Delighted with this company’s service. Contacted me 2 days prior to travelling to confirm details. This was very reassuring as booking had been made a few months earlier and no payment taken. Again contacted on arrival at CDG airport at 10pm and drivers were waiting to pick us up. Importantly, the 2 large mini vans had the 2 child safety seats and booster seats we had requested for a 2,4 and 9 year old. (not many companies seem to offer this and also cheaper than many others!). The drivers were very efficient and helpful in spite of us being delayed due to a baggage problem. The return journey was equally smooth with text from driver confirming his arrival and details, all of which made travelling with a party of 13 much easier. Would definitely recommend Win Transfers and will use again when we visit Paris again.

AVOID Viator and This Company

Confirmed with provider for 2 vans day of pickup 3x the day before. Owner asked for 19euro per van after booking. Only one showed up and Driver said I owed another 19euro. Both Viator and Owner refused to reimburse for a no show Van or the extra money

Late Again

This is my third transfer with Viator. Very disappointing that twice I was waiting at the airport for more than 30 Minutes. The timing should be more precise when all The information about flight arrival is easily available by mobile phone.

Great ride into Paris

There was a hiccup with the initial driver due to a flight delay & longer than expected time processing thru Customs at CDG airport. The backup driver was friendly, responsive, & patient as we made our way into Paris. The driver of the return trip was good as well.

Bad bad bad

Bad experience. Pickup was late 30+ minutes which may be kind of OK if it weren't for the fact that they were radio silent and unresponsive throughout. They only reached out when they arrived to the airport... when we were already waiting for a confirmed Uber Van. Ended up cancelling the Uber van for a €15 cancellation fee instead of dealing with trying to get a refund from Viator for the €120 booking. To make things more interesting... we had only booked a 1-way ride to our destination (Orly->Disney Paris). So a couple of days later I was shocked when we were about to return from Disney to Orly and were again waiting for an Uber van... and the same transfer company I booked from Viator called me to tell me that the van was waiting there for me! Even though I hadn't booked a return trip!... So, they were late and unresponsive for the actual booking, and then showed up fro a trip I never booked! Just use Uber or some other service where you can actually call someone and where they actually pick up the phone.

No show!

Driver did not show. They called to say they would be 15-20 minutes late. By 25 minutes late I called the ParisShuttle office and got no answer. So I called an Uber. All the delay cost me thirty minutes of extra magic time at Disneyland Paris. Super lame.

No feedback from the transportation service (phone disconnected) on time they will come. Viator did nothing to reimburse us when we asked how the driver knew what time to show up. Took 3 international phone calls with viator to get them to do anything. Their answer was wait and if he doesn’t show we can reimburse you then. Driver did end up showing though 20 min late and we paid for a van and got a small car. Jammed my family in it and made it to Disney. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

A No Show on Booked Return Trip

The Trip from the Hotel at La Défense to Disneyland was nice with Mr. Gabriel. Good topic about his hobby in I.T. However, the return trip was not a good experience. The agreed trip did not show up. Waited for an hour & tried callng the provided contact number but going to pre recorded answering machine. Very Disappointing since your tired of the wholeday activity and No transport back.

<p>The journey from our hotel to Disney was not that great. The driver was asking too many questions relating to our transport arrangement to the airport, kept pushing to sell his company's service. When we told him we have already booked the transfer, he asked which company did we book from. He driving skill was not very desirable. And he gave us the wrong information on the pick up location back to the city from Disney. In the end we waited 30 minutes and realised we were waiting at the wrong place.</p> <p>I have to say the journey back from Disney was a lot more comfortable. The driver was skilled in his driving, focused, and polite.</p>

When we finally connected with our driver he was very courteous and the trip was much quicker than advertised.</p>

<p>Viator found better pricing on transfers than other sources, sometimes by hundreds of Euros. I would recommend this service. Only challenges, phone numbers provided may not have English on the other side as a language, which makes it difficult to find out where your driver is located when late. You may also be required to 'contact' the shuttle service upon arrival at the airport, which again brings into issue the phone numbers cause. I also had issues with the App working consistently in France. I would use this service again.</p>

the issue we had was other company...

<p>the issue we had was other company had somehow picked up our name, so when we arrived at the airport we went with the person who had a board with our name. Come to find out, it was not from our Viator reservation and they wanted us to pay or they would leave us on the highway. In the end they did bring us to the hotel and we did not pay them since we had prepaid and when we got in the van I showed my voucher A little disturbing another company had my name, did I say there were 7 of us. Viator did call to find out where we were but at that point we were in the van with the other company</p>

<p>This is a very convenient way to get to Disneyland Paris from Paris city center. There were four of us and the cost is just a little bit more expensive than doing the shared bus ride. The shared bus ride would have meant an additional trek to the pick-up point. With the private transfer, you then have the convenience of setting your own departure time and pick-up time and you get picked-up from your hotel/starting point no need to go to some other location. Our driver on the way to Disneyland was excellent. Our driver on the way back was not that bad, except that he kept checking his phone or something constantly. The only mitigating factor was that we were so tired that we all fell asleep on the way back. </p> <p>Note that you pre-set the departure time from your hotel/starting point and pick-up time at Disneyland Paris. That means you have the flexibility to choose before you start the trip, but the car does not wait for you so you have to still wait for the pick-up time even if you want to leave earlier.</p>

<p>100 spot on : Our driver was waiting when we cleared passport control and took us straight to his vehicle which had plenty of room for our party of four adults. I had rang the taxi office in Paris the day before to confirm our trip in view of the issues in Paris and spoke to an English speaking lady who was, like the driver, friendly and efficient. We were dropped off right outside our hotel. On the way back I again spoke to the office who were happy to change our pick up time and the driver arrived right on time. We were dropped outside our terminal at CDG. I should also mention that unlike some companies Viator offered the chance to cancel our trip in view of the awful terrorism without any penalty. All in all brillliant customer service all round and will use Viator again.</p>

<p>This was my first time using Viator. I was unsure about some of the details so rang customer service who helped me with my booking. The provider was great. They turned up on time and were less expensive than the prices quoted by my travel agent and the resort we stayed in.</p>

We had to ask a staff member of the hotel to translate for us. The driver was not aware that we had a transfer back but indicated that if the pick up was 4.30pm on the return journey, then 4.35pm would be the latest and we would have to find our way back if we were not at the allocated place on time! <br/> At Disney where it was windy, cold and raining all day, we decided to stay two extra hours as the rides were delaying due to the bad weather. However, Viator did not reply to any of our email requests no telephone number indicated on the vouchers all day.<br/> We started to make our way back to the entrance at 4pm as our youngest child had a fractured knee and was on crutches and could not move quickly as the ground was wet. We got to the allocated spot at 4.20pm. By 4.50pm when no one had turned up, we spoke to some supervisors this was a bus drop off/pick up and train station as well who informed us that no Paris shuttlethe name of the cab service that did the transfer came to this point. In a panic we rang Paris Shuttle on a number found on their website and they said the taxi will be here in 10 minutes. At 5.20pm, I saw a driver of an unmarked car on the opposite side of the road holding a name board looking for someone. I ran across the road and found out that this was our taxi! Although wet tired, angry AND hungry, we finally had our ride which we were thankful for. This driver was friendly and with the limited knowledge of English managed to have a chat all the way back. He said he could not find us for about 15minutes. This was obviously due to the miscommunication with the first driver.<br/> Not a great experience but recommend Disney!</p>
