Amazing Full Day Tour

HIGHLY RECOMMEND This was an amazing tour with our tour guide Floriane. We opted for the Full Day customized tour. Floriane was able to adjust the pace to our party that included someone with an injured leg while making it feel like we were getting a full tour. She was able to point items along our route so it never felt like it was taking a long time for us to walk anywhere. She was so knowledgeable. She took us to the Lourve where she not only got us the best position to see the Mona Lisa but she also explained the interesting history of the Lourve that we would have not paid any attention to if we went on our own. We also went on a river cruise where she added to the tour. And much to our teenager's delight she was able to provide us with an excellent location to shop. Cannot say enough great things about this tour and Floriane!!

Welcoming guide and wonderful tour

Ruben was amazing. We had two older individuals in our group and he was so accommodating. He provided lots of information along the way and brought us to lots of spots we would not have normally ventured to ourselves. He was so welcoming.

Wonderful tour of Paris

Our group of 7 adults had a wonderful half day tour with Margot. She had so much knowledge to share! Since we only had a short time in Paris, the private walking tour was definitely the best way to see a bunch of sites and get a good appreciation for the culture. I highly recommend the tour and merci to Margot for a lovely day!

Perfect day tour from start to finish!

Helle was absolutely LOVELY! We covered so much in one day- our first full day in Paris. From the Louvre to Montmartre, Helle showed us so many highlights and gave us so many tips of things to return to and enjoy on our own later in our stay in the city. One of the best guides I’ve ever used and I travel extensively!

Informative!

Stan had his hands full with us! 4 senior citizens and a rainy day are not the best combination for a walking tour! But Stan was patient and kind with us and was able to show us many many sights of Paris and his knowledge of the city was very impressive.

Fun informative tour

Fun, half day trip!

Our guide, Benoit, was prompt picking us up at our hotel. He was very personable taking time to show us how to use the metro in case we wanted to use it later. He also explained what we could feasibly do on our half day trip. He was patient with our 6 and 9 year old kids as well. We appreciated him sharing history from a French perspective. Overall a great experience.

Your Parisian family for the day

Very good way to have a day organized around what you want to see without things of lesser interest. Audrey and Dominic were both informed and charming guides for us. Besides their narratives on the points of interest, they were a great source of conversation on many aspects of Parisian history and current events. I felt I had spent the hours with educated and interesting friends.

Excellent Walking Tour

Our guide Rania was friendly and knowledgeable. We learned about many interesting aspects of Paris that we otherwise would not have known about (historic flooding, use of the Sienne in the past, etc.). She also took us for lunch at a local restaurant that served delicious and authentic french cuisine. We enjoyed walking to the west bank, learning how to tell which bank we were on by observing the currents of the Sienne. We also made a trip to the Eiffel tower at the end, ascending to the 2nd floor to snap some (touristy) pictures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour of Paris. Our guide took us through all of the places my son (age 10) requested to see, and made it interesting and fun. I'm so glad we booked this tour - it was a great way to orient ourselves on our first day in Paris!

Paris Half Day

Our guide, Benjamin, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and very informative. He helped us tailor our day trip and hit all of the spots we wanted to see. I highly recommend him and the company he’s contracted with. The booking process and coordination was very easy.

Very nice tour of the Marais section of Paris. Our tour guide Adrian was very knowledgeable of the area. What's nice is that you can do a 3.5 hour or 7 hour tour and decide which areas of Paris you would like to visit

Our tour guide, Floraine, was exceptionally pleasant & friendly. My wife and I enjoyed her company very much throughout the day. She took us through the Paris landmarks we had previously arranged with the tour operatorfor. She was a history buff like us and shared with us some elements of French history we didn't know about as we visited various landmarks. She was a caring person and carefully listened to us. I will highly recommend her to anyone with limited time to see great Paris landmarks in one day.

Amazing Tour

100% recomended, Juliette our tour guide was so knowledgeable and took us to so many hidden spots and gems. We did tour with 3 kids under the age of 10 and they were so engaged by her guidance of the city.

Great day in Paris!

Even though the weather was bad at times we had the best day with Ruben. He was very polite and showed us around his beautiful city. We’ve been to Paris before but I felt like we were seeing the city for the first time! He showed us so many cool places. We started in Montmarte. We loved it! It was more like a village and we loved the atmosphere. We hit all the major attractions. Be prepared to walk on this tour! By the time we were done and back to our hotel I had walked 30,000 steps. Wear good shoes! We stood in line to go to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower in the pouring rain. It was kind of miserable, but by the time we made it to the platform it stopped raining and we saw a beautiful rainbow. It was amazing! I did have to buy our tour guides ticket if we wanted him to go with us, so be prepared for that. Also buy your tickets early! We waited too long and couldn’t get any for the top of the Eiffel Tower. Although the 2nd floor was well worth it! The subway is pretty dirty and old compared to London. (We came to Paris from London on the Eurostar, just for the day) But we only used the subway a few times. One time we were packed in like sardines. If we didn’t have our tour guide with us it would’ve been stressful. But he knew what to do and where to go. The day just flew by! I would definitely book this tour again. It was well worth the money to have a private guide for the day. It was a strenuous day though and we were very tired the next day. Totally worth it! We’d do it again!

Great tour

Amazing tour of Paris including the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees, and the Eiffel Tower. Our tour guide was informative, fun, and patient with our family of four. It was an amazing day of about 30000 steps and we saw it all. Highly recommend.

Adrien was AMAZING!

Our City Custom Private Tour was simply outstanding. Adrien was EXCEPTIONAL. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend the time with him. We will definitely be asking for Adrien on our next trip to Paris.

Truly the perfect day!

First, let me tell you it’s worth the money for the private tour. You can customize where you want to go and don’t have to wear silly headsets to hear your guide. Adrian was amazing. He met us at our hotel, asked a bit about where we wanted to go. It was my first time in Paris so I just wanted to hit the big sites and then whatever else in between I was good with. Adrian chose the perfect route. Not only did he know where to go and what to show, he knew so much history it was amazing. My husband and I learned so much. He was funny, kind, and relatable. We walked over 15 miles in the day so make sure you have good shoes on. He also recommended a great place for lunch. Felt like a day spent with a friend.

Not What was Promised!

It was not what was promised! Tour company/guide never returned emails or calls until the day before- ending up being a walking tour- no transportation - SHAME ON VIATOR!!!

Great day exploring Paris' less often seen sites including the cemetery, Latin Quarter and other quaint neighborhoods. Lunch overlooking Notre Dam under construction.

Good tour to see highlights of Paris ... but lots of walking

Overall, it was a good tour to see some key highlights of Paris in one day. Stan, our guide, was right on time and pretty good and knowledgeable. But the tour involved a LOT of walking, which was not much fun in the incredibly crowded streets of Paris (and Stan walked pretty fast and did not always look back to see how far behind we were).

Incomparable introduction to Paris

Garrett was a phenomenal guide. His knowledge of history, architecture, languages, and even philosophy added immeasurably to our tour. He even helped us get our Metro passes and guided us on our first Metro trip!

A day in Paris

Hugo was a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide. We got to see so many of Paris’ wonderful treasures.

We only had 1 day in Paris and our guide got us to just about everything we wanted to see. It was a lovely day. Lots of walking but we could never have done it on our own.

Wonderful!

We had a lovely visit of Montmartre with our guide Helle and she was extremely friendly and informative on the details of the tour. We had great weather and were able to walk long distances in discovering the marvels of the area. Our only regret was that we lacked time to visit the interior of the Basilica de Sacré Coeur which would have been an extra bonus but it was our fault for booking the tour at the Eiffel Tour just a little too early so that we lacked the time to spend more time on the Montmartre tour. Helle took us to a wonderful restaurant for a great salad and really gave us a fantastic tour. She was so friendly and fun! Thanks Helle! Richard Pinder

Crepes in a French cafe. Enjoyed the architecture and seemed knowledgeable Enjoyed conversations about history. Guide was good at detecting what the group/family needed.

Walking tour

Saw parts of Paris that we'd never had found. Vibrant neighborhoods, hidden history and architecture that told its own story. Our guide was knowledgeable and took care to understand what we wanted to see and do. Five star experience.
