  • Passengers need to carry RT-PCR report to proceed the journey. The report must not be older than 48 hrs and the timeline starts from the swab collection time.

Quarantine:
  • No institutional/home quarantine if you have a negative COVID-19 report.

Passenger Obligation

  • Every passenger coming through flights have to carry a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report issued from an ICMR approved lab.

Guidelines for international passengers
For travelers arriving from UK, Europe, South Africa, Middle East, and Brazil
  • Passengers arriving from Brazil (as origin) require 7 days mandatory institutional quarantine. This applies to all the passengers of belonging to Maharashtra state who are arriving in Mumbai at international airport.
  • The passengers from other states than Maharashtra having connecting flights will be allowed to proceed after showing negative report for COVID-19.
  • If travelers found positive, they will be quarantined at Seven Hills Hospital if arrived from UK. If arriving from other regions like South Africa, Europe, and Middle East, then they will be shifted to G.T Hospital or any other designated private hospitals.
  • Quarantine is exempted for the individuals working under Vande Bharat Mission, working in Embassy, or as per circular issued by the Director of Land Acquition. Exempted passengers for institutional quarantine are:
  • - Person elder than 65 years
  • - Pregnant women
  • - Parents accompanying children below than 5 years
  • - Extreme family distress condition
  • - Those who have taken COVID-10 vaccine
  • - Medical professionals


Health Screening:
  • Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport
  • Passengers need to show negative RT-PCR test reports issued not older than 72 hrs prior to arrival.
  • RT-PCR test for those passengers who are not carrying test reports

Quarantine:
  • If tested positive, they will be transferred to COVID facility.

  • All passengers must register on the website of State to generate a unique e-invite.
  • E-invite can also be generated through Meghalaya Tourism App,

How to redeem your credit shell

  1. Customers have to search for IndiGo or Spicejet flight of their preferred date and time.
  2. Enter the same email address and mobile number that a customer has entered in the old booking.
  3. User to enter first & last name of the passenger(s) same as present in the old booking.
  4. On the payment page, users have to select “IndiGo Credit Shell” or “Spicejet Credit Shell”. Provide PNR Number & follow the process.
