Tourist Visa

- The validity of Applicant's passport should be at least 6 months beyond the intended stay in Egypt. Applicants should attach photocopy of identification pages (first, second and last page) of the passport with the application.
- Two duly filled in visa application form (photocopy allowed).
- Two recent passport size color photographs (camera clicked) with white back ground. The application should not be older than 3 months.
- The application should be enclosed with confirmed onward / return air ticket and its photocopy.
- Application should also be enclosed with proof of hotel confirmation.
- Applicant should attach a covering letter with the visa application form stating his / her purpose of travel.
- The Visa application form should be enclosed with proof of funds. The foreign exchange endorsements or copy of international credit card should be attached with the form.
- Original latest bank statement for the last six months with bank's official seal. If the applicant is holding a passbook, then the passbook should be submitted in original.
- Proof of Income Tax returns for past three years should be attached.
- Once issued, the visa will be valid for 30 days and is issued for a stay of 30 days, which can further be extended in Cairo

Business Visa

The validity of Applicant's passport should be at least 6 months beyond the intended stay in Egypt. Applicants should attach photocopy of identification pages (first, second and last page) of the passport with the application.
- Two duly filled in visa application form (photocopy allowed).
- Two recent passport size color photographs (camera clicked) with white back ground. The application should not be older than 3 months.
- The application should be enclosed with confirmed onward / return air ticket and its photocopy.
- The application form should be enclosed with a covering letter from the Indian company.
- A letter of Invitation from the business associates in Egypt should be attached with the application form and a copy of the same should be faxed directly to the Embassy.
- The applicant should attach a letter specifying the complete details of the Inviter (in Egypt).
- Visa application should be enclosed with proof of funds. Foreign exchange endorsements or copy of international credit card can also be attached.
- Original latest bank statement for the last six months with bank's official seal. If the applicant is holding a passbook, then the passbook should be submitted in original.
- The Income Tax returns for the last three years should be attached with the application form.
- The documentary proof of hotel confirmation is to be attached with the application form.
- Once issued, the visa will be valid for 30 days and is issued for a stay of 30 days, which can further be extended in Cairo.
- The processing time for visa can take up to 4 to 5 working days.
Transit Visa

- Two recent passport size color photographs (camera clicked) with white back ground. The application should not be older than 3 months.
- The application should be enclosed with confirmed onward / return air ticket and its photocopy.
- The application form should be submitted with a covering letter from the applicant.
- The applicant's passport should be attached with the onward country visa.
- The proofs of funds in the form of foreign exchange endorsements or copy of international credit card can also be attached.
- Once issued, the visa validity is of 30 days with maximum stay of 3 days is allowed.
- The visa processing time is from 4 to 5 working days.
Seamen Visa

Seamen Visa is required.
- The validity of Applicant's passport should be at least 6 months beyond the intended stay in Egypt. Applicants should attach photocopy of identification pages (first, second and last page) of the passport with the application.
Two duly filled in visa application form (photocopy allowed).
- Two recent passport size color photographs (camera clicked) with white back ground. The application should not be older than 3 months.
- Applicant should get confirmed air ticket up to Cairo or onwards.
- A covering letter from the shipping company should be attached with the application form.
- Applicant should submit Seamen booklet with photocopy.
- Applicant's passport should have onward country visa.
- One must submit proof of funds. Foreign exchange endorsements or copy of international credit card.
- Once issued, the visa validity is of 30 days with maximum stay of 3 days is allowed.
- The visa processing time is from 4 to 5 working days.
Work Permit Visa
