Note: If the applicant has a valid Schengen visa then he /she doesn't require Bosnian visa for maximum 7 days but, it is mandatory that they have to enter Bosnia from a Schengen country via Air or by road transit European country. But if they are entering to Bosnia and Herzegovina directly then they need to obtain a Visa.

• The Applicant should possess a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
• A duly filled and completed Visa application form.
• One latest passport-size photograph.
• Applicant should attach confirmed onward / return air ticket with the application.
• Applicant should also mention onward visa (if any).
• The applicant should obtain a covering letter on the concerned Company's Letterhead stating his name, title, purpose and time duration of visit.
• An invitation letter (attested by Bosnian authorities) from the Inviting / Sponsoring Bosnian National mentioning the Applicant's name, passport number, date of birth, purpose, duration of visit and other details should be attached.
• Travel Insurance is required.
• Confirmed Hotel Reservation is required.
• Applicant should submit the proof of funds like bank statements for past 3 months, Income Tax Returns & copies of credit card with the application form.
• The Applicant will need to come for personal interview with the Ambassador.
• The visa application processing time will take from 4 to 5 working days.
