Climate: Climate of the country varies as per the area. In fact, inland is cooler than the coast and rainfall increases as the land rises, with heavy rain from month of January to March. The hottest and wettest season in this region is from October to March. From April to September the coast is warm and mainly witnesses dry weather warmed by sea breezes.

shipping company with the Seamen Book and passport

Residence Visa/Work Permit

The Applicant must have a valid passport with minimum validity of 6 months

A letter of invitation from Mozambique accordingly stamped by the Immigration Department in Mozambique
A copy of the Contract from the Ministry of Trabajo (Labor)
A copy of Contract with the local Company
Police Clearance Certificate

If accompanying spouse, a copy of the Marriage Certificate is required
If accompanying a Child (below 16 years of age), copies of the Birth Certificate is also required
