Disappointed

We were not allowed into the garden and wer not told that in advance. Supposed to close at 8:30. But closed at 6. Still charged full price.

Louvre ticket office showed no tickets. Viator to the rescue !

Quick and efficient! Bought this ticket from Viator because the ticket office showed no tickets. Viator had tickets at my desired time. They saved the day. The cue was over 30 minutes but well worth the wait. It was my four visit to Paris and four visit to the museum. Just breathtaking beautiful. I wish there was a senior citizen line with benches to sit while you wait in the cue.

Love the Louvre

You can’t go wrong with a trip to the Louvre. Great masterpieces, history. Lines move fast, love listening to the street vendor musicians outside the museum.

Worth it but very crowded. The pass the line was long but it moved quickly.

The incredible art. The efficient staff. Well worth going. Don’t miss the floor where the Mona Lisa is. They are some other very important pieces of art that far outweigh the Mona Lisa.

Great ticket entry into Louvre

This ticket was easy to purchase and had us inside the Louvre within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend to others looking to get into the Louvre quickly.

It is expensive and the communication was awful.

They didn't answer me back, i had to cancel my reservation. It was a bad experince with the provider. However it costs so much more then the others...

No stress Louvre ticket

As expected and easy to use tickets. The voucher was a little confusing since it is not the actual ticket but it was easy to download the ticket.

A terrible guide to the louvre

The tour guide was in training. He had no conception of people could not walk as fast as him as some of us had mobility issues. We asked about elevators and he did not show us once we got to the Mona Lisa we left the tour guide would not recommend him as a tour guide. We asked him many times to please slow down.

Louvre visit

Visiting the Louve is what you personally make of it, prior planning helps and knowing what you would like to see. Having prepaid tickets is a must and getting there prior to your ticket time helps.

Stressful

It was nerve racking, as the tickets sent via app and email were not redeemable tickets, with delay and refreshing for over an hour, calling support to have them emailed again, we got into event an hour and half later, we no access to skip the line as paid for. We stood in purchase ticket line in fear of having to purchase tickets directly. Got access to tickets which were / prepaid skip line 5 minutes before paying again. Stood in rain and purchase line for 30+ minutes. Terrible experience. Make sure to download and take picture of barcode ticket before leaving hotel, coverage and WiFi little to none/slow!! If we had done this, we would have know tickets problems existed and called support early.

Fabulous Adventure

We did not have a guided tour but it was truly an experience Mona Lisa was beautiful. I would suggest getting the headset which we did not get and wish we would. But still spent about 4 hours there on our own time not guided. Very enjoyable

Louvre in an afternoon

We were able to book tickets at the list minute and able to skip the huge ticket line. Luckily, the museum was not too crowded for once and we were able to see a lot in a few short hours. Even got to see the Mona Lisa and take pics though that room was of course crowded. Can’t imagine what it’s like in a busy day. Recommend highly.

A day of beauty

It was easy to get in line at our assigned time. Louvre is well organized. Had a wonderful day viewing Beautiful artwork!

Read expectations closely

Review the expectations of tour closely. This ticket allows you to get right in line…. not skip to the front. We were in line for over an hour… and expected it to be sooner. By the time we got in to the Louvre, we didn’t have time to see everything. You should plan to be there 3-4 hours.

Memories that will last a lifetime

The most beautiful place. I saw Wing Victory and I cried. This was something I have wanted to see since my childhood and to see it in person was a dream. I met the most wonderful man who worked there and showed up around. He asked me what I wanted to see and I said the Mona Lisa and I saw it. I got to see it unlike most people don't, up close. Not only were we so close to it we had our picture taken in front of it. Yes, I cried

An amazing collection of art treasures

What a huge collection of masterpieces. I know everyone rushes to the Mona Lisa but it is a museum full of art treasures. There is so much to see you can’t take it all in but will remember the pieces that your we drawn to as you explored this fabulous place

Great time saver

Great time saver. Was actually in the Louvre 10 minutes earlier than our designated time slot. Highly suggest this.

Worth every cent

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. The tour was fascinating. Four out of four stars. We really did walk to the front of line. Our guide is working on her PHD in Art History. She went in details we would never would have known about different pieces.

Easy way to get tickets to the Louvre

Great experience at an amazing museum! Getting tickets easily online was key with the huge crowds. Definitely have a plan if you go because you won't be able to see everything.

Too many people!

We still waited in line for a half hour. Too many tickets are sold to the Louvre. Way too many people in the building to see a lot of the art. It is disappointing as the museum is absolutely beautiful.

Gorgeous museum. Viator should indicate closing time of museum is 5:45 (they start shutting down sections). With an entrance time of 4, and lines still to get in, no way to see much in that time.

It was my amzing experience of Louvre Museum in Paris Its iconic architecture and world-renowned masterpieces make it a must-visit destination for art enthusiasts worldwide.

Convenient booking and planning

Loved the visit to the museum. We got the tickets on time and everything was as expected. However I did not see were or how to get hold of the tour guide , in case we wanted to use him . We ended up navigating Louvre by ourselves!

You must visit the Louvre!

Highly recommend you buy a timed admission ticket to avoid the interminable lines. Highlights for me were the Greek antiquities, the Venus de Milo, and of course seeing the Mona Lisa.

Art at it's finest.

Amazing artifacts, breathtaking paintings, fantastic architecture/buildings... Long lineups to enter even with timed entry tickets. Crowded venu. If you can overlook the crowds and waits, you won't regret going.

Buy direct from the Louvre instead

buy your ticket directly from the Louvre. You can do better buying direct. I wasted time and money booking though Viator

So much to see

Delivered exactly what was promised. Spend as much or as little time as you wish, but there will always be more to see. The Mona Lisa is nice but overrated (in my opinion) and the area over-crowded, so you have the option to enjoy less crowded areas of the museum.

Scam

A total scam! Could not access outdoor shortcut lines with Viator ticket. After 3 hrs in line got inside to ticket office. Result was I bought a ticket directly from the museum for less than half that I had paid Viator. Scam confirmed by Louvre ticket office. Never could access Viacom for assistance.

Was looking for a last minute ticket for the Louvre (for a Sunday visit). Was delighted to get ticket and it was emailed to me v promptly. Great communication by seller.

The Olympian exhibition was A must see! Every aspect of the museum was interesting in its own right.

Misguided marketing

I expected to have a guide with knowledge . I could not download the map etc . I was expected to walk around and look but not understand the French placards . I would have been better off going directly and getting the service from the experienced staff .

Tickets worked just like expected and had no issues. If you order your tickets after 5pm (like me) you won’t get the tickets till next morning even if you going the next day

Book early and get a guided tour

Process was easy if you read the email received. Preferred the e-ticket vs meet up - gave us the flexibility to enter early.. I reserved headsets at the Louvre because I read the WiFi was spotty - which it was. The audio guide is great if you don’t reserve in time for actual guide - which we preferred but wasn’t available. Be sure to read instructions to audio guide - took me half the tour to figure it out.

Super easy way to get fast access to the Louvre! Highly recommend buying tickets before! Very punctual and easy to use the tickets on your phone.

We were able to bypass the very long line with our tickets and had a wonderful visit. It probably saved us at least an hour.

Visit if you’re really into Renaissance & religious art - otherwise rather go to Musee d’Orsay

Worth visiting the outside of the Louvre as the building, Pyramid and gardens leading all the way to the Place de La Concorde (and l’Arc de Triomphe in the distance) - if you are participating interested in Renaissance and religious art, then worth a visit but Mona Lisa busy and views not great as you have to stand several metres away. I would rather have taken my kids to Musee d’Orsay which is an architectural masterpiece with exceptional Impressionist art. The Louvre has become a money-making machine unfortunately and very different to my last visit in early 2000s - the exit channels you through an underground mall that is clearly geared towards consumerism and getting patrons to spend even more money - I found this annoying when it was very hot and crowded and all we wanted to do was get outside! Having said this - the ticketing service by George was excellent and I have no complaints there.

Last minute for louve

If your last minute like me then this is for you. For the louvre you need a timed ticket! You don’t want to wait outside in the long line in the sun. Also get inside at the place du carousel entrance. If taking the metro it stops there. We had luggage with us and they have a free area to lock up your back packs. Enjoy great museum.

Challenging

Your staff was so kind when we had questions. My husband cannot do steps so it was more of a challenge than enjoyable. Was a bit shocked with so many people there were not more lifts and or ramps.

Not sure if I would recommend to go into the Louvre.

We found the process a little disorganized. Despite the information given we ended up in a queue for 1-hour, then another queue for 30-minutes. The levels were not clear with the crowd that was there. The Mona Liza was a push & shove to the front then 30-seconds for photos then pushed out. This could have been easily avoided by having more processes in people traffic.

It is just a plain entry ticket to the museum. Don’t expect anything else.

The Louvre museum is great, crowed with long lines at entrance! We joined the line 40 minutes ahead of our time slot and got inside another 20 minutes passed the hour. The only complaint is that they close at 6pm while the sunset passed 9pm. But this deal did NOT offer cut-the-line or any perks but just a plain entry ticket! The premium paid for the ticket had little to no return - if you can, buy from the museum directly, much cheaper.
