To view and manage your bookings, please login to your EaseMyTrip account with your registered email address and password. All of your bookings will be available under 'My Booking' section.
All your bookings can be viewed under 'My Booking' section. If you are unable to view a particular booking, please recheck and ensure that you are logged in using the same email address that was used at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, E-ticket is sent instantly to your email address used at the time of booking. Please check your inbox including junk and spam folders to ensure you have received the e-ticket. Alternatively, you can also visit 'My Booking' section on web or app to download the e-ticket.
There can be multiple reasons for payment failure, like poor internet connectivity, issues with payment gateway, incorrect bank/card details, or insufficient funds in your account. Please ensure that the payment details entered are correct and you are connected to internet. If the problem persists, we recommend you to retry with some other payment gateway.
