Tourist (B2) Visa
- One duly filled Visa Application form and signed by the applicant. (1 application form per person).
- Two latest (not older than six months) passport-size photographs in color with white background. Photograph should be pasted, NOT stapled. For applicants from Delhi – photo size should be (55 * 55 mm) & for applicants from Mumbai- photo size should be (35 * 45 mm).
- All documents (requisite) should be in A4 size and not in back to back format, applicable for Delhi only.
- The Applicant’s Passport should be valid for at least six months (any other type of travel document must be valid for at least six months), beyond the intended duration of stay in the Israel territory. The passport should have at least one blank page to affix the visa.
- Application form should be enclosed with a covering letter from the applicant introducing himself / herself, mentioning the purpose, duration and itinerary of the entire visit (in short).
- One VFS Consent form duly signed by the Applicant.
- A leave letter from employer / school mentioning the dates of travel / No-Objection Certificate (if applicable).
- Documentary proof of funds for stay / evidence of source of Financial support such as: Bank statements for past three months (Name of the applicant need to be certified by the bank in the statement). Statement downloaded from the internet WILL NOT be considered.
- Evidence of purpose of the visit: proof of accommodation, such as confirmed hotel reservation or confirmation of any organized tour.
- A copy of detailed Travel Itinerary or copy of booking should be attached with the application form.
- Overseas travel medical insurance is valid for Israel. The insurance must cover the applicant for approx. 40,000 US$ or equivalent, for all kind of risks such as accident, medical emergency evacuation, illness etc. The policy should clearly specify the period of validity and must cover the complete duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure.
- One Color Photocopy of the first and last page of the passport (in one page) should be attached with the visa application form.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling without one or both parents or without a legal guardian should be present in the Embassy at the time of interview (both the parents and legal guardian) and also a copy of 1st and last page of parent’s passport.
Note: Apart from the above mentioned documents, applicants could be asked for additional documents or might be called for Interview (if required by The Embassy / Consulate General of Israel).
Visa Processing time will be a minimum of 4 working days (including day submission at VFS) for B2 Visa and minimum of 4 working days (including day of Submission at VFS) for B1 and A2 Visa (after getting an approval from the Ministry of Interior in Israel). Applications accepted at The Israel Visa Application Centers will be submitted on the next working day to the Embassy / Consulate General of Israel.
Applicants can collect the processed passports after a minimum of Five working days & Eight Working days as the case may be (including day of submission at VFS) from The Israel Visa Application Centers between 1300 Hrs -1600 Hrs.
The Visa Fee will be accepted in CASH only.

IVS Charges: Applicants applying at the Israel Visa Application Centre will be levied a service charge of Rs. 748/- (inclusive of service tax & education cess), payable in cash.

Application should be enclosed with a signed invitation letter (in Hebrew) from the Israeli company having the following details:**
- Name of the applicant invited.
- Passport number of the applicant.
- Duration of visit & purpose of travel to Israel.
- Days of the intended stay and dates of Visit.

A Covering letter from the Indian organization or company giving following details should also be enclosed with the application:
- The name and designation of the applicant, and also of the signatory (of managerial or executive level) with signature verifying that the applicant will be visiting the Israeli company concerned.
- An outline of the applicant's travel itinerary, purpose of visit, names and addresses of the companies he/she intends to pay a visit to.
- Number of days the applicant will be staying in the country.
Evidence of funds for stay / proof of source of financial support like:
- Bank statements of past three months (the Name of the applicant should be certified by the bank in the statement) -- Statement downloaded from the internet WILL NOT be accepted.
- Salary Statements for the last 2 months.
- Income Tax returns statements for the past three years.
- Confirmed Flight Ticket Booking.
- Overseas travel medical insurance is valid for Israel. The insurance must cover the applicant for approx. 40,000 US$ or equivalent, for all kind of risks such as accident, medical emergency evacuation, illness etc. The policy should clearly specify the period of validity and must cover the complete duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure. Applicant can submit B1 visa category application ONLY if he / she have approval from the Ministry of Interior in Israel.
- One duly filled Visa Application form and signed by the applicant. (1 application form per person).
