Health Screening:
  • Thermal screening for all passengers will be performed at the airport.
  • Passengers need to carry RT-PCR report to proceed the journey. The report must not be older than 48 hrs and the timeline starts from the swab collection time.
  • Passengers without RT-PCR test will have to undergo Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival

Quarantine:
  • Compulsory 7-day quarantine phase even if you have a negative RT- PCR report.
  • Passengers who found positive on test at the airport will be quarantined at hospital.

Passenger Obligation
  • All passengers must have Aarogya Setu App downloaded on their phones.
  • Every passenger coming through flights have to carry a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report issued from an ICMR approved lab.
  • Hand-written reports will not be acceptable in any case.
  • Passengers will be handed over the luggage at the testing center.

How to redeem your credit shell

  1. Customers have to search for IndiGo or Spicejet flight of their preferred date and time.
  2. Enter the same email address and mobile number that a customer has entered in the old booking.
  3. User to enter first & last name of the passenger(s) same as present in the old booking.
  4. On the payment page, users have to select “IndiGo Credit Shell” or “Spicejet Credit Shell”. Provide PNR Number & follow the process.
  5. Click on "Make Payment" button to make your new booking.
