Tourist Visa
- Application form dully filled and signed by the applicant
- Two recent passport size (35 x 45 mm) colored photographs clicked against white background with 70 -80% of face detection
- A passport with validity of at least 3 months beyond the planned duration of stay in the Schengen territory having at least two blank pages
- Passport with more than 10 years of validity will not be accepted as main travel document
- A cover letter stating the reason to visit with complete details of host/relative/hotel in Malta
- Confirm return/onward flight ticket
- Travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen-countries from the approved list of Indian Travel Insurance Companies
- Accommodation proof (confirmation of reservation of hotel/apartment)
- Copy of PAN Card and Adhar Card along with the visa application
- In case of not having either of the documents, inform the same in the covering letter
- Proof of adequate funds to cover your trip to Malta
- Bank Statement of the last 3 months
- Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years
- Salary Slips for the last 3 months
- Copy of Front & back page with Visa copies of the passport
- Foreign nationals living in India have to submit valid permit for returning to India
- Its processing time can take up to 20 working days or more
- Minors travelling have to submit a written approval of their parents/ guardian
- Visa fee is non-refundable
- Applicants may be asked for other documents or called for personal presence if demanded by The High Commission of Malta, New Delhi
