Tourist Visa

Note: Embassy does not issue a Tourist visa however in few particular cases Visit Visa can be provided by them. Personal presence is mandatory if desired by the Embassy.
The Applicants' passport validity should be at least more than 6 months more than the expiry of Visa.
One visa form (photocopy allowed) appropriately filled in and signed by Applicant
Two recently clicked passport-size color photographs
A cover letter from the Applicant, explaining the reason to visit
Photocopy of the Letter of Invitation from the Ministry of External Affairs, Republic of Azerbaijan or An original Invitation letter in Azeri Language from the concerned host Company, along with a copy of their Registration Certificate.
If you are going on a personal invitation, submit photocopy of the passport and residence certificate of the host in Azerbaijan.
Confirm onward / return flight ticket
IT returns for the last 3 years
Bank statement of last 3 months
An overseas Medical Insurance Policy (from any Insurance Company)
HIV test certificate from Embassy authorized doctor
Its processing time may take 5 working days
Please note that the visa officer can ask for other documents, as per the case
Visa Fee for Single Entry for 1 month is Rs. 2300
Visa Fee for Double Entry for 3 months is Rs. 4000

Business Visa

The Applicants' passport validity should be at least more than 6 months more than the expiry of Visa.

A cover letter from the Applicant, requesting to issue the Business visa (on Organization letterhead and signed by someone other than the Applicant) referred to the Consular Department, Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-110057.
Original invitation letter from the inviting Organization / Firm in Azerbaijan on the Firm's letterhead, in Azeri language and addressed to the Consular Department, mentioning all the relevant details of the Applicant.
A copy of the Registration Certificate of the inviting company/organization/firm in Azerbaijan
Confirm onward / return flight ticket
IT returns for the last 3 years
Bank statement of last 3 months
