Q3: My flight was cancelled by Indian government due to lockdown (till 25th May). How am I supposed to cancel and get a refund?

A: At the time you cancelled your flight, the flight was in good standing. Hence you will not be able to claim any further refund or benefits.
Q12: Why EaseMyTrip is not offering full-refund in this catastrophic situation?
A: These charges are levied by the airlines (not by EaseMyTrip), we understand your concern, but we are helpless as we have to follow procedures made by airlines. Q13: I paid cancellation fees, while cancelling my Indigo flight (for travel between 13 March - 30th April). Can you help me reclaim it?

A: Please fill out the form: https://air.asia/Vt9rc if you wish to cancel/reissue your AirAsia flight. With this form AirAsia will directly respond to you. There are some issues in live APIs of AirAsia, hence we have to do it manually. Waivers offered by AirAsia (once you fill this form): Reschedule & no-show charges are waived for 15th April travel
