Five star plus airport transfer service

I have used their service three times (twice in Feb 2024: to and from CDG airport to Paris) and again June 2024 from CDG airport to Paris. The drivers each time were really nice and considerate. They were very reliable with good communications. Before I tried this service, I used to use taxi or Uber but no longer, I would only use this service for my airport transfers in Paris. Their fee is very reasonable (85 euros from CDG to Paris [Uber usually 65-70 euros but can be higher depending on demands) They are supposed to also provide additional transfer services farther afield but I have not tried yet. Dont hesitate to try their service, it's truly 5 stars. They wait for you at international exit with your name card and will help with your luggage. Their vans are large, comfortable and clean.

Wonderful personal car service!

I have been using Interservice Prestige with my friends and family for many years on our trips to Paris! They are consistently on time, cordial, helpful, nice vehicles and their website is very user friendly when booking trips. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car service in Paris!

Very Professional Service!! Great Find!!!

This was a great ride!! The driver was fantastic! I am sorry I forgot his name. He was early, friendly, great driver and soo very nice! Van was very nice and plenty large. Traffic as usual was bad so he took back roads which was not only faster than the highway but much prettier. Well worth the price and worth the much deserved 20 Euro tip. So happy I saw a blog recommending Prestige. FYI- they will send a confirmation email the day before that you need to respond to. Very professional in every way. We were 4pp in our 60's with lots of luggage. NOTICE that you do need to pay the driver and in CASH and must be EURO. I'm not sure if this company is also outside of the EU but is cash in Euro min France. FYI The hotel offered a service also : cost 119 Euro vs 80Euro

Amazing how Viator gets transfers right and completely screws up the "little" things like the Louvre or Eiffel.

Worth it!

Our driver was waiting for us, assisted us with our luggage, friendly and a safe driver. We had the same drive from CDG to Paris and on the return trip to CDG. When we were getting out of the van at CDG, my handbag was twisted behind me. Our driver stopped me, pulled it around to the front and said “Keep it in front and you be safe”. I was so impressed that he was so caring. The service costs a little bit more than a taxi but well worth the cost for the comfort of the van and the professionalism of the driver.

As always, pick up on time. Efficient and courteous. Found the best route to the airport that avoided traffic. Will use again.

Unprofessional company

Was not inform or reminded of the extra 25 euros cash if ever the day before the pick up nor did the shuttle driver had not mention about it either. The driver just told us upon drop off at the airport Me and my friend got stunned for the driver told us the last minute. We are at the airport already and had spent all our Euros cash before leaving for USA What’s worst…I called overseas to give payment thru my credit card I provided and I found out The card transaction was used for American airline transaction 2x and overcharged as well So in short,,, there’s fraud done by the prestige shuttle This Prestige shuttle company will ruin Viators image

Driver was punctual and very helpful with our luggage. He was a safe driver and we arrived in plenty of time.

Five star plus experience

We booked from home CDG to Paris hotel and liked it so much that we also returned to CDG with Inter Service. Driver was waiting for me as promised though flight was delayed and he was prompt, exactly on time for a hotel pick up at 6AM. Van was clean and spacious. Driver was very nice and courteous. Cost was 80 euros each way, a little more than taxi or Uber but worth it. I normally use Uber but will use Inter Prestige again when I return to Paris.

Not reliable

Unfortunately I was left with my daughter at 6:45am to find our own way to CDG airport. After waiting for our private transfer to arrive, I had to message to find out there was no one coming to collect us. Very poor communication and no help to get us to our flight. I had confirmed our pick up and paid upfront. My daughter has Autism and was very distraught as we had to get an Uber, which cost me more money and time. Would not recommend this service. It was a shame to finish our holiday this way.

Up before the sun

Very early pick up- driver was on time and knew exactly how to get us to correct airline . We were in safe hands.

30 minutes late pick up without any communication

The pick up was 30 minutes late and we tried to call the company's number but the number was not in service. At the time , we thought we were scam. We were about to call for an Uber, but the driver called and said he is on his way and we were waiting for another 10 for his arrival. The car was old. We finally arrive at the airport just in time for boarding. Will not use the service again.

Our driver showed up a little before the agreed on time which was great. We did not have to worry that he wouldn’t come on time. He knew exactly where to take us when we told him our airline although I did say which terminal was listed on the airline’s app after mentioning our airline. He helped with the luggage and was very pleasant to talk with despite the early hour (6AM). I liked that we were able to reschedule or cancel fairly close to when our flight was as things can happen. The company charged our credit card when they said they would. Would highly recommend this company.

Do not use

No show. Showed up 2 hrs early and left. Driver wanted to complete but the boss was a jerk. Amex will straighten this out.

OK Tranfer

Once I reeived the confirmation and I informed them of the pickup time the responded that I had to pay 25 Euros more at time of pickup. The driver got to the hotel on time, once at the airport he dropped us off at the wrong terminal even after asking several times if this was the right one, we then had to walk quite a bit to get to the right place.

Paris to CDG

We were going from Paris to CDG on early Sunday morning. Scheduled pickup was 6:30AM and driver showed up at 6:45 so it made us a little nervous since plan B was Metro subway and RER train but with kids and luggage so not the most convenient which is why we opted for private transfer. But once driver arrived, the transfer was quick and we arrived at CDG in time. Before driver appeared, we attempted multiple calls to phone number given for service but only reach answering service which was no help.

Not reliable

Our ride to the airpirt never showed up. I called Viator to find out why the ride had'nt showed and they could not get ahold of the ride svc. After the fact, Viator told me that the driver was stuck in an accident. I was told by Viator that the ride svc tried to call me that another ride would be coming. NOT TRUE! I had my phone in my hands the whole time, and i was on the phone with Viator trying to figure out the no show of the ride. We finally had to call an Uber. We nearly missed our flight back to the US.

The only way to transfer to hotel from CDG Paris

We booked ISP to pick us up from CDG and drop at hotel in Montparnasse. The driver Raja was extremely helpful and waited past the normal time as we had a late bag come through (CDG baggage claim is one of the worst). Nothing too much trouble for Raja. We were 5 adults with t very large bags plus carry on and the vehicle was big enough and very clean. Had a return booked with ISP , Raja driving again and once again perfect. We missed the email from ISP suggesting they pick us up 15 mins earlier due to traffic but it was not a problem. Would certainly use ISP and Raja again. Why stress getting to a hotel. Great experience.

NO - driver did not show up

Driver for our 6:00AM pickup did not show to take us to the airport. Had to scramble to get a cab, which is exactly why we wanted a private service. Very disappointing, would NOT recommend.

Easy Peasy

We booked last minute before going to bed for a 7 AM pick up. I had to trust the reviews because we hadn’t plan on taxis not being available early. This was the third or fourth place I called her and even though there was no confirmation email or text everything went very smoothly. They only take cash, but they were able to take US dollars without a ridiculous conversion. There were eight of us with luggage. And the driver was very careful to not go over the speed limit, which I found amusing.

Excellent service

Our family used Inter Service Prestige for our transportation to and from CDG to central Paris. They were on time, kind, and very efficient. On our return to the airport, we called the night before to adjust the time of our pick up to earlier and they it was no problem. We highly recommend this car service!

No Service and no refund

Never got to experience because they cancelled 16 hours prior. Had to find another transportation. They said they would give me a full refund. Emailed them twice for confirmation of refund and received nothing.

Arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled pick up time. Smooth ride to the airport. Would use again. Four of us and our luggage fit nicely in the van.

Not trust worthy

Cancelled at last minute and we had to find alternate service on a rainy morning in Paris with our flight 3 hours away. Never will use this service again. I should have trusted the reviews.

Uber is the best way to get around . They very reliable and always on time. The price is right. The drivers are quiet and respectful .

Reliable Van to Charles de Gaulle Airport

Lucky arrived five minutes early for our 6:30am pick up at the apartmentwe rented. He was dressed in a suit and hopped out right away to help us load the van. He was personable and went with our mood -- tired after traveling for 10 days but he engaged in conversation when we were more awake. We could tell he knew his way around Paris because of all the side street shortcuts he took. He was also a very careful driver. The van wasn't on the newer side but it was comfortable enough for a 30-minute ride to the airport...and the price was right compared to other services. Thanks for a pleasant and scenic transport to CDG Airport, Lucky!

Beware of airport transfer companies

The transfer company didn’t show up and we were forced to find alternate transportation. As with most transfer companies, we pad in advance. When I requested a refund, they refused even when they admitted they were 20 minutes late.

Not Good

Terrible experience. Booked for the right date but showed up on the wrong date, now nobody will respond because I already paid. Will dispute with American Express.

Good expereince

Used this company for my group of 20 arriving at CDG and staying in Paris. We all had different flight times and were staying in different hotels. They were on time and courteous for both the pick up and drop off. Would definitely use again and recommend them for your Paris transfers.

Airport shuttle from Paris to CDG

I booked the airport shuttle two days ahead. Paid through PayPal and then got the email that I would be given specific pickup details within 3 days. Was very concerned that I wouldn’t be scheduled before I needed the ride. Luckily, the next morning I was sent the ticket for my ride. The driver confirmed and then later in the day updated the time to account for planned strikes in Paris. I really appreciated that. He came early for the pickup time and we were ready and got to the airport in plenty of time he was polite and a good driver. All great except that I should have been warned to book at least 3 days ahead before I paid.

Prompt and Efficient Service

Excellent service. Our driver communicated with us to let us know when he would pick us up. He showed up a few minutes early and was waiting for us when we came out of our apartment in the morning. Large, clean vehicle. He took airport shortcuts to avoid the long lines of traffic at CDG. Only problem was that email communications from him and trip advisor were in my spam folder or difficult to find in the trip advisor app.
