Q11: I cancelled my flight earlier. But now due to lockdown entire flight has been cancelled. Am I eligible to reclaim full refund?
A: At the time you cancelled your flight, the flight was in good standing. Hence you will not be able to claim any further refund or benefits.
Q12: Why EaseMyTrip is not offering full-refund in this catastrophic situation?
A: These charges are levied by the airlines (not by EaseMyTrip), we understand your concern, but we are helpless as we have to follow procedures made by airlines. Instead of full-refund, airlines are offering credit-shell (that can be used for future travel). Please give us sometime to get clarity & procedure from airlines in the next few days.
Q13: I paid cancellation fees, while cancelling my Indigo flight (for travel between 13 March - 30th April). Can you help me reclaim it?
A: Incase you have paid cancellation charges on Indigo (for travel between 13 March - 30th April), we can help you recover the same, when you book next ticket with EaseMyTrip by 30th June, while booking new-ticket just mention your PNR (in promo-code) we will refund cancelation-charges paid to Indigo airlines. Unfortunately, other airlines are not offering this scheme.
Q14: I am unable to reschedule ticket on your website. Is there any other way?
A: Reschedule your flight on here: Mybookings.EaseMyTrip.com

A: Please fill out the form: https://air.asia/Vt9rc if you wish to cancel/reissue your AirAsia flight. With this form AirAsia will directly respond to you.
