpieces. Immortal masterpieces are the beautiful statue, Venus de Milo, and Leonardo da Vinci's enigmatic portrait of the mysterious Mona Lisa. Many revolutionary exhibits originated during the Renaissance. You can easily spend a day here. By the way, a tour of the Louvre is rewarding, you can see many outstanding artistic exhibits in a relatively short time.

Fraud

We waited and waited under the flag where it said meeting point. no body showed up. No tour happened but charged and never refunded. No person to contact but email touch only. Such a disappointment, waste of time. Never book with them. It’s a scam.

Our tour guide Marleen was fantastic. She gave us great history and showed the highlights and then set us up well to be on our own!

Great way to see highlights in the Louvre

Absolutely amazing!

We visited Paris for 4 days with children (10 & 4 yrs old). Our tour was scheduled for 11:30 am (meet time 11:15). Being typical tourists, we got lost using public transport and were running late, so called the agency who were very honest and said they they would try if we can get to the meeting point by 11:40, but no guarantees. They would have someone waiting for us and will take us through to see if we can be joined with the group that would have already been inside. We lost all hope but, person was waiting and rushed us through and some how we were able to catch up with the group. Guide (Sarah), was amazing in handling with the awkward situation we were in and the person waiting for us outside and her might an extra mile so we wouldn't miss the tour. Really grateful, and tour itself is top stuff, especially if you were visiting with young children and want to make sure you don't miss the highlights. Thanks a lot Memories France, you are simply amazing.

Nice tour. These aren’t tickets to the Louvre..

Nice time on the tour. Be aware that the Group Tickets are not recognized by the Louvre as a ticket for access to the Louvre. This means if you return to the central area of the museum where the restrooms are, you won’t be allowed back into the museum unless you purchase a Louvre museum ticket.

My teens and I enjoyed this quick highlights tour of the Louvre. The guide was easy going and knowledgeable. Even in a crowded museum, he helped make the experience easy, interesting and meaningful for all.

Great experience

Definitely worth the cost to completely skip any waiting. This was my first visit so it was very helpful to have the guide take you to all the highlights throughout. This museum is huge so I recommend this for a 1st time visit. You can stay in the museum to wonder on your own after the tour as well.

Lovely tour

We had a wonderful time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we absolutely loved the tour. We saw 2 out of 3 wings of the museum with our tour guide and explored the third one on our own. I would highly recommend this tour for everyone!

See the highlights, no lines, great tour!

My mom and I went to the Louvre on our own but couldn’t manage the long line in the cold weather so we decided to book this tour for the next day. Best decision! With this tour we didn’t have to wait in any lines. The tour was only 6 people so it felt more intimate and our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable about the highlights we saw. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Host was very knowledgeable and took us to the main parts of the gallery quickly and efficiently. The Louvre is spectacular, but very large. Guide made the information easy and kept us all entertained- children and adults. I would recommend going earlier in the day so that you have time to explore the Louvre afterwards as it closes by 6pm sharp
