Eiffel Tower Entry to 2nd Floor By Elevator and Seine Cruise

Genuinely baffling how...

Genuinely baffling how difficult it is to book something that should be easy. A clear explanation for example of available options seems to be beyond the capability of the operator. Were it not for the Seine cruise which was excellent, I would have rated this even lower. The Eiffel tower is a good 10 minute walk from the office. It would help if the guide would provide some of that history but he barely could speak to it. Don't bother.

A must do!

Marcella was a lovely, well informed guide as was the initial guide who met us at the office. Despite a delay to the opening of the Eiffel Tower that day, they were reassuring and sorted everything efficiently.

Seeing the Tower twinkle!!! Beautiful sight . We loved that we “ skipped the line”. It was a very windy day but we didn’t mind

Beautiful views of the city at night

Our tour guide to the Eiffel tower was great. Learned a lot about its history. Group entry is definitely worth it. Best part is since we were in a group the street peddlers left us alone. Giving 4 stars only because picking such a late time there wouldn't have been enough time to really enjoy the tower portion (needs 2 hrs) and do the cruise the same night. Luckily the cruise tickets were also reserve entry and good for several months. So we did the cruise the day after. Night cruise was good. But wonder if day cruise would be better.

Awful tour company

Second strike with this tour group. Save your money and don’t book with this company. Guide walked very fast and barely told us history of the tower. He gave us like 5 minutes of facts while we stood in front of the elevator and then left us when we got to the second floor. The line to elevator was long and wait was an hour a there is absolutely no advantage to booking with this company because we still had to wait behind the people who just bought elevator tickets for that day for a lot less. Please just book just tickets in advance straight from the place you’re going and don’t use this tour company. They are unprofessional and just care to have their money. We have booked tours before for other countries and they have all been great until this tour company. Do your research and check their reviews on Google.

The guide Catalina was excellent. I liked how she made the tour a game. She was great with our group.

Eiffel Tower and river cruise

Jean-Baptiste was a fantastic tour guide. He was funny, informative and patient. It was great to skip the line. He told us the history of the Eiffel Tower and what to see and then left us to view the Tower ourselves. The River cruise was good. I like the flexibility of taking the cruise anytime.

Eiffel Tour at Night

We had a very personable guide who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Loved our nighttime tour and learning about the different places around the city.

Our guide could not have been better. He was equipped with a wealth of knowledge and could not have been more passionate and energetic in his presentation KUDOS TO HIM!

Amazing tour

The tour was amazing. Our tour guide, Rafael was the sweetest boy. The boat ride was excellent as well.

Worth it!

Great English speaking guide. The guide made it fun! He gave details and history. And the Seine trip was beautiful at night—the cruise tickets are ‘go on your own’ and we chose 9pm. Perfect!

Don't care about customers

I was late getting to tour. Called while in taxi was 10 mins away. Explained line for taxi from train London was almost 75 people long. No expected!!! They did nothing to help me. I had 2 excursion they could of had me meet at the second one. Not offered!!! I am a past customer with viator. No refund offered. Email sent to said. BEST REGARDS! Seriously!!! Such bad and rude customer service

Not all the way to the top guided tour

The guide was very nice and helpful. You are left on your own at the end. You meet a little off from the tower and it is warm still in September so bring a neck fan or hand fan.

Best Eiffel Tour!

WOW what a great, fun and educational experience! I've visited the Eiffel Tower 2x before, but never had I learned so much about the building of the tower as well as the fun history surrounding it! Our guide Yazid was fun and was sure to include the whole group in the experience, took the time to take individual photos of each member of the tour, and gave us ample time to explore on our own once his tour wrapped up! 10/10 experience!

Beautiful day on the Effile Tower.

Our guide, Raphiel was knowledgable, informative, humorous and had great interpersonal skills. The sights were wonderful.

Dull wet cold summertime experience at euro disney

Euro disney expensive too busy and rides don’t last long. Pure rip off staff not very customer friendly only odd few. Rained throughout remember when it was first being built it was controversial as why have a disney theme park in Europe where weather is mainly cold and wet. Orlando cant beat the weather. But had to do euro disney for sake of kids. In Paris itself - Nice view of the tower but queues as alway very long and pleasant river cruise but did nod off half way. Not in a hurry to go back to Paris

All about the tour guide

As for the Eiffel Tour, our tour guide Yazid was great. He was funny and full of history and great insight as to the history of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend him. As for the Seine River Cruise, if you want just a nice ride with no frills than this works. If you want drink or food or a tour guide, find another cruise.

We really enjoyed Marcella. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a great tour of the Eiffel Tower from the city view. She was clear with the instructions on where to board the cruise. Also worth it to skip the line.

Excellent experience

The ticket collection office was easy to find and the staff spoke excellent English. Our guide, Raphael, was delightful. He was knowledgeable, patient and answered all questions with humour. We went to the second platform and enjoyed wonderful views of Paris, Raphael pointing out the landmarks and giving a potted history of each. The boat trip was across the road from the Tower and easy to find but it wasn’t ‘Skip the line’ and we had to queue for an hour to get onboard. The trip was punctual (boats every thirty minutes) and lasted an hour. There was the facility to download an audio guide, however the live commentary was excellent. We would recommend this trip.

Suggested To Do.

Although with all the security now it's not as impressive on the ground level as in the past it's stil beautiful when up on the tower. So much to see, and you can just sit there and have a drink, eat some ice cream, or just relax and watch the world go by. Guide at the Tower was good, though hard to hear at times. River Crusie is good as well.

Excellent, highly recommend!!. I booked this excursion because I really didn’t want to waste precious time standing in a queue and this was a great decision. Yazid (our guide) promised that he would “make us fall in love with Paris and the Eiffel Tower” and with his excellent English, superb knowledge and witty banter, he lived up to this and more. Beautiful evening walk to the Eiffel Tower. Marcella was an excellent guide switching easily between 3 languages to make sure then entire group was informed and knew where to go and hear her great info. She was very knowledgeable about all the districts of Paris and explained everything we saw around the tower. Great guide.

Disappointed

Hard to understand and knowledge not so great. Last year when I used Viator for the Eiffel Tower the tour guide was very good, this time disappoints

Eiffel Tower and Seine River Cruise will not disappoint!

Our (early evening) tour of the Eiffel Tower was part of a long awaited family trip and it did not disappoint. Our tour guide was quite knowledgeable and was able to speak in a few different languages to accommodate the mix of people in our group. The view from the Eiffel even at just the second floor is wonderful. We saved the Seine River Cruise for the next day, in the morning when the lines were shorter, and can say we definitely enjoyed that very much.

Eifel tower excellent. cruise at night very disappointing. dark, steep steps. poor visibility. boat was ok with easy access onto boat itself.

Great Paris experience

Great experience going up the Eiffel Tower - our guide Catalina was brilliant, very knowledgeable and great sense of humour! Also loved the river cruise getting to see Paris from the boat.

No waiting in line

Guide was ok. Hard to hear her at times and didn’t really slow down to explain the site locations at the 2nd floor. It was nice to cut through the long line so that part was worth it.

Cold but worth it

Martin was fabulous! Made braving the freezing temps worth it. His passion for the Eiffel Tower and France is contagious. Will not disappoint.

Eiffel Tower tour

Knowledgeable tour guide, the tour ran on time without large queues times. Skip the line tickets were probably unnecessary as the Eiffel Tower was not busy on this day. I would recommend this product during busy periods.

Great knowledge about the Eiffel Tower from our guide with some Fun facts thrown in too. Group size was really good too - not too many people so you could keep up with everyone.

Awesome guide and experience

It was awesome and the guide (Marcella - I hope I spelt her name right!) was really friendly and nice and cheerful, and shared a lot of useful information. She was a critical element in this 5-star rating!!

Short but sweet!

Marcela was a wonderful guide! Well spoken, comfortable with people, and provided interesting information. She definitely kept our attention. The tour was short - once up on the tower, she took us around the platform and pointed out various monuments around Paris, with some historical details about each, as well as some trivia about the tower itself. The boat trip was lovely, and the flexible dates on it were perfect as we were able to pick when to go based on weather. Overall, I would say that this is a perfect tour if your visit to Paris is short - gives you the greatest hits while providing some great opportunities for photos. We went in the evening as the sun was setting. Perfect!

Enjoying Paris

Very interesting visit and knowledgeable guide! Skipping the lines help a lot to spend more time in the tower and less staying in line.

Guide did a good job,...

Guide did a good job, would have liked more of the history and other events to have been shared. Nice to get up the tower quicker, mostly since it was so hot. Going up the Eiffel tower is over rated and going on the River was even less.

They stole my money

I Booked The tour, the Eiffel tower part was great but then when we tried to board the River Cruise the company had problems with the electricity on their boats and couldn't give us the service. Understandable as we know sometimes problems happen. But when we asked for a half refund as we did not get half of the tour, we were told it was not possible. Unbelievable , you buy a service, you don't get the service and they don't give you the money back, that's called stealing.

Trip up the Eiffel Tower and seine trip

Very good trip. Our guide miryam was able to get us quickly through the queues. It was fantastic to go to 2nd platform and learn a bit of the history of the tower. Great fun walking down. The trip on the seine was a great way to relax after.

Great experience!

Easy and quick to book through Tripadvisor app. You receive a voucher which you redeem at the tour operators office a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The host meets you there and takes you on the tour. You have to arrive 15 minutes before departure. Worthwhile trip for the views across Paris and you also skip the queues.

Do it!

Loved the Eiffel Tower skip the line experience. Such an icon! The walk over was a little fast for me and the info was good, but could have been more engaging. Mostly great.
