Tourist Visa

The applicant should possess a passport with validity for at least 6 months from the date of entry with (one set of photocopy).
The photocopy of the passport on A4 size paper and should be attested by the Gazetted officer. One duly filled-in and completed visa application form (photocopy allowed).
Two latest passport-size photographs are required.
Applicant should submit a typed covering letter from his / her employer on business letterhead, with contact details, mentioning peculiar details like, a leave of absence has been granted, the purpose and duration of the trip, and that he / she will be returning to the present current job. If the applicant is self-employed, he / she need to attach a copy of his business license and tax return. In case of students, one needs to submit an official letter from the school indicating that the student is in good standing and are registered for the upcoming semester. If the applicant is retired, he / she need to submit the proof of retirement fund.
The applicant should attach a copy of the Work Permit, Residence Permit, Or Copy of National Identity Card, Passport copy of the Host.
A sworn statement from the Host (done at Botswana Immigration Department or Police Station) should be submitted with the application.
Applicants should attach the proof of funds like International credit card copy and foreign currency endorsement on passport with the application.
The applicant should submit the onward country visa (if any).
The confirmed air ticket and hotel confirmation in Botswana should be attached with the visa application.
Certified bank statement of past 2 months should be attached.

Business Visa
