Long layover in Paris; wonderful day!

We found ourselves in a bit of a pickle when our original flight to Venice was canceled and we ended up with a 10 hour layover in Paris. We scrambled to find a tour company and were thrilled to discover Win Transfer could accommodate us in a pinch. Sam arrived within 20 minutes in a spotless and luxurious Mercedes van and effortlessly whisked us to our desired Paris spots...he even took photos for us upon request. Excellent company!

Excellent service, we booked a return trip from CDG airport to Disney Paris. Really easy to arrange, the driver text via what’s app on arrival at CDG to inform us he was there. As we came through security he was waiting with a clear name board - he was very friendly and spoke good English, he made jokes with children and helped with luggage. The return Journey was equally as professional. Would highly recommend this company.

We were to be picked up from the train station for a Paris city tour. After we arrived at the train station, the driver Sam contacts us. He told us that he was already at the station. Excellent experience using win transfer Paris!!!

We had the pleasure of using WinTransfer Paris multiple times during our france trip and it was a fantastic experience. Our group consisted of 4 people, including an infant and a young child, and each time we made a reservation, we requested car seats which were provided and ready to transport us safely. The driver was understanding of my weeping infant and even played some delightful music on his sound system! and were extremely helpful with loading and unloading our luggage. We were so impressed with the quality of service that we decided to add additional services to Disneyland. We highly recommend WinTransfer Paris to anyone and would definitely use their services again in the future.

VIP Experience in Paris

Our driver for this tour was Sam. He was beyond amazing! We were so lucky to book this tour on January 1. Paris was definitely NOT BUSY. We had Paris all to ourselves for photos! Sam was amazing especially because we requested a tour wherein we wouldn't walk too much. We wanted more of a sightseeing tour and just have photo opportunities. He toured us in Paris and didn't miss a single landmark. We had SO MANY PHOTOS. We were able to see the whole of Paris in a very short time we have in the city. It was definitely a VIP experience with the Mercedes-Benz Van.

Lost a Customer

I used this company in the past with no issues. There was 10 of us and would usually pay 180-190 euros. My family and I went to Rome for a few days and returned to Paris and I booked this company again. My wife went online and booked an Uber and it was half the cost. When we arrived to the airport the driver messaged me and I told him I’m sorry but my wife booked us a different way to get to our hotel. Later I get a threatening call to the front desk at the hotel I was staying saying I needed to pay half because the drivers were there waiting for us. I talked to the manager and said that seemed unfair but he wouldn’t budge from the 95 euros and threatened me with legal action. I won’t be using them in the future and will definitely look at Ubers from now on. Do your research people before booking with this company.

We booked a 5 hour City tour with Win Transfer. It was a amazing tour. Starting from our hotel to Arc de triomphe, Trocadero, Eiffel Tower, Invalid, Louvre museum, Orsay museum, Opera house also went to the Anvers. Our driver Sam is a genius. He gave us a fantastic unforgettable service. He drove a black mercedes class V. Very comfortable and safely driven. We used the same service from CDG to Paris and also round trip to Disney.
