Bruges Day Trip with Audio Guide Option from Paris

Beautiful Bruges

I loved Brugges! Beautiful place, great beer, super nice people. You get there in around 3.5 hours from Paris and stay around 4.5 hours, enough time to walk the city. I would have loved to stay a bit more, as the city is beautiful and super romantic. If you choose audio guide, they give you a map and a pen that gives you the story of each place you visit. We stopped in a beer place for tasting, which was delicious. Try the waffles and of course the chocolate.

Very long trip

Very long tiring round trip 9+ hrs in bus and only4 hrs in city with lots of things to see/do , the audio system is not helpful when you are lost on the map, people in Bruges are very nice n polite, beautiful town n views

Bruges is a wonderful place to visit

Bruges itself was a wonderful place to visit. The "luxury coach" was dirty, the bathroom was not available for use on the trip to Bruges, nor was it available on the trip back to Paris, and the space is very cramped, especially if the seat in front of you reclines. However, it was nice that they had a stop in the middle of each leg of the journey to get some snacks and use the restroom there at the rest stop. Again, Bruges itself was excellent. My husband said it was the highlight of our trip.

I chose to only have transportation so I didn’t participate in the guided tour. Coach was great and the guide was very nice.

Terrible company

Awful tour company. I was on time for this tour at the wrong hotel. Upon realizing my mistake I rushed to the correct hotel and constantly called and emailed them...NO RESPONSE. No one from the tour didn't even reach out to see where I was. Just left. I did everything in my power to contact them and nothing. Now they won't refund me. Absolutely terrible company.

Charming visit to Bruge!

City is charming with lovely shopping. Would highly recommend for an out of Paris experience! Guide was very helpful. We enjoyed are time in Bruge!

Amazing experience

This was one of the best part of our vacation. This town is very beautiful and I would absolutely love to go there again.. plenty of time to look around and to take beautiful pictures.

A day in Bruge

The tour was great the bus was very comfortable and relaxing. The tour was informative. We went in late November so it was cold and raining. Wasn't able to enjoy Bruges as well due to weather. Will definitely go again in warmer weather.

Stress free travel to and from Bruges

The independent tour was perfect for us, because it allowed for stress free travel to and from Bruges, while letting us have total control over what we did. Bruges was a very walkable city, and perfect for a day trip.

Totally worth it!

Bruges is a magical and enchanting place, I felt like I stepped into a fairy tale. Surrounded by water and greenery, I loved walking by the canals, by the charming narrow street and into the main square with the magnificent buildings. My son and I enjoyed eating the famous chips, waffles and chocolates. It was a delightful trip, the bus ride was long but pleasant, going through rural farm lands, with an adequate stop to refresh and stretch our legs. I am so glad we went on this trip, it added an otherworldly charm to our Paris vacation.

Great Bruges Transportation Option

A great option if you're looking for transportation to and from Bruges with the ability to do your own thing during the day! The cost of this experience was around the same cost of a round-trip ticket from Paris to Bruges and back. The bus got into Bruges late in the morning and we left around 4:30pm, which was honestly the perfect amount of time to explore the city (I was able to grab breakfast, do a brewery tour, and do a walking tour within that time frame). My only suggestion would be to have the pick-up be a little bit more organized. Since the pick-up time is so early in the morning, there was some confusion between attendees on which bus to get on and which bus was going there. It definitely would have been helpful to have a point of contact meeting us at the bus to let us know which bus to get on.

Loved Bruges!

This is a long trip from Paris but I felt well worth it. Bruges is a beautiful city with quaint shops and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the river cruise and lunch. It was a wonderful day exploring the town. The tour was very punctual and we had plenty of time to explore.

a Day in Bruges.

My sister and I really enjoyed our day trip to Bruges in an air conditioned bus. We had all the time to see and do whatever we wanted. We hd been there four years ago with Paris City vision but it rained so much that we did not see anything then. It was a very positive experience.

An absolute MUST SEE!!

Very quaint medieval city! Our tour was very well organized and we had more than enough time to explore the city itself using the independently audio tour! Definitely worth every penny! Would definitely visit again!

For independent travelers, this is a...

<p>For independent travelers, this is a perfect trip. My daughter and I enjoyed the relaxing 4 hr bus trip from Paris to Bruges, then were walked into the center of the city by a tour guide, given a map of Bruges, and told where to meet up again after 5 hours on our own. We checked out a brewery in the historical center, ate a delicious lunch in an outdoor cafe', and shopped/walked around town. We only wish we could have spent more time in this lovely place. For those who prefer to have a tour guide with them throughout the whole day in the city, there is also that option.</p>

¡Muy buen paseo!

Paseo muy bonito y tranquilo, con suficiente tiempo para caminar, conocer, comer y comprar. La audio guía es muy útil. Los autobuses son muy cómodos. ¡Lo recomendamos!

Una mala experiencia.

La guía actuó de mala manera al pedido de una persona mayor que requirió asistencia ya que por error compró la audio guía y no la guía personalizada por lo que le dieron un aparato y la pobre señora tomó tal estado de nervios que se quería regresar a lo que la guía le respondió irónicamente. Recomiendo hacer un free tour en el lugar.

Vale a pena

Recomendaram-nos este tour em Bruges, optamos pelo independente e vale mesmo a pena sair um pouco de Paris quando se tem alguns dias extra. Na verdade há zonas lindas fora da capital!

Brujas

Un sitio lleno de historia. Se requiere mas de un día para disfrutarlo. Nos trasladamos de Paris en autobús pero nos faltó tiempo.

Hicieron lo de las vacas, la ... al final del corral

Durante nuestra estancia en Paris hicimos 3 tours con Paris City Visión: 1. Tour a brujas con audio guía 2. Visita sin colas al Louvre 3. Visita a Versalles (este solo lo hicieron mis suegros) En los dos primeros tours nos fue muy bien, el tercero a mis suegros pues no tanto. 1. El de brujas lo hicimos con audio guía puesto que queríamos recorrer la ciudad nosotros a nuestro ritmo. Los horarios fueron respetados y el bus en el que nos trasladamos era bastante cómodo con WIFI incluido durante todo el camino. 2. El de museo de Louvre nos tocó de guía una chica Argentina llamada Daniela. Muy profesional, conocedora del tema y muy sociable. Se nota que disfruta lo que hace e incluso te ayuda en cualquier cosa que le preguntes. Mi novio y yo queríamos ver la estatua de Espartaco y ella con todo gusto nos averiguó donde estaba simplemente viendo una foto en google (logró identificar la sala donde se encontraba) y gracias a eso pudimos ir a verla cuando finalizó el recorrido. 3. El de Versalles, ni mi novio ni yo fuimos pero mis suegros nos contaron que tuvieron una mala experiencia con una de las guías que les gritó porque mi suegro no estaba en el bus en el momento en que se iban a ir... uno comprende que los tours tengan horarios establecidos pero ellos también tienen que comprender que no todas las personas caminan a la misma velocidad y que a estos tours va gente de todas las edades. Mi suegra le explicó a la guía que su esposo ya venía de camino pero que caminaba un poco lento por su edad y la guía según nos cuenta ella los trató muy mal diciéndoles que los iba a dejar botados en Versalles por no respetar el tiempo (a pesar de que no fue que se quedaron haciendo otra cosa sino que la velocidad de caminata no les alcanzó) Si no tiene paciencia para un grupo de turistas de edades diversas que escoja uno de adolescentes que pueden caminar más rápido. Por dicha los esperaron y se pudieron regresar con el grupo pero definitivamente uno no va de vacaciones a un lugar para que te griten.

malos tratos

Para el tour de un día, nos tocaron 3 guías de habla ingles, español y chino. Si bien el horarios de salida lo cumplen, tuvimos malos tratos. Primero pedimos un asiento en el piso de abajo del colectivo, ya que mi mamá estaba imposibilitada de subir escaleras, y de muy mal modo nos respondieron que no hay mas, ante nuestra insistencia, se lo dieron. Luego durante el viaje, nos llamaron la atención por hablar, y a otra familia también, de muy mal modo. En Brujas, el tiempo que nos dejaron para pasear, fue menor al que nos dijeron al momento de contratar. No los recomiendo para nada

Brujas

Visitar Brujas fue como viajar en el tiempo, es un lugar mágico por sus paisajes y arquitectura. Nosotros tomamos la excursión desde París, a través de Big Bus, el servicio y el transporte de primera, muy buenos. No fue necesario comprar paquete con guía ni audio guía, el recorrido los hicimos solos y nos pareció fabuloso.
