Guide was amazing. He knew the city like a true native. Very entertaining and informative. Pace was great definitely a WALKING tour. Not for anyone with walking challenges but not too strenuous. Food was Absolutely genuine and the best in town. Go hungry leave full!

Wonderful food tour

Great way to see Montmartre area. We learned history of the area and culinary treats. Lauriane was a great tour guide. Ending at Sacre Coeur with the views of Paris was incredible.

Not what was advertised

The tour guide was nice and informative BUT we signed up for a FOOD and WINE Tasting tour with up to 10 stops. This was mostly a historical walking tour with 6 stops. 4 were sugar and desserts 1 was cheese and 3 pieces of salami with 1 glass of white and one glass of res(small glasses) that was ALL the wine and they were Stingy. We had to pay 8 more Euros for another stingy glass. The excursion is not what was advertised at all. It is mainly sweets and you did not leave full. We told the tour guide and she said write a review. She was not accommodating. As far as trying to please us with more wine or bread. We were hungry! We have done tours in Rome Venice and Greece and we have to say this one was Chinsy and very pricey for what you got. When you first start you stand and listen for 15 minutes on history which is not what was mentioned in the description. So to retitle this excursion I would call it an historical walking tour of Montemare with a few sweets.

Beautiful neighborhood with wonderful food!

We love this neighborhood and this tour was wonderful. Our guide led us to the most delicious bakeries and wine/cheese shops- all of it was great!

History paired with deliciousness

Delicious food paired with interesting historical stories. I loved trying all the foods on this tour, but I also loved when we would stop to hear a story about a famous building, artist, or event. The tour ended in front of the Sacre Coeur with a beautiful view of Paris. Our guide was insightful and could answer any question we had.

Best way to see and experience Montmartre

Excellent experience! The combination of history, food stops and insight from our local guide was top notch. We experienced so much more of Montmartre than we had during past visits. Highly recommend!

Outstanding!

Julie was a wonderful and thoughtful guide who made the mile walk uphill hardly noticeable with all the delectable and interesting stops along the way. We really enjoyed all the different foods we tasted along the way and our 16-year old grandson discovered he liked quiche after all! We are so happy we did this tour and highly recommend it.

Beautiful part of Paris

Our host Yann was very good, great guide. Montmarte is beautiful. We expected a little more food and wine on this food and wine tour. There was only one food and wine stop. The pastry tastings were nice, there was a few of those. All in all we loved it.

Excellent food tour through Montmartre

A very nice guided food tour through the charming streets of Montmartre. Laureanne was an excellent guide who provided lots of colourful details about the histroic neighbourhood - architecture, artists, and of course the food. The local food shops we visited were authentic and delicious.

We loved Hugo! He was engaging and lovely, and the tour was a good mix of food and history. He was knowledge and we enjoyed the small group atmosphere.

our guide fanny was really accommodating and nice to talk with. It was a good tour of city and food. I think this village is underrated- you should go to this city when you are at paris

Food was not a big part of this tour

The tour guide was nice and learning about the area was good. But the food options were mostly small sweet desserts. Not worth the high price. The sit down meal of wine and cheeses and meat was minimal.

Excellent time in Montmartre

We had an amazing time on this food and wine tour in montmartre! Dorine was an excellent tour guide, very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We saw so many great sites and ate a lot of great pastries, cheeses, and enjoyed a few nice glasses of wine. Would highly recommend!

Great tour! Our guide Margaux was fantastic, very knowledgeable of Monmarte and the unique food and wine we tasted. Highly recommend your and spending an afternoon in Monmarte.

Great time!

This was excellent and our guide was very informative! All the samples were delicious and I would highly recommend!! In addition to the food, out guide gave us some background on the area and sites along the way.

Sadly the first trip I wouldn't recommend 😕

Sadly we was expecting more... specially for this price tag Our group and guid was fun, but again for 100€ a person, we was expecting more... We wouldn't do it again. We got information about small places , but the Tour was only 2h and most of the time we spend in stores...

A fun Bohemian Experience.

Lots of fun by an excellent guide who really knew the neighborhood! It’s interesting to wander off afterwards to enjoy the markets and restaurants/shops.

Fun afternoon

Marie the guide was amazing!!! She lives in the neighborhood and gave us the history but also had great stories! It’s is a beautiful part of Paris, but it is a lot of walking uphill, but we stopped frequently to taste different things along the way!

Wonderful Food and Walking Tour of the Montmartre District

This was a wonderful tour of the Montmartre district and while the food was wonderful, equally wonderful was learning the history of the area by our charming guide, Arthur. While I am not a 'sweets' fan, the shops we visited were wonderful (among them, Au Merveilleux de Fred, Chocolat Illene, Les Choupettes de Chouchou, Carette). Arthur taught me something I had no idea about --- that there are baguettes and baguettes traditional (what every baguette I feel should aspire to!). We learned this outside what happened to be a sandwich shop he visits and a couple of us left with a few sandwiches to enjoy later in the day. At 5 Euro, they were a steal! The last stop was for wine and charcuterie at Tito Graille. My favorite part of the food tasting as we got to sit with newly made friends who were in our tour group. It was really a lovely time. Arthur was extremely engaging and shared a wealth of information about the Montmartre district with us (including tips on some of his favorite local restaurants). I highly recommend!

Delicious!!

This was an amazing tour with delicious food and a lovely guide. Pauline was charming and knowledgeable and led us to wonderful locations with scrumptious food. What a delightful day!

See the Love Wall

Laurianne wa a great guide! There was a lot of street noise and she really tried her best so we could all hear. I loved all the sweet stops and her history behind them was very good. Lunch was another great place that I thoroughly enjoyed! She explained all the art and the love wall was my favorite! I would have missed that if it wasn’t for the tour! Sacre Couer was a great way to end ! Merci Laurianne!!!!

An interesting little tour. The price was a bit expensive but nevertheless, we had fun. I would have wished that there would be more stops on the way to really enjoy the scenery.

Not worth the money

The guides were not well organized and the one we got had trouble with English. We only got in one place for the samples. The other made the group stay out on the street. We finally got to the wine and cheese and had to wait for other groups to finish. Very disappointed with Viator with this and the one we had in Prague that was canceled the day before. I plan on looking for a refund from Viator for this tour as we ended up leaving halfway through. Another guest on the tour had taken it twice before and it was great. Again very disappointed.

Wonderful tour

Julie was wonderful - so friendly and knowledgeable, and she gave a wonderful color of Montmatre. The food stops were all delicious - not for the bread-averse though. You will be full!

A must do in Paris!

This tour was exceptional! Our guide Arthur was great and had so much knowledge. The food tasting and visiting places that we would never of known about made it the perfect choice of tour for us. We had so much fun! Definitely worth doing in Paris

Montmarte food tour

Arthur was a fantastic tour guide! Learned a lot about Montmarte and all the food stops were delicious. He was so friendly and gave us dinner recommendations too!

A wonderful walking and tasting tour of Montmarte with so much history woven into the trip. Our tour guide “Stan” did a fantastic job. A beautiful area of the city, don’t miss out!

Disapointmnet

They are very limited with food tasting options. Just a few small snacks, they mess up with service availabilty - too many groups at one time in one place so no seats available for wine and chese tasting. Guide is trying the best, but her boss is too arrogant to answer and arrange options B and C. Maximum value for this tour is 20 eur. I do not recomend. The food and drink value they served is max 15 eur. Any customer should avoid this. Google AI guide will do 10x better and you will pay max 20 eur for those snacks. They should learn from the best - start with sour snacks plate, have always wine bottle in guides bag to cheer up people, provide more snacks than one small bite, bookplaces according customer qty, be loud in sharing best stories on a matter. I feel that refund should be done after this tour.
